Standard Chilis atmosphere... Went for lunch with wife and daughter. Service was fantastic and food was great. Havent eaten here in years but glad we stopped by this location. Understood $50 including 25% tip wasnt bad either

Ordered the crispy crispers with steamed broccoli and corn on the cob, the chicken had so many bad bites like chewy and just gross I m not sure what was wrong with it. and I m not sure if they never season the broccoli but not an ounce on salt or pepper was on it, the corn was alright, probably won t be back to this location.

Food was amazing, but not as amazing as our server trin. On behalf of me and my two friends, trin made us feel so welcome and was an amazing server. She stopped by many times to check on us and made sure our cups were always full always full. I WILL BE BACK!

I can never eat at this location again! THREE different plates of food had hair in it!!! We even sent one of the plates of food back to be remade and the new plate also had hair! Everyone had to leave hungry and the manager didnt seem to ok just kept saying everyone wears hair nets as if it could be one of us or something. The black hairs definitely didnt belong to me (blue) or my blonde kids. I felt bad for our waiter who was very nice and clearly over worked.

The manager here looked like a buss boy. I went to eat my friend who worked here. I left comments on the survey machine, because the server came to the table once, he didnr ring in any of our food correctly, my friend on his day off tried to get the manager to help, the manager said he was to busy. The restaurant had 6 active tables at the time. I counted.the manager said it was him that put the review, charged back his food and then fired him for theft. Id never come back to any chilis after how they treated my friend whos a disabled veteran. Side note Ive been a general manager and an assistant manager in several different restaurants and concepts. This is the most unprofessional and borderline illegal activity I have ever seen directed towards a veteran

I ordered food and 1 of the dinners was wrong. I came back and they would not replace with correct order. Spoke with manager only reply was it was not wrong and refused to fix. Charged me more to get corrected order. Said it was because online order. Then talking over me and i had to tell her she was not listening to get her to stop talking. I am a general manager and i KNOW this is not the correct Way to fix a problem or talk to people. Will NEVER go to this chilis again.

I ordered online and then called the location to ask for a side of bbq sauce (for ribs), pico and guacamole. I asked her to make sure it was in the bag because the last time we ordered it was forgotten. It had been a few years since Ive eaten at Chilis. They have a new Menu that provides low carbs. Its very good and guilt free. I have been twice just in the last week! I will start attending Chilis for lunch more often! The waiters are on point and the food is good. First time I went to Chilis was in the mid 70s! Glad to be back!

I was charged an additional $ 2.99 for table entrainment which my kid may pressed some buttons on, if this is a paid entertainment an adult consent must be essential or it should just be free. We had to request the manager and the manager said she will revert the charges. All good, but pls don t keep such devices or limit their use to ordering food, my earnest request. Every time I order a meal with frys they only have a handful. I counted only 15 half fries on the order. Last time I was here I was with my 7 year old daughter and they sat us at the bar, music was loud, the waiter was talking and messing around with friends. Had to be moved twice. Service was poor on a SLOW DAY. Imagine on a rush. You ll be waiting forever. I had to ask for refills, very disappointed in this store. We will not be coming back.

Beware of lazy employees who refuse to do their job. I came to pick up a doordash order and it clearly said the employees are supposed to bring the food and for me to put what spot im in and the refused to do so. Ordered food for a curb side pick up.was told food would be ready at 7:52 pm. First never got the text with directions for curb side pick up. Second waited 15 after arriving on time for someone to come out with my food. Third had to go inside and wait even longer for my food that wasnt ready yet.
