I do not recommend this lawyer. I have been his client for 4 year. finally I found he dose not pay how he promise at begging. He puts more on the breakdown wrong. my last case he put big amount on medical expenses, when I follow up with doctor I found out that he did not give that amount to doctor and me, he put on his pocket. it takes almost 3-4 years that case get settled. he never answer client, phone calls and texts. He calls back when he needs to talk with clients.

Very bad service not capable to handle cases as other lawyers. They don t answer your calls after you assigned with them they takes case so longer. Any time they can scam you and telling you your case is denied without any reason. So rude at the beginning everyone in the office calling you but after hiring them no one will answer in 100 calls. If someone answers they will says ok I will pass your message and someone will call you but guess what just wait and no one will call you back.

***PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS SERVICE*** I engaged Shawn and his team following a car accident on September 9th, 2023, based on a recommendation from a trusted source. Unfortunately, my experience has been highly unprofessional and disappointing. Without researching reviews, I decided to hire Shawn, a decision I now regret. After hiring him, Shawn became unresponsive and failed to return calls or messages. Instead, I had to interact with his inexperienced staff, who struggled even to obtain a basic police report for weeks. I took matters into my own hands and secured the report myself. Despite being instructed to send all medical bills for resolution, no progress was made on that front. Over the past four months, there has been no activity on my case, and updates have been scarce. I found myself being interrogated by an insurance company fraud investigator, a situation Im actively investigating now to understand why. In early 2024, after numerous ignored follow-up requests, I asked them to cease working on my case and provide the release form. This led to a sudden influx of calls and messages attempting to convince me to reconsider. When they realized I was serious about terminating their services, they resorted to threats of liens and fee interest letters, mirroring other reported cases. Upon filing a grievance with the State Bar and citing violations of ABAs rules in my letters to them, they reluctantly provided a drop letter. However, they still claim 35% interest on the case, a matter Ive referred to the State Bar and my other attorneys for resolution. I strongly advise against engaging with Ozgal based on my unfortunate experience.

I was hit by an irresponsible driver that chose to run the light. After 2 1/2 years the settlement was ridiculous so that was a example of what type of service that was provided for that amount of time monthly I telephoned and left messages with no return call or text. Very little to no communication concerning a simple update on the status of my cases I would not refer this law firm or even say it s name ever again everything I have experienced with them has been below poor quality of service. I had an accident on Inauguration Day (which was in 2021) it was four people in the car( me my 2 daughters and grandbaby) it took them 2.1/2 yrs and all they got us was about $10,500 for all 4 people.
