I have been dealing with Lassitier Law for over a year now. They do not respond to emails or phone calls which is frustrating. If I could find another attorney to pick up my case and help me out I would but according to them the case should be completed July/August which I do not have confidence that it will be. I feel like this case has been drug out way too long. Seek assistance elsewhere there s tons of attorneys willing to help.

A couple of years ago my son and I got into a bad car accident. My left eye got cut causing me to see blurry til this day Im still seeing blurry. Lassiter claim he could only settle for 10,000 and my son only got 500 . Whats crazier he wrote the check instead of the insurance company. Back then I didnt know much about car accidents truth of the matter hes a scammer. Just be aware !

Be ware of this attorney he does not pay what he owes. We are a rental car company that provided a rental for his client based on his word that he would pay. He completely stood us up for the entire amount of $2,602.81. His assistant Yvonne is flat out rude and unprofessional. We deal with other reputable lawyers who would never treat us the way he did. If he does this with his vendors imagine what could happen to you.

Lassiter Law Firm is amazing. Laura Magallanes was who I worked with through it. She was great, every time I called or emailed I would get a prompt response that day or the next. The car accident I had took my trucks backend out. They got me in a rental the next day, and started me in therapy. I ended up having a herniated disk. Laura checked up on me every few days of how I was feeling through it all. I suggest her and lassister to any of my friends who have been in wrecks. I was in a terrible car accident where a lady struck my car. She was driving drunk and without a license. What amazing service that I received in a time of need. All I can say is that Laura and her staff was truly there and stuck by my side. They always answered the phone and if for some reason Laura was not available she always called back. They knew me by my name not by my case number. My case was closed in a proper and timely manner. The whole accident and everything that followed was stressful, but from the beginning, James Lassiter and his team put me at ease and took care of everything thing, from assisting me with finding the best medical care, to dealing with the insurance company. Lassiter Law Firm was a great help when I got in my wreck. The person to ask for to help you is Laura Magallanes. She was a complete angel and helped me get back on my feet. The wreck had left me with a totaled car, lots of physical therapy needed, and bills I couldnt see straight with. Laura helped me get it all back and even a good chunk extra. She was extremely helpful and would always call or email me back when I had an inquiry. If you want a friendly face who will get it done and have you taken care of ask for her. I have already recommended a friend of my younger sisters who was in a wreck to go straight to her.

This was my first accident ever, and I have been driving for 49 years. Lassister Law Firm have been with me since the accident and have kept me up to pare from the beginning. I went on 6-13-16 to release them from my case. I called the insurance company they said that this law firm sent 2 representative letters to them. I go to the firm and demanded reason only to have the paralegal brag about her 1/2 million dollar home and car. And she stated no one has tried to release them from a case and she has been there for 20yrs. This occurred 6-16-2016. Very unprofessional.

We were sent a letter from the Lassiter Law Firm asking us to contact them to discuss a settlement for one of their clients. We had no record of being involved, in any way, with their client. When we contacted Lassiter, for clarification, they responded that their client was unsure of what company was responsible for their claim and to disregard the letter they sent us. This type of behavior gives Lawyers a bad name and is a poor reflection on the Lassiter Law Firm.
