I regret that I dealt with this insurance company that they sent me to their repair shop to have my car fixed over their place Repair shop fixed part of the car and left other part incomplete fix When I received the car from repair shop I test the car after test was noises at the left side wheel and check engine light on I spoke with danial about the dash board light and left wheel noise he reset the engine light and he told me the low arm need to replace and I have to get approve form insurance to replace the part After three days, the insurance company spoke to me that the car could not be repaired because they had paid from the beginning for repair and the repair shop he tell the insurance company my car has high mileage And these sound was before the accident but , the noise that my car is making right now was not there before the accident Already i brought the car for repair was not drivable by tow track to repair shop to fix the suspension at left side and the fender but the don t fix the left side wheel They claimed the car has high maillage and the part was damaged before the accident (They give excuses because they don t fix my car correctly) The service was very horrible service and The deal was with repair shop to fix the left wheel damage and body damage but the don t fix the left wheel where is credibility .

We live in Phoenix and our daughter goes to college in Dallas. Recently someone hit her car and we decided to use Crash Champions due to their good reviews. They fixed it quickly and it looks good as new! We also ended up having a missing part that needed replacing (not accident related) and the service manager Mike Bergman went above and beyond to get that for us. He even installed it himself to make sure it was the right color and fit well, since he knew we lived in Phoenix and couldnt help. Would highly recommend Mike and his team!

These guys are awesome! Used them twice, the second time was when my car was stolen and severely damaged. They managed supply chain issues and other factors out of their control and got my car up and running as quickly as they could. Management went out of their way to get parts for my car due to my time constraints and Derrik went above and beyond throughout the entire process. My 6 year old car now looks brand new. Do not go here! I was involved in an auto accident that was not my fault. They wouldn t fix my car unless I paid them my $500 deductible up front (they said my insurance would refund me back). Turns out, my insurance company paid them the deductible and they haven t refunded me. Several calls and promises that they would send a refund check and months later, still nothing. The girl at the front now says she doesn t have the number for accounting.

I brought my Toyota Sienna to this shop after hitting a curb. Some repairs had to be done on the front right suspension of the vehicle. About $6-7K of work was done on the vehicle and it was released back to me after about 2 weeks. When I got in the vehicle, the TPMS light was still on, which was a little annoying but nothing compared to the safety issue I later discovered. I immediately noticed that the steering was loose, but I trusted the alignment report and the work summary they handed me when I picked up my vehicle. Luckily nothing happened that day on my drive home with my 6 year old son. However, taking it out again was a different story. Again, I noticed the loose steering on the highway and could not keep the vehicle from merging into other lanes. I got off the highway and came to a red light. When it turned green and I tried to turn left, the front right tie rod completely disconnected and the front right tire turned horizontal to the car, preventing me from driving anywhere. Had this happened a minute earlier on the highway, I would have been in a multi-car collision, for sure. After getting the van back to the shop it was discovered that the tie rod pin was not installed correctly, causing the tie rod to disconnect on its own while I was driving. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. The issue was escalated to the general manager. It took me days to get ahold of him even after making multiple calls and leaving multiple voicemails. They agreed to do some extra work on the car for free and refund me $250. This was a poor attempt to remedy the situation and left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole experience.

Don t take any Land River vehicles here. Body work was decent. My car had all kinds of different sensors not working. They don t know how to fix them. They gave my car back with a bad headlight, tire sensors not working, heater not working, coolant level low, and engine light on. They said they ll contact my insurance for new diagnosis and never heard back. I ll never come back here. Save yourself the trouble. I left multiple voice messages. Horrible service!

I called service king on January 30 to make an estimate appointment. They said the soonest I could come in was on February 1. They make my appointment for 10;00am I go there no one is there. It wasn t snowing. It snowed the day before. The ice was melting. Nobody called me not from the customer service number or none of the employees that did show up nobody told me not to come because the front office that do the estimates would not be there. Customer service told me they were delayed opening and they rescheduled my appointment for 12:30 and again . Three workers showed up none of the work in the front office. I needed that estimate done so I can get me repair money. Ithose other employees showed up . Other businesses employees showed up to work. Nobody told me I could go online and todo an online estimate. I didn t even know they did that. I could ve stayed home where it s warm and comfortable. They knew the weather outlook and they still scheduled me to come in on Wednesday February 1. I should ve gotten a call or text saying service king was closed and not to come. They could ve done the estimate under the car port.

Terrible place. Took our car here per insurance as there was a debris on a highway that hit out car causing cosmetic damage and backup camera to fail. Took them over a month to come back to us and they couldn t fix the backup camera because there was a recall . Went to Audi dealership and there was NO recall. Insurance denied further coverage because Service King said it s not due to the accident. We now have to cover the damages all because service king can t fix a backup camera. Go somewhere else!

Lucio at Service King off Airport Freeway really took great care of our vehicle. Always providing accurate and detailed updates. Not once did we have to reach out to them for an update or wonder when our vehicle was going to be ready. Once we got our vehicle we were surprised how much better it looked. My wife put that car through the wringer but Service King and all their employees were able to get us taken care of and returned our vehicle better than when we left it. 10 out 10. Definitely recommend.

The Proactive Coordination conducted between Service king updating me with the status of my repairs and tentative completion date was Spot On ! I my completed repair in their body shop took 15 days On time as projected and In Addition to this positive experience incurred at Service King, they Also coordinated a shuttle service to Enterprise rental to pickup my rental for the duration of the repairs. Talk about service and Seamless transition during a difficult time of being involved in a no fault accident (Rear-ended) I highly recommend this place of Business with many shops in the area.

I have never experienced better customer service in any industry ever. the general manager Michael really takes pride in his customers! christine is always friendly and happy to help on the phone. i ll be back again the next time someone decides to crash into me! it is hard to get someone on the phone or someone to return your calls but it s a very busy place. the updates are great every few days on the progress of the car.

What s the point of calling if no one s going to answer and just the phone ring you have to call 10+ times to get an answer. I would rather be placed on hold rather than go to voicemail. I was directed from scheduling to the service center and then I received no answer i had to call more than I needed to receive an answer. This is ridiculous The receptionist 0/10 the mechanics 10/10

I brought my car there because my husband and I were in a car accident and this is where the other persons insurance would cover it. I was pleased with their attention to detail. It didnt pass the paint inspection so they put it back through and it was still done 2 days earlier than promised. Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or in person were very helpful and super nice, especially the girls at the front desk. Oh and they have the best coffee for not being a coffee house

This location almost had a lawsuit against them for basically not doing their jobs right the 1st time. My car was fine with the dent in it, at least it didnt risk my life like they did me. Then the excuses they had were dumb, but they fixed their mistake and gave me a rental car so thats why its a 2. Edit, changed back to a 1 cause they KNEW they put my life at risk. They KNEW that was going to happen. If you wanna keep your life, I suggest using a different service that wont cut corners

This location was visited in the early morning to have a vehicle checked for a few things that Service King has worked on in the past. I also wanted to understand what applies to the lifetime warranty since any work done on my vehicle has all been done by Service King ,with me being the first owner of this vehicle. Overall, the warranty is pointless after a few months and everything will be deemed as normal wear and tear and voided even without actually checking the odometer or something having the tiniest hairline scratch. The customer Service and communication in this office needs a boost. I waited 5 + minutes while the female employee was called into the office by an older gentleman and closed the door. I know for sure what I requested didn t require that much of a discussion. Upon returning no type of communication until I asked questions and her responses in delivery seemed bothered, unconcerned and uninterested. Not sure if there was tension in the office, lack of morning coffee or what but do better with customer service. I have no interest in this place for any future service

I walked in the building it was completely clean. The desk representatives where very prompt and professional. Ive never walked into a business that had so many trophies and banners for Excellent work it was like walking into a Professional Sports Club that had been winning since the start. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Customer service is TERRIBLE the man I spoke to was rude! They send text updates on your vehicle that also links to a link that shows your estimate date your vehicle will be ready for pick up and how much is being spent on labor, parts etc. but apparently it s VERY inaccurate!! AND THEY DON T ANSWER THE PHONE YOU HAVE TO CALL REPEATEDLY, LEAVING A VOICEMAIL IS USELESS. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL EARLY THIS MORNING, I THEN CALLED A FEW TIMES AGAIN AROUND 5 AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE BUT LIKE I SAID HE WAS RUDE AND HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! I was following up through the text (apparently they are supposed to be calling you to give you updates on your vehicle but I have received 0 phone calls the entire time they have had my vehicle and anytime I ve called they do not answer) but I called the day before I THOUGHT my vehicle was going to be ready because the text updates and the website stated that my car would be ready for pickup November 5th I call today November 4th to be told it s not going to be ready until the 15th. They ve had my car for 3 WEEKS, it wasn t a huge repair I didn t even think it would take 3 weeks but I was like okay whatever but now I have found out it will be in their hands for another week and a half!! I can t imagine how my car will end up, if their service is this terrible there s no telling how their work will be. If I could give 0 stars I would!! AVOID THIS SERVICE KING AT ALL COST!!!!! I m not the one to even give reviews but they suck

I used Service King to repair my vehicle when I had a small accident this summer. They were polite, courteous, and very professional in all of my interactions with them. They kept me up to date with daily progress reports by text messages on the progress. They dealt with the insurance company directly and notified me of the interaction. They were able to complete the repair a day earlier than anticipated and I was able to pick it up on that day. I highly recommend Service King if you should need to use their services.

I scheduled an appt for an estimate here and when i arrived the front desk receptionist, a thicker sized female with awful lashes, was on her phone, she was rude and not willing to help at all. She had a sorry not sorry attitude and as a customer who is trying to get her car repaired because of a negligent driver, that receotionist made the process more frustrating and she is there to help customers. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I do not recommend this place to anyone who like their car. The repair look like they were rushed or done by someone just starting up. They did at least take the car back when i returned and complained about the job done, plus they also paid for my rent a car. But from the looks of it they really didnt do much of what I ask and complained about. They only seemed to removed some of the excessive orange peel but didnt line up the bumper properly or try to match the paint at all. I am very upset with my experience here and will never do business with this brand again.

Quality of repairs are not professional. Had clear runs on door edges. Repairs pointed out were never touched. Body work inside door panel looked bad and painted over. Workers didn t look professional and looked like they came off the street. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding experience! Dropped my truck off for some paint and bumper replacement. Told it would be about a week to tear down, get parts and complete the task. On the morning of the 7th day (including the weekend) I received a call that it was ready. I arrived and looked it over and it looked as good as the day I drove it home from the dealership. The paint was flawless and the new parts fit perfectly. Not only that, I could tell a fresh wash and wipe down of the entire interior had been done. The tires were even shiny. I cant rave enough about my experience with this location.

John is the manager I had the pleasure of working with when I came in after a fender bender that caused damage on my front end and somehow triggered other signaling issues on my dashboard. Not only did John make sure the damage from the collision was handled extensively (since there was other damage caused prior to this that he also fixed), but he made sure to get the technical issue fixed on my dashboard as well. He was expedient, and exhibited the kindest customer service I ve ever had in dealing with a vehicle. We had awesome and professional conversation. He also made arrangements to ensure that my transportation was handled as he extended service beyond what I had expected. I ll always recommend John and this location for the kind of excellent customer service that you just don t get everywhere. Most thanks goes out to John for everything, I ll never forget, and if I ever need any more work done in the future, this is where I ll go!

I had some work done with service king sometimes back and i noticed some issues with the finish. (Wheels ) Stopped at this location to see if they can do something about it since its LIFE TIME WARRANTY. I explained it all and no questions asked they immediately took my car and promised to fix it all. Since its a warranty claim i had to speak to the manager . Brian( the manager ) Very professional, very friendly and overall best customer experience. Staffs are friendly as well. Super happy with the service so. I am sure they will do good job . Update - 8.13.2020. It was a warranty claim but i asked them to do one more wheel since i had some curb crash and i agreed to pay for that. Picked up the car today. Manager was like you don t have to pay anything its all taken care. One of the best service i have received . Thank you @service king and thank you Brian(manager) you guys are awesome . They did a great job btw.

Avoid this location! Took a truck in there to get the bumper and fog light replaced, when I picked up the truck the A/C wasnt working. Took it back and they gave me a hard time about it but did something to make it work temporarily. It worked intermittently until I got tired of it and took it back, they pulled the record and said they never serviced the A/C. The headlight that they had to remove to install the bumper also mysteriously fills up with water when it rains now but guess what, they have no record of servicing or repairing the headlight either so Im just out of luck. Well I am the fleet manager for a company with over 50 vehicles right down the street, they will never see another one of our vehicles.

I stopped by for a quote to fix damage some damage to my car and the lady at the front desk had very bad customer service. She refused because of my insurance carrier after I was told by corporate that it was accepted. I will never go back to this establishment. I can only emagine how they treat the customers that are required to go to them. Good luck!!

This place lives up to the name! My girlfriend and i had panel pop off our car while driving down the interstate and these guys had us in and out in 20 minutes. I didn t catch the name of the manager but he was awesome! This was on 11-27 1:50 in the afternoon. Highly recommended this place!

Took my truck for body repair and they did a outstanding job on it they even found that my fluid reserver was damage and they were able to fix it. I got updates and photos of the repairs. Customers service was great was in and out quick they took care of everything else as far as taking photos and sending it to the insurance.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION. HAD MY CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS BECAUSE OF A GEICO INSURED THAT DAMAGED MY CAR. SO SERVICE KING DOES MY REPAIR & PAINT JOB. PAINT JOB WAS SO HORRIBLE. PAINT DRIPPINGS ALL OVER THE DOORS. I TELL THEM ONCE THEY CALL ME TO PICK UP CAR. DUDE WAS SO SHOCKED I COULD TELL. THEY RUSHED THE PAINT JOB. SO THEN HE MENTIONED YOU SHOULD WORK FOR US. THATS NOT GOOD AT ALL. HAD TO TELL THEM 2 DIFFERENT TIMES ONCE I WAS CALLED TO PICK UP THE CAR THE PAINT IS STILL DRIPPING. SO ONCE I FINALLY GO GET CAR NOW A COUPLE MONTHS LATER THE PAINT IS CHIPPING FROM MY DOOR. I WILL NOT BE TAKING TO GET FIXED HERE. I WILL BE TAKING TO ANOTHER SERVICE KING. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION.

Hello i recently posted it up under djsugahill WELL TOOK MY CAR TO THREE OTHER PAINT AND BODY SHOPS AND FOUND OUT THEY ( Service king ) HAD PUT MORE DENTS IN MY CAR AND PAINTED OVER THEM BUT WHEN I TOOK IT UP TO THEM THEY SAY IT COULD BE BUFFED OUT ALL THESE PAINT AND BODY SHOPS SAY THAT ITS BEST FOR ME TO LET THEM DO THE WORK AGAIN ( BECAUSE ITS NO TELLING WHAT THEY MIGHT FIND) BUT I JUST DONT TRUST THESE GUYS THEY WILL SEND YOU A BLANKET REPLY ON YOUR REVIEW BUT NOBODY REPLIES BACK THATS JUST TO SAVE FACE BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY MESSED UP MY 2014 CHALLENGER LOOKS LIKE A FIVE-YEAR-OLD TOOK WATER COLORS AND PAINTED IT HE MESSED IT UP FURTHER THAN WHAT THEY FIXED IT AND NOW THEY DONT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT IM LOOKING TO SUE...

They did a horrible job on my truck. Left pit holes in the bonding material so it was noticeable after it was painted. Then they did something to the cab of our truck and tried to cover it up with touch up paint and made a horrible mess of it. I will never let them touch a vehicle of ours again. The location on airport freeway in Irving is where we went. They denied doing that damaged spot they tried to cover up so never again. They marked a couple of little dings we already had on a piece of paper but that was not on there because there was nothing there before they did whatever it is they did to it. Cant trust people who deny their mistakes.

Last year August I took my RAV 4 2018 after someone hit me. These people fixed it and gave a long list of 30 days 60 days and 90 days do not DOs after the work was done( which sounded weird cos a car should be washed and all) I come up to Massachusetts couple of weeks ago and the spot they fixed cracked! Like it tore open. I m thinking why would metal crack? Long story short, another authorized GEICO shop fixed it and showed me pieces of plastic(like a cast) that service king put over my panel instead of doing the right thing, they did a short cut patch up work. Make people trust you guys, stop scamming and doing cheap work when you are gonna get paid full price. This is just unheard of and evil. Stay away if you can, else be watchful and careful of these scum bags!!

UPDATE- After having to take my car back To service king for finishing repairs things are looking as it should but with few let downs. For some reason Service king is against putting OEM parts back on. (Original manufacture parts). In other words they will put after market body parts on your vehicle just to save money. That s the one thing I did not I understand. If my vehicle had original manufacture parts on before why should I have to settle for after market parts after the repair? I was hit from behind and now I no choice to live with this after market trash in my car which I m still paying off! Ridiculous, Kodi, Kody the supervisor I believe looked at my vehicle and I asked him if there is any way they can just put manufacture bumper on because there was a gap between quarter panel and bumper (size of door gap) Instead he takes it to the teach for them to adjust it barley which hardly made a difference. My trunk lid is still buckled from the accident and they say it s not enough damage to touch the truck lid? What kinda reasoning is this, I swear I took my car here because of reviews and rewards won at this service king. Yet I m not satisfied. Corporate please reach out to me original post - Extremely disappointed with my experience with service king. I feel that the repair was done incorrectly and quality checks for the repair were not done prior to me picking up my vehicle.

Horrible workmanship. I was without my car for 5 weeks and had to take it back several times for a flooded trunk. My Costco Kleenex pack was ruined. $25 dollars in the trash in soggy Kleenexs. The date promised was a week off... Asked for a rent car if it was going to be longer...Brian said, He would get me one.... Lies! Very unprofessional. Left my car muddy inside. Awful service but the beg for 10 stars even before you hand them the keys. Never use Service King...EVER!

They went above and beyond - David really made my day. He noticed I had a headlamp out so he purchased and put in a headlight bulb for me for no cost. Not only that but my car was cleaner than when I left it there - like detailed clean! They also buffed out some paint on the bumper from a separate incident and I didnt ask them too. Definitely left there a happy camper.

We have had two vehicles fixed here over the last seven years. Both times it took approximately 12 weeks to get our vehicle back. Return phone calls are non existent unless you call multiple times in one day. If you have a choice then DO NOT USE SERVICE KING. We thought we didnt have a choice because of our insurance. Now we know different. The people are courteous enough, but the job does not get done in a timely manner and it is done wrong. My husband has broke down two times in less than a week because of their error. Putting wrong fluid in break lines and using after market parts on a brand new 2018 vehicle, which null and voids any warranty with the manufacturer. We still dont have our vehicle back after our 3rd trip.
