We always order curbside at this location. Wings are great, crispy, well cooked! We always have to check our order because theyve forgotten a ranch/cheese or fries in the past. A place named Big City Wings shouldnt have such dry and unflavored wings. Looks like they keep them in the heat and when order comes they just throw a sauce on then and serve, coz the order came out superfast. So, being in the heat for a long time makes them dry, chef. Ordered 15 wings and a tall mug of beer. Beer and celery were great, wings i left like 9 of them on the plate. Cannot say all food sucks coz didnt try it. Bill was 40 bucks with no tips and i spent there 35 mins.

Prices went WAY up. $18 for 10 wings and a side. This used to be our favorite place because it was cheap wings for cheap price. Now its cheap wings that are overpriced. Our advice: if you are going to spend $20 on a wing basket, just go to Charleys across the street. For being a cheesesteak place, they have excellent wings at a good price.

Family of 5. We were seated promptly and the waitress was fairly quick to come take drink orders and food orders. BUT once we placed our order, this is when the frustration started. We waited 45 to an hour for our food. But heres the kicker; there was literally only 3 tables with customers. I feel they must have had 1 cook on a sat during the lunch hour. Walked in to see 2 seemingly unhappy employees and the manager, which was also seemingly upset. I didnt know which one to talk to as we werent greeted by anyone. I asked for a booth and said for 2 guests feeling weird as still no one greeted us with even a Hi. I asked for a booth, which they were okay with, but still super unhappy looks on their faces. We ordered a Pepsi, and water also asked for a couple of minutes to order. 15 minutes went by, and we started to feel uneasy as waiters and waitress kept looking at us but not helping as we had questions. We eventually decided to get up and leave. I offered to pay for the drink as I explained to the manager we had to leave. We were then rudely gestured just to get out. Very rude manager on 8/9 @7pm. Employees seemed unhappy and under trained!Would definitely have training on greeting and appearances.

My wife and I sat at the bar and Andrea was our bartender, she was very lovely, attentive and sweet. She was sure to make us aware of the happy hour deals, and I ended up ordering a drink that was $3 all day on Tuesdays (as marketed). I bought two. We were then charged full price ($10) for the drinks. When brought to the attention of the manager, there was no attempt of compensation. The website does indeed read different than what the menus and the employees tell you, but we did not refer to the website for a deal. We were told of one. The manager did end up honoring the happy hour deal, but had an attitude the whole time. Taking his aggression out on the computer system. The experience was okay, food was mediocre, service from bartender was good but the manager (didn t get name) was a reason for us to not return.

Katlin was our server. The food was not good if my son didnt like it and he likes most everything. The burgers I do not recommend. The service was super slow. Im an owner of a restaurant my self so I hate giving bad reviews. Ok if your going to add gratuity to our bill at least give us fast and good service. The waitress took an hour to get out food maybe thats not on her but the Cooks. She took 20 min to get my change. Really!!! THE Waint staff and Bar Staff is wonderful AND VERY ATTENTIVE. MANAGEMENT is only polite and friendly with his own regulars. I invite my family, friend and clients to this location atleast 3 times a week or more. Management never speaks or show his face unless we have an issue. Then he comes with that dry expression of bitterness. He verbally attacks the staff in front of customers and will not allow the staff members to give great customer service. Im assuming management doesnt appreciate us coming so often. We feel like were not welcome. The staff has to look over and cover for his nasty ways. Ive seen customers request the television stations to be changed to other channels. He always accommodates their request. We asked once to turn the music back on and was denied. But yet the another customer requested to have the music on and it was granted. The customer told us she asked for us. Lol wow. But again I do enjoy the spot

Our daughter recommended this place, so we tried it. Im not usually a fan of boneless wings, but they were buy one get one, so we tried them. Really good flavor and the Citrus honey sauce great!! My brother and I, Who have been frequenting Big City Atascocita since early 2022, to the tune of 3-4 times a month where very upset after our visit on the evening of Nov. 2, 2023! My brother is disabled so he moves a bit slower than most. The hostess did not wait for us. She placed our menus at a booth and walked off before we could even get to our table. Never even asked if we wanted a drink, or even spoke to us. Other than the required rite this way. After sitting for around 10 to 15 minutes, while 2 waiters and one manager (I think) walked right passed us without acknowledging either of us, we got up and left!! Not one individual employed by Big City Wings Atascocita spoke a word or even acted concerned as to why we were leaving. Good job Big City Wings Atascocita!! We will NOT be returning to your establishment.

Please be safe and continuous of your vehicle. I parked up front. Fully in camera view. They have cameras. My car was hit in a parking spot while I was in the establishment. They refused to let the sheriff department review the camera. According to them , the cooperate office has to approve the sheriff office to view the camera footage. Never seen the camera footage. I was a regular customer every Monday, Thursday, and Friday. I know employees by name, and I felt mistreated. My people and I spend alot of money at this establishment and for them to treat the incident like it was nothing is what help me make the decision to never go here again. So regulars beware.

I wish took a photo but first I ordered a boneless wing basket lunch special. Asked for 4 spicy ranch lemon pepper and wanted to try the *tajin LTO option for the other 4. Also asked for Spicy ranch seasoning on the fries. After being brought my order first I was given bone-in wings that looked like they got sprinkled with some tajin and fries with some butter sauce on the side. Told the waitress I ordered boneless and was brought back 5 boneless wings that also looked like they had no seasoning at all even tho a boneless lunch basket has 8 wings. At this point I was already frustrated and hungry and didn t want to wait any longer so I paid for my drink and left. The waitress seemed new, but my requests were nothing extraordinary and something I ve been ordering for years. Not coming back to this location, try Kingwood or fall creek.

I use to order from here all the time. Last couple times the quality has dipped but this time it tanked. Got 15 bone in wings delivered to the house. when I got them they all had excessive amounts of feathers still on them after being cooked. I ate 2 of the 15 and threw the rest away. Multiple wings had multiple FEATHERS STILL ATTACHED to the chicken wings. The waiter handled it beautifully by appearing shocked and apologizing but the female manager thought there was nothing wrong with them and said Ill eat them before reluctantly offering to make new ones. Hard pass. I normally eat at one of their locations at least weekly and theyre usually excellent. Mistakes happen but you earn your loyal customers based on how you handle those mistakes. Dont compound a minor problem that could be solved with 50 cents worth of new wings by doubling down and trying to tell me I think they said those are just veins. I have been at this location several times and this is the worst. wings I have ever had from here. The wings were grossly over cooked and very dry. I have eaten. larger quail wings then what I was given. Since I am a disabled Vet I asked if they honor Vets and they said NO... I though my friend Michael Berry said they honored Vets, but they dont. Sad, I hope their kids dont have to go to Bidens war.

We have been going here 4,5 YEARS + and sit outside on the patio with 2 small dogs and have never ever ever had any issues or mgmnt come out to tell us we were not allowed with dogs. I even called prior to double check if dogs were allowed on the patio beforehand. We also go to different big city locations with patios and again never had any mgmnt come say differently. I call at each location with patios just to double check. Today a manager named LISA at the atascocita location comes out to tell us that it has never been acceptable for dogs to be in their covered patio and claims they have never been allowed to have dogs on the patio. I asked if this is at all locations and she says yes no dogs at any location unless they are service dogs are allowed in the patio area. They just lost our business, which is a shame. We liked the patio for us and the fact we could bring the fur babies. Dukes, brick house and humble backyard are actually dog friendly and love for them to be there .

The wings are good size and the flavors are pretty good too. Whatever you do . Don t order the crawfish. Probably rated on my blacklist after the experience I had with them. All the flavor was on the outside and the tails stuck bad to the shell. The bartender Madison is awesome though, I d go back just for her service!

Tater tots was the best thing I ve eaten from this location and the chicken tenders are very small. They re almost like chicken fingers the mango habanero sauce. It s really good along with the fire sauce. The server was very attentive and extremely nice. I ll try it again but it will definitely be on a different date and maybe I ll go for wings instead of chicken tenders.

Ordered on Two for Tuesday and had plenty of leftover wings, they provided so much with the sample platter that we were full! Wings are so spicy so be ready if you order extra hot or firehouse! I really like their ability for curbside pick up as it was easy to order online. I also recommend their burgers and salads too. Overall, this is a good chain chicken wing restaurant - much better than BWW or wingstop.

My last visit was HORRIBLE. We were seated and the waiter NEVER came to our table and didnt even acknowledged us. Nothing! We actually waited 30 minutes before someone else came over to serve us. It was just 2 of us!! I watched one of the hostesses go toward the back to get someone to serve us. We were actually about to get up and leave right when someone finally came to our table. I have NEVER had this experience. I forgot who the waiter was that ignored us (I asked for his name) idk if it was Scott maybe? Tall slim Caucasian man with very short hair (bald). Ive come here every once and a while and always receive great service when Im sitting at the bar. It was a horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I doubt if Id return again to THIS location. Rude.
