Dont use this lawyer. If youre going to use this lawyer, make sure u have your own doctors to see. The drs he recommends for surgery will continue to change, and they will end up fixing the wrong herniation disk. I went yrs after my surgery in pain and a lot of out of pocket expense to find out there was a second herniated disk that needed to be fused. Im now pain-free but could have been yrs ago.

My case manager Yessica has to be one of the rudest and laziest case manager I ve ever felt with. She is never available and will never return your calls. I did all the work for her after she said she can t find out who the tow truck company is that hit me. All I did was a simple google search to find out their information. Now they dropped my case because they felt like they weren t going to make enough money on my case after over 2 months of waiting. I highly recommend NOBODY and I mean NOBODY uses this law firm. All they do is give you a run around on everything. They are lucky to even get 1 star.

I found Stewart J. Guss through a Google search. I decided to ask them to represent me, base on reviews just like this one. I m glad I made that decision, because it was the right one for me. I got into my first accident this year, therefore I wasn t sure what was to come. The person that caused the accident had an insurance company that was clearly not there to help. I can honestly say that everyone at the law firm was patient with me and walked me through every step of the way, which I was very grateful for. They were able to get me the full amount and made sure I was properly cared for. They handled all of the appointments I was to endure, which was exactly what I needed at that time of stress. Never have I ever been in an accident and the team knew that and guided me so well through the process. I am very sad too say that I am not getting the help that I expected from this firm. On August 27, 2022, I was involved in an accident where I was stopped at a red light, someone without insurance ran the red light, hit an expedition (that also had no insurance) that crossed over the median and hit me and from the impact pushed me into the car next to me. Unfortunately, I was driving for LYFT and my normal car insurance denied the claim and it had to be handled through the insurance for LYFT. The insurance company for LYFT did not cover a rental or anything and it took them 3 weeks to get my car to the Collision center. Needless to say, my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe was declared totaled from the impact. I searched and searched for a good Lawyer that handled these types of claims and this Law Firm appeared to be a good fit. I hired them at the beginning of September. Also, I am fused from T10 to S1 from a near fatal car accident I was in 28 years ago and am in alot of pain. I thought this law firm would be able to help me but as of yet (nearly 9 weeks after the accident) not too much progress has been made. They were able to get me to a chiropractor and a pain specialist. The Chiropractor cant really do anything for me because of my fusion and ordered a MRI at the beginning and I still have not had an MRI and am still in a lot of pain. My arms go numb with very strong tingling and I have have headaches since the accident happened; the chiropractor needs the MRI to know what type of doctor he can refer me to and still no MRI. This is very dissapointing because all his reviews are great and I felt like I got a great lawyer but am finding out that I made a mistake. I want a lawyer that can get immediate relief for me. If my lawyer or anyone were dealing with the pain and discomfort that I am in, they would act a lot quicker than what I am getting. From these reviews I believe they are great but from the lack of help that I am getting I do not agree.
