Catered desserts and upon arriving, I had to help the hostess clean... leftover cake crumbs, dirty floor, unclean tables, etc. etc. Other than that, its a nice air-conditioned space with kitchen, seating and available sound system.

In the beginning started all good, she only cares about the money while SHE KNEW I WAS HAVING A 15th sadly she came and ruined my special day she edited her own paper ¿why? because she was book the day after mines and needed to clean early SHE ONLY CARES about money very very greedy we even paid extra and she swore we didn t pay extra money she even wanted to call the police on us so we can hurry up and pick up everything DONT BOOK HERE she is not professional at all and it s only looking for people to pay extra money. Also Her A/C did not work there was water everywhere left a trash can hoping it will help the leak We even needed to get towels because it was leaking a lot AND her refrigerator didn t work at all it RUINED ALL THE FRUIT she needs to stop wasting her money on herself and start putting money on her venue so UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very unprofessional. I asked her the rules/regulations 3 times when I first got in contact with her and she avoided the question 2 of those 3 times. She finally said the only thing I should know is to make sure kids don t run around outside the facility So make sure you re aware of a contract she ll end up springing up on you. They do their very best to hide it by sending it through an unknown number. (Why not send it through the number you re already texting me from?) I kept having to get in touch with her, it took almost 2 weeks just to get to see the space in person and when I finally got to see it I waited outside for 30 minutes before her calling and saying she forgot and was out at a kids event. When I decided it wouldn t work she told me I don t get a refund because I missed the cancellation date by a couple of days. She then left me of read. Very unprofessional and money hungry business. Edit: My review isn t towards the party room, it was towards customer service. You intentionally made sure I wasn t aware of a handwritten contract (that didn t have my signature btw) and that you avoided me as much as possible to ensure I missed the so called cancellation date . You only became responsive to me the day after you knew you would keep your money regardless. I have proof of that. And again don t forget you had me waiting outside your business for 30 plus minutes for a scheduled appointment to see the room just for you to never show up. Never once did you try to explain anything to me as nice as I was to you. Instead you chose to avoid me. Now you re sending me threats through personal messages for my review that is 100% honest.

Love this event space! Ive rented the space for a few parties and have even hosted Christmas there. It was perfect for all of our family. The manager was extremely nice, easy going and very attentive. I highly recommend.

Hands down the most unprofessional venue management Ive ever experienced. Reached out to get a quote. Received a response from Yvette Martinez to discuss dates. After being provided with a list of dates available, I chose one and even went as far as telling Yvette that Id seen online photos and didnt require a tour of the facility. I was ready to secure my date, so I requested a contract to do so. I did this in an effort to avoid losing the date I wanted with a lot of back and forth. For some odd reason, she completely stopped all communication after I requested the contract. Dead silence for 2 weeks, even after multiple follow ups on my end. To say I was confused is an understatement. Isnt the whole point of managing a venue and offering services to the public to secure bookings? Ive emailed 3 times. At this point it feels like Im begging to spend my hard earned money with a venue who clearly is uninterested in my business. Funny thing is, when she did respond previously we were very pleasant with one another so Im not quite sure what happened here. But oh well, beautiful venues come a dime a dozen so Im moving on and reviewing other places to book. With this unprofessional and unresponsive behavior, Id warn people to be careful booking this venue. If shes unresponsive BEFORE getting a booking, I cant imagine what a nightmare it would be to expect her assistance should something (God forbid) goes wrong. Customer service is important when people are choosing to celebrate important life milestones at any facility. I host at least 3 events a year and know tons of coordinators and planners in the industry. Several of which warned me about the lack of professionalism by the woman who runs this place, but I didnt take heed. I let the aesthetic of the place cloud my judgment. Never again. Update: I read your reply, however if you are unavailable or outside of the country, the professional thing to do is to place an out of office response on your email to make your clients aware of that. No one should have to wait 2 weeks for a response when dealing with any business. The date that I ended up choosing (according to the calendar that you sent) showed available. It may be booked NOW because I was never able to secure the date due to no contract. Its fine. Ive secured a location for my event. Have a blessed day!

I was super excited when I found this place it s super cute and great price and size. I had called to inquire about dates and times for a baby shower there was a certain date and time we were interested In. She told me she had a event on the weekend and if we wanted to come before so we could to see the hall. We get there and wait, called and no response. Which was very frustrating because this was the second hall we had booked an appt with and got stood up. When she does contact me she says she she s already filled that day and time which was very frustrating because I would of gave a down payment if I would of known, I just wanted to see it in person before paying for it. I understand people are busy, but it s nice to communicate people have life s and stuff to do especially while 6 months pregnant and when we were told a time to be there and are no showed. Unfortunately now the only dates available are too far out because my due date..

I heard the owner gives you one hour before your event to decorate, so be prepared to do everything in a Rush. Even if you have all day you can not go early to decorate. I guess wants her $$s worth.
