The Littleton Law firm should get more than just 5 stars. I was injured from a dog that the owner failed to contain and caused me to experience a horrible bike accident which I suffered significant injurys. Paul personally called me and showed compassion and assurance that the owner will pay for my pain and suffering. My son and i were rear-ended while sitting still the week before Christmas 2021. I wad at a crossroad in my life that was complicated anyway and I had no idea how the injuries from that accident were about to completely change life as I knew it. I was actually only toss around idea as I scrolled the internet trying to figure it all out. Then the phone calls from law firms started and they overwhelmed me wish being so pushy and calling over and over. New years eve around 6pm I got a return call from Paul Littleton not his secretary or screener and that alone caught my interest. My wife and I were caught in this 4 car accident in 2019. Fortunately, we were in our new Subaru Outback, but we got hit the hardiest from the rear by a truck van. I highly recommend Littleton Law Firm. I had run into a 4 vehicles accident in 2018, and a full loaded tool van hit my car from back and pushed to other two cars in front of mine. Policeman showed up and gave the tool van driver a ticket, and the report stated as ...failed to control speed and hit the back of unit#2 and pushed unit#2 to unit#3... . My colleague suggested me to hire a lawyer, since it could be more complicated than in Canada, where I came from. The case actually went every way wrong; thankfully, I accept the suggestion, including the referral Littleton Law Firm. Case manager Connie Law and Lawyer Mr. Littleton helped me through all the difficult moments, including the responsible vehicle insurance company accepted and later on refusing to pay my vehicle damage, and my rental car and medical cost, since the driver wasn t on the company cover list; the owner of the tool van company claimed no money; the driver s personal insurance coverage limitation; the owner of the vehicle in front me sued me; and the worst, my insurance company actually dropped the ball, didn t respond the law suit, then, a law firm pulled the money directly out of my checking account and frozen my account about two weeks ago... it was a mess, I couldn t pay any bill, ruined all my day to day family financial plan, and damaged my credit immediately. Although I thought I would not be able to recoup my lost, they made every effort to fight for me, even though they already knew they could not get much from my case. I believe it would be very time-consuming to deal with the other partys insurance. Honestly, I myself didn t have much confidence in recovering even half of my lost and really hated to spend time on it, just considering it bad luck that time. But they didn t give up. They told me since they had accepted my case, they had the responsibility to take good care of it. When the case was settled, I felt I owed them a debt of gratitude. I am especially thankful to case manager, Connie Lam, who has been helping me in the whole process. She is so kind and patient. My husband reminded me to show his appreciation too for another good job for his car accident case in 1990s! Good job, Littleton Law Firm!

My experience with the Littletons was great. I was involved in an accident that seem the likelihood of a resolution that was in my favor was slim to none.
