We had a good experience with Pusch&Nguyen. We got a good settlement because of them and I would recommend them. My only complaint is that it was really hard to get ahold of Blanca. I would call and they would say she would call me back and I wouldn t hear from her until days after. I understand they must be busy with other cases but I would ask questions and I feel she would respond with an arrogant attitude. I would have to call to get updates from her or else I wouldn t hear anything. Besides that, I would recommend Pusch&Nguyen.

Pusch and Nguyen Law Firm Review: Unethical Conduct and Violation of Professional Duties I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Pusch and Nguyen Law Firm. It became evident that the firm engages in deceptive practices, which is strictly prohibited under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. Violation of Rule 8.04: Misconduct The firm s actions fall under several violations of Rule 8.04(a): Dishonesty and Misrepresentation (8.04(a)(3)): The lawyers at Pusch and Nguyen displayed dishonesty by providing false information about the status of my case and misleading me regarding the likelihood of specific outcomes. This behavior is not only unethical but also deeply troubling for any client relying on their lawyer s integrity. Obstruction of Justice (8.04(a)(4)): Their conduct included deceitful actions that can be seen as obstructing justice. By lying to me about critical aspects of my case, they compromised my ability to make informed decisions and undermined the legal process. Prejudicial Conduct (8.04(a)(5)): The firm s actions were prejudicial to the administration of justice. Their deceit and misrepresentation harmed my trust in the legal system and negatively impacted the progression of my case. Violation of Rule 1.03: Communication In addition to the above misconduct, Pusch and Nguyen Law Firm failed to comply with Rule 1.03: Lack of Communication: The lawyers did not keep me reasonably informed about the status of my matter and failed to promptly comply with my reasonable requests for information. This lack of communication left me in the dark about important developments in my case and exacerbated the stress and uncertainty I experienced. Violation of Rules 3.01 - 3.09: Duties to Tribunal Moreover, the firm breached their duties to the tribunal: Refusal to Provide Documents: They refused to give me documents related to my case on two occasions, directly obstructing my access to necessary information. Multiple Lies: They lied to me multiple times, which not only violates ethical standards but also the duties owed to the tribunal. Lawyers must be truthful and candid with the courts, avoid making false statements, and not obstruct the tribunal s process. They must also expedite litigation consistent with the interests of the client. Violation of Rules 8.01 - 8.05: Integrity of the Profession The firm s conduct also violates the integrity of the profession: Dishonesty, Fraud, Deceit, or Misrepresentation: Lawyers must not engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation. Pusch and Nguyen s actions demonstrate a clear breach of this rule. Failure to Report Professional Misconduct: Lawyers are obligated to report professional misconduct by other lawyers and judges when they have knowledge of such violations. The firm s failure to adhere to these standards further undermines the integrity of the legal profession. These violations highlight a severe breach of trust and professional responsibility. Lawyers are bound by their duty to act honestly and in their clients best interests. Pusch and Nguyen s failure to uphold these standards can lead to disciplinary actions by the State Bar of Texas, such as reprimands, suspension, or even disbarment. Conclusion Clients who have experienced similar misconduct should consider filing a grievance with the State Bar of Texas to seek accountability and prevent future clients from facing the same unethical treatment. No one is EVER available to answer questions, case status updates are NEVER available. 4 separate times, they dropped the ball on my case, causing delays in treatment for up to 2 months at a time. Worst legal assistance I could imagine receiving. I believe most of their cases managers are young college students with little experience. Their case managers also changed often. After I provided photos of my car accident to my case manager, half a year later when I checked in on the progress I was told they had no photos. Sadly, I had to be the one to constantly call for a status update. Even then, Id have to call 10 times just to get my case manager to attorney to call me back. After 2 years, my case never made it to litigation. They transferred custody to another firm, who dropped my case. These people are unorganized, terrible to interact with, and a complete waste of time.

I wouldnt recommend this firm. The only people I had a good experience with are the intake team and my second attorney, Antonio Olvera. I give one star for each. I was involved in an auto collision in the summer of 2021, and I didnt get compensation until 2024, and it was far below what I feel is reasonable, considering how much I helped with the case and how much the firm didnt help with property expenses. They would have left a lot more on the table if it werent for me, and they ended up keeping a lot more than I received. My experience from the beginning was like taking a number and a seat, and it was sloppy. My initial attorney was either slow to consider useful information that I provided, or she didnt care. Several months went by, and it turned out she was no longer with the firm. I dont know whether this delayed my case, but I was the last to know things unless I called for updates. One of the delays was because the insurance company kept low-balling. Thats expected. However, if my initial attorney had taken the information I provided seriously, this whole case might have been settled sooner. Furthermore, this firm was unhelpful with recovering for property damage (i.e., diminished value of the vehicle after repairs are completed and OEM parts that insurance refused to pay for). I had to sue the defendant on my own and win my own case in small claims. In other words, I beat the insurance company before this firm did. From there, it was a layup for the firm. Thankfully, Antonio took the useful information I provided seriously and managed to get a settlement for the maximum amount. However, I feel the firm failed to reduce the inflated medical costs enough for me to receive a satisfactory amount. It feels as if the deal flipped on me, regarding percentages. I would recommend a smaller firm that would take things a little more seriously instead of this one, which made me feel like I was being processed. My review is honest, so I would be very skeptical of the five-star reviews.

Unfortunately, I had to learn about billboard injury lawyers the hard way. So, here I am to warn you about Pusch & Nguyen beforehand. I hired these two clowns and their firm of sideshows mid-last year, blindly thinking my family and I were in good hands. Boy, was I in for a surprise. I immediately noticed they started sending us to a load of sketchy clinics. There was a doctor on the first day that prescribed my husband and I a list of harsh medications without running tests. There was a rehabilitation clinic that did nothing but sit us on a vibrating chair for months and charged us a fortune for it. (Thats what they called therapy. I could have done that at the mall for 2 bucks.)That same man that ran the rehabilitation clinic ordered a bunch of unnecessary MRI scans for areas of our bodies that werent even injured. He made me believe I needed spinal injections. He never listened to me when I mentioned I was scared, and I didnt think spinal injections seemed necessary in my case. I asked for the MRI results, but he never delivered. In the meantime, nobody at Pusch & Nguyen would return my calls. The few times I got to speak with someone, it was the first and last time because it was always a different person. Our case got pushed around so much that a lot of mistakes went unnoticed. Finally, I got fed up and urged for answers, but all I was told was that they would be teaming up with another lawfirm, and they would be proceeding with our case from now on. I havent heard from any of them since. In conclusion, you cant imagine the time that was wasted and the pain this lawfirm has caused. Gear free from these scammers because I cant. Unfortunately, I have to see their cheshire cat smiles in every direction Im driving. Those pesky billboards are everywhere. Seriously, thats just tacky. Is that what you do with your clients money? Update: If you notice down below, Pusch and Nguyen tried to reach out on here. How convenient, why not privately or on the phone. I dont care what your firm has to say anymore. I also dont believe you are sincere with your apology. You people have multiple bad reviews on here. Why? Because you have screwed up plenty of times, you have had that many chances to change and hire better staff, but you havent. In addition, unless you are in cahoots with those rubbish clinics, try to research where youre sending your clients first.

This place is not great at all. They dont call to up date you on anything. I asked for help and never got it. I lost my house due to injury and they didnt care at all. Never tried, not once to help. If I dont call they never do. And they get mad when I tell them Im going to different lawyers and they stressing the cancel fee. Good to charge people but not help. Biggest mistake in picking them. Im living out my truck and they dont care, I asked for financial assistance thru one of these loan people and never sent me the information and just ignore my request. My case was an easy case. It was an open and close case. Where the other person admitted fault. Yet they are making excuses. I tried to get all info on my case and now they are making a big deal cause Im leaving and choosing an other lawyer office. They want to stress about there money when in reality I dont know if they are even putting the hours they say they are into my case. Dont used these people unless u ready to lose everything over there incompetence.
