As a law firm, they had so much potential but then the true colours of one of the owners comes out. You will be treated like dirt, bragging how they are so much better than everyone else including you and then eludes to people in hospitality are slaves that have no place in society. What? The case and conversation has nothing to do with hospitality, what an idiotic line. Did they have a bad meal last night? Why say that? Give this unprofessional law firm a very very wide birth.

I was not and am not satisfied with the handling of my case and with the situation surrounding my settlement. I was supposed to be getting a call back several times regarding the settlement amount. They didnt call me back and not only did they not call me back they sent me several requests for a review. I finally replied that I would not have a good review if I did it and Charles Sanders told me he wasnt aware of any issues and would give me a call the next day. If the you guessed that I DIDNT get a call you would be right. I will be coming back with a list of misrepresentations in case anyone wants to have reasons NOT to hire this firm.

I paid Charles Sanders $800 for services we agreed to and he proceeded to completely ghost me. Whenever I called, his secretary said he would call me back, but never did. I called multiple times over several weeks and never received any kind of communication. When I questioned the secretary why I was receiving no communication, they said Mr. Sanders did not know how to open the ZIP file of information he initially requested from me. I explained how to open a ZIP file (I dont know why either of them didnt google this) and asked If the problem was that he could not view the files, why hasnt he communicated this problem to me any time in the past several weeks? The secretary didnt have an answer. And guess what? I still never got a call back. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Rose Sanders is a joke. My reviews keep getting deleted because I am being honest about how bad of a law firm they are. This is probably the only reason they have such high ratings. I highly recommend you do not hire this law firm. They handle your case poorly, they will scam you out of your money, they will avoid picking up your calls and responding to your emails, and they will make you feel like absolute scum for being their client. Extremely unprofessional and probably the worst experience I had with the legal industry.
