Avoid this store like the plague! They mislabel the price of the items hoping you don t notice when you are at the cash register. When you do (and I did) they say there s nothing they can do that it was a mistake. Supervisor Alessandra and her manager lie to try to justify their false advertising tactics. Sounds like these guys are trying to meet their sales targets (come to think of it this was at the end of Q3) at the expense of consumers Fortunately as consumers we have a choice and Amazon will be mine going forward.

Horrible customer service, 4 people up at the front not checking people out just standing around talking, when I asked to be checked out was rudely told ya that y we are up here. This is one of the worst experiences at Best Buy weve had. We walked around for 40 minutes and not one employee said hello or asked if we needed assistance. Two of the female employees were standing by the computer near the cell phones playing in their phones. We walked right by them and they didnt even acknowledge us. If the employees cant take the time away from their own cell phones to speak to us why would we spend any money at the store? The only person who spoke to us was as we were exiting the store and all she said was Bye This location is not worth the time, energy or money to go to. Zero Stars for this Best Buy.

Rude Geek Squad Agent and Poor Customer Service I recently visited the Best Buy in Atascocita and had an incredibly disappointing experience with their Geek Squad. The agent I dealt with was rude and had a terrible attitude the entire time. She acted like she didn t want to be there and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for help. To make matters worse, she tried to charge me for a service I shouldn t have been charged for. I ended up going to the Best Buy in Humble on 59 instead, and the difference was night and day. The team there was friendly, professional, and the overall environment was much better. Save yourself the frustration and avoid the Best Buy in Atascocita. The store in Humble is far superior in every way.

Recent purchase of a new gaming PC was excellent. Previous interactions in store with some of the sales people have been frustrating as it is sometimes hard to find anyone that works in the PC section. And when you buy anything in store they will repeatedly try to upsell you additional plans. Otherwise, solid location

Staff in the computer area was not very helpful at all. Guy working there wouldn t even look up from his monitor to talk to me. I was looking at buying a Dell computer but Dell had the same computer on their website for cheaper. I asked if they would price match and he said no and went back to his monitor. I guess I will buy it directly from Dell. No wonder Best Buy is closing stores left and right. I try to support these brick and mortar stores but they do make it difficult.

Ive been an extremely loyal Best Buy customer for more than a decade. Between my personal purchases and my business purchases Ive spent enough to buy a small house. Now that I can no longer call the store directly when Im in need of assistance and instead all calls go to a call center ESPECIALLY when I have something that requires I speak to someone at the physical store - Im DONE. I can find deals with their competitors that are cheaper. I was paying for the convenience of having a local store to utilize for my needs.

Store kind of sucks, there are few employees working there so trying to find assistance is rough. The only people I could find to help me find something were the people checking out up front. Im guessing they are pretty close to going out of business as they have cut staff. Used to be you could go in and look at a TV and someone would come by and help you and tell you about them. They dont have much variety, they have paired down what they have in stock to just the minimums. I think online and amazon have killed their business. If you want something from here, I would suggest looking online first to see if they actually have it, because odds are your options are limited for what they have in stock.

I recently purchased the AirPod Max headphones and I knew what I wanted when I arrived so I went straight to the area for Apple I waited a very long time in the area even picking up the item making it obvious I needed help no one ever came when I seen a employee I finally just asked someone to get the headphones so I can checkout and leave. The sales people though should be more mindful to assist someone who has been in the store for a period of time to actually sale the products.

I have been struggling to find the right replacement for my 4+ yr old phone.i have a son who recommended going to Best Buy, and it was the right choice. Luis greeted me right away, was patient and kind as I asked many questions. He found the phone I was most interested in, ordered it to come right away, and then helped me contact my carrier with legal information I needed to send them. A very pleasant experience. Ok walked in with a bus load of questions. There was a young black man there that had all the answers! He was awesome! He knew the answers to the various New State of the Art TVs, Sound Systems, Gaming Systems, Security Systems and how to set them all up! He spent as much time with me as I needed. This store is a joke. The people who work there are extremely rude. When you ask to speak to a manager, everyone says they are the manager and that there is no one else to talk to. If you have any issue or problem what so ever, NO ONE is going to be able to help you. If you try calling Best Buy customer service, no one will talk to you then either. You re only way to make a complaint is through an email. I would definitely recommend shopping ANYWHERE ELSE BUT Best Buy, especially Best Buy in Atascocita.

Absolutely terrible experience attempting to purchase multiple appliances for an install. Nobody has any authority to correct mistakes, make anything right and ALL phone calls are routed overseas to a third party and you receive are cookie cutter answers and the requests for the okay to charge your credit card. I m not sure if my experience falls under the heading of deceptive trade practices but I am reporting this to the Attorney Generals Office and the BBB. At this point I am afraid to allow anyone with Best Buy into my home to install anything! If they do something wrong I have no faith it will be made right.

I have the total tech plan with Best Buy. I made an appointment to have my phone checked for maleware. I arrived early and checked in. The technician was able to take me right away. He listened to my concerns and serviced my phone, and explained what he was doing. He was professional and personable. It was great experience! Some nice deals. Its always good to see products in person, especially TVs, before making a purchase. You really cant do that properly online. I find it funny that Im at that age where Im browsing the appliance and home goods section more, instead of gaming. I spent some time looking at the latest phones, looked at some dash cams, round through entertainment, then weaved through appliances. Theres still enough selection to make it worth the trip. I considered building a PC but I havent kept up with the latest mb sockets and cpus and honestly there wasnt as much of a section as other stores dedicated to that purpose.

About five customers in the store. Literally walked around for fifteen minutes looking for a cable. At one point an employee walked by me. When I tried to make eye contact he rolled his eyes. There were several employees just standing around shooting the breeze. Never will go back to that is location.

Shannon at this location was a great asset. I had a horrible experience with the delivery of my refrigerator; so I went in to complain and cancel my purchase. Shannon listened to my frustrations and had the matter resolved. I will continue to purchase at this location because of her. Thank you
