29 Bad reviews don t not become number 30 I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FAMILY MEMBER. UNETHICALLY BEHAVIOR at this firm. I reported my ATTORNEY and case worker. Lazy employees. They fired my case worker who did nothing just like the rest of the team. I was lied to by Syead plenty of times and reported him BUT NO ONE FROM JOHN K. ZAID contacted to regarding the horrible treatment I experience. The people handling my case never reached out to me for months and never returned my phone calls or emails in a timely manner or at all most times. This Law Firm does not have the law or your best interest at heart I promise if you use this, Law Firm, you will be scammed, lied to and disappointed. Lawyers own all the physical therapy and the Drs are in their pocket. Got 1/3 of my total settlement with the lawyers taking over 66% with the bills from their owned businesses that they send you to. Its not to help you. Its to get them the most money they can. Im injured for life and stuck with nothing but back and knee injuries that were not treated correctly. Not only am I still injured, I got screwed on the settlement. Thanks for doing the bare minimum for me. Enjoy living comfortably off of other peoples misfortune.

The truth is, in my experience, they did not help me at all. Instead of helping us, it affected us. I do not recommend them. They do not help you. They only look at the well-being of their law firms, but for the client they do not care and they earn more than the clients and without moving the finger closes your case and they dont take them out of there anymore and it takes them a while to give you a concrete answer I give them a zero it doesnt work if you want to win a case dont go with them they wont help you at all

In my personal case, after almost a year dealing with these collar-and-tie characters, I received the great news that due to insufficient arguments they decided to leave me abandoned and finish the case, just like that, easy and simple, and he emphasized, ALMOST A YEAR. I called by the attorney and was told an amount I would receive. I went to pick up my check and there was 4700 dollars that stated on my paperwork of medical bills that was self pay and was my responsibility. It was not covered in my settlement amount. So the amount I was quoted to receive did not include this 4700.00 which is now my responsibility. I had to sign a paper saying they were not responsible for this amount which was part of the car wreck bills. I do not recommend these people or law firm. .

I have worked with them several times over the past few years and things have been great, but this time I was told 10 business days to get my check since it was issued. It s now been 3 weeks or 16 business days and they keep telling me next week next week for sure every time I ve called. Getting a little ridiculous at this point. Terrible place to get your case handled, after waiting for over a year and a half with hardly any communication, they gave us the settlement amounts and how much we d be receiving. These people have left us with hardly anything!!! They won t give you a breakdown of where the money has gone until you have accepted the amount they are offering you. Out of 1.2k they gave us $100! That s freaken ridiculous, nearly half of it were fees they slapped on. On the other case out of 9k we re barely left with 2k! I don t even want to see what the 3rd case we have opened with them will be like, but my expectations are very low at this point. There s WAAAAAAAAY better lawyers out there that will get you the most out of your case. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. Nothing but attitudes & runarounds.

I had never been through this type of process because I had never been involved in anything of this nature. Worst law firm ever so sorry that I have two cases with them if it wasnt for my kids attorney representing them these people would have gotten away with taking money that wasnt rightfully theirs. Attorney fees are a joke 33 and a half percent when should lawyers walk away with more than a client. Then they try and get you to self pay your medical bills which is beyond ridiculous this is why a suit is in place so all of that could be taken care of out of the settlement. My kids have special needs and multiple illnesses and you would think these people would have some sort of class and sympathy to try and do whats best for them due to their injuries being lifelong. Attorneys reach out to you when they best see fit. Save your time and the headache my case has been dragging on for longer than a year and still no resolution the court date my kids had scheduled today got pushed back because other attorneys from different parties are seeing their sneakiness. Dealing with an accident is already stressful enough. Thanks John K. Zaid your firm just added more stress to an already stressful situation. Careless of customers satisfaction and hold your check like it s theirs forgetting they make money because of your case! 0 is better than 1. Also after confronting about my settlement being lower than expected he replied I should give you even lower money like I didn t need them they are scammers take this as consideration. Absolutely the worst law firm I have ever delt with. I was in a car accident a few years ago. Very simple since the person admitted at fault. Went to an ER once and did therapy for a few months. They Absolutely did not call me to see if i was okay or how the case was going. I did all the leg work and called the ER and called my doctors for all the paperwork to hand it to them personally. I only talked to the ladies in the office and never really a lawyer. They ladies NEVER could tell me how my case was going. It was ridiculous! Took them over a year to get me a settlement, which they got more than I did and then some! How is that far? I called every month for an update and they seem to always be working on it. Never again will I use them. They only care about big settlements! I dont understand how they have good reviews. They have to be fake! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!
