We ordered grilled paneer sandwich, mutton burger, paneer burger and veg burger. All of them came with excess oil amount and because of that oil, it missed the flavour and taste. We tasted the same burgers in frisco location and those were good. So I would recommend to follow the same recipe and reduce the oil. Veg burger patty was so thick so please reduce the size. Coming to cleanliness and Service, keep the tables clean as none of them were clean and no one responded to clean it so needed to clean it ourselves. Also, we had to wait for longer time to receive the order. This is my overall experience.

((( Updated review below)) Huge Decline overall..what a shame!! This place has everything perfect. Easily one of my best finds of 2021. Update on March 2023 : Honestly hard to believe this place has declined so much in 2 years. The KC spicy veggie burger is nothing like what it used to be. The cutlet was dripping with oil. There is also a foul smell once you enter the restaurant that really gets you. Also, the new counter guy ( specs) is one of most non customer centric person I have seen in a recent while. First of all, he captures my order incorrectly and gets me two shakes instead of one as wanted a custom mix. Then he tells me he cannot do anything about it as its my mistake. Then on trying the shakes, I realize that the kit kat and Nutella shakes that could not have been customized into one according to him are nothing but the exact same shake ( one with a small bar on kit-kat in it and the other without it). Not sure if this gives me a reason to come back again.

The food and service were good, but I would like to point out some of the ceiling tiles should be replaced as it seemed like something had worn them down. Also, a friendly tip for other vegetarians: the folks there yesterday had mentioned the green cloth used to wrap the food were to mark vegetarian dishes while red is used for non-veg dishes.

We have ordered a spicy paneer and krazy chicken burger and veg and chicken momos, Paneer burger is good but had more oil than needed , can improve on this part and the burger bun texture is so good and it feels like an authentic indian burger bun, very soft. The things that stands out is momos, the masala rubbed over momos is tangy and good touch to your taste buds. I liked it. The management was polite.

To my utter shock and horror, I was served a chicken samosa mixed in with the onion samosas I had ordered. This incident has left me deeply disturbed and shaken, as I have never consumed meat in my entire life. The negligence of the restaurant in ensuring proper food handling and clear labeling of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items is inexcusable. This oversight not only ruined my day but has also caused significant emotional turmoil. The fact that such a mistake could happen shows a blatant disregard for the dietary preferences and religious beliefs of their customers. I implore the respected authorities like inspection departments to take immediate action on The King and Cardinal restaurant to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Looking for zero stars unacceptable mistakes. Im deeply disappointed with my recent experience at King and Cardinal Restaurant. We specifically ordered onion samosas, but were given chicken samosa mixed within the onion samosa. This error is particularly concerning as one of our group members, an Indian Brahmin, consumed the chicken samosa unknowingly. This mistake is unacceptable and has caused significant distress. Ordered veg burger and veg kotthu parotta (which isn t listed in menu) . Food quantity is very less as you especially the parotta. Too costly for this quantity and quality. This place is also called dallas dosa on google which is what we were looking for. Flavor was good for everything we got but everything was so oily! How is this place still surviving by labeling itself as a Burger joint is beyond me. Not entirely sure why it took 30 mins to bring out the burgers when there was practically no other customers there! Was someone catching the chicken in the backyard? We had ordered 4 different burgers along with side and all of them were GOD AWFUL!!!!Save your $10, go hungry instead. Better yet, burn the $10 and enjoy the flame instead. I have came to this place several times with my wife. First thing is you need to hire staff who can speak in good English. I have seen myself several times customers have to repeat their order multiple times and it is irritating plus they do not know how to do basic calculation was charged $3 extra so I made them refund me $3 this is not the first time it happened. I m so happy with the food I had at KC & Dallas dosa. Awesome ambience, good service with soothing music and warm lights. We tried breakfast combo where it comes with Dosa , Tawa idly, vada and poori. All of them were perfectly delicious and especially the peanut chutney, ginger chutney & tomato chutney s served in combo were top notch. I m surprised with their wide varieties of Dosa s. A perfectly good/decent restaurant thats plagued by bad management that refuses to listen to customers. The hours are wrong, the menu on delivery apps (specifically UberEats) is wrong and/or forces certain add-ons, and the restaurant just decides to arbitrarily close on certain days/times with no rhyme, reason, nor notice. Its not even that hard to fix the flaws. Just update the Google Maps entity with your actual, proper hours, update your UberEats and other delivery app menus to be proper (free of typos and correctly programmed so that people dont have to, e.g., be forced to add avocado to burgers), and actually stick to the hours you claim that youre open. Its not that hard! KC Management, are you listening? Come on! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Parking: Lots of spots in an open, expansive parking lot.

This place is not maintained clean at all. Youll get the trash and food waste smell when you enter and I vomited with that intense smell. You could feel the taste of a multiple days old oil repeatedly used and we 5 people had a bad stomach ache after eating. Highly dont recommend this to kids or anyone expecting quality food and clean/hygenic ambience. Go for Frisco location. They are the best!

Except tea, they always mixed up the order, first time ordered Paneer 65 and they gave me paneer pakoda and I was told this is how the paneer 65 is made here, this time ordered samosa(expected to understand that it s aloo samosa) but got small paper onion samosa. Though the staff is friendly but incorrect order always add time and frustration. Hope they will improve on it.

Hookah smell is coming when I entered store. The store is not clean at all. Puff s, onion samosa s are not available.Cockroach s are playing in the store. I could see many cockroaches. The worst store ever with cockroaches roaming on the floor, near the water filter. Today I visited the store guy who was working in the store was so rude, reckless,arogant. I have ordered spicy veggie burger which tasted very bad, not cooked properly and the wings were half fried. We could see many cockroaches on the floor, we are scared of the food we are eating. I hope food inspection people should see this and close the store forever. They said the items are unavailable and cockroaches are there in the store. They are roaming in the store. I would rather prefer the Frisco location than the Irving. Yesterday 04/25/2022 is the first time I tried the mutton burger at this location. Order was not made accordingly. Also the girl working at the front desk is SO RUDE. You cannot be rude to the customers just because you are having a bad day! Never visiting this store again. The food is good but the customer service is so BAD. This is the second time I had issues with the woman at the counter. We ordered food and were waiting for our order. There was loud sound from the television and we couldn t hear her when she was calling us. When we realised the order is ready she was rolling her eyes and raising her hands like what are you guys upto? I would say she would have just come to our table and hand it over considering the place was empty OR she could have paused the television and called us so it would have been audible. We people of 4 visited store on Friday(15th April) and ordered food and shakes. The girl working at the front desk really helped us a lot and suggested us which food is delicious. Her suggestions really worked out well. The shakes were really amazing. The burgers were excellent. We ordered food at 10:15 pm and had our food in the store. The store was so busy on that day but the girl was so friendly, courteous and waited till the end of the day until we had our food. We really appreciate her efforts. I really suggest my friends to visit the store.
