Thanks to Jazmine who all ways call and keep me updated about my case. She is always encouraging and helpful she listens and provides assistance in situations. She is always upbeat and very polite when I m frustrated she is very reassuring she does a wonderful job. Thanks young lady. UPDATE Alert I have been with this law firm for one year they fired Jazmine and then called me to say that they are releasing my case because I needed to work and pay bills. They do not make the Client a priority at all I was told I didn t go to the therapy enough I know all together I went about 15 times plus I received an MRI and they wanted me to let someone put a needle in my spine and I was told to do just do it to help my case and I refused it so now I have to go find another lawyer. These people are a scam and it s all about how much money they are going to get. They wanted me to go to a doctor 3 days are more out of week well I work 12 hour shifts and some times 7 days straight to pay my bills. Update I have edited my review due to Juan Aguirre reaching out to me immediately and explained everything. He was very comforting and he listened to me even if I was completely wrong and he reassured me that they were for me. He made things make sense to me. I definitely recommend him to any one. Thank you so much !

They are very professional. Easy to talk to regarding your case. Commercial they use in advertising is pretty accurate, however in my case which has been going on since Historic freeze that happened in 2021, still is on going, no payouts or money received back from case, and sometimes case workers go MIA and u may have to call in just to get updates on your case when they should keep you informed. Which is my only complaint so they get 4 stars for me. However if ur ever in an accident I definitely recommend for you to give them a call, ask for Dana tell him I sent you. (Update 9/20/23 I just got an email, Im informed now). 5 In another accident in Feb. 2024 & who did I call? I just got hit,and my atty Claudia were on the case. With great customer service & fast response time, Godsey n Martin is the law firm to call. Tell them I sent u.(4/5/24). 8/22/24 finally my 1st case closed and I got the ! If I could give less stars than a one I would. I was in a car accident I was hit from behind by another driver. I reached out to I just got hit...Godsy Martins law firm and it was a horrible experience. They accepted my case. I went to therapy for about 3 weeks no real therapy in my opinion just some shady office they are connected to. Th hey had me rolling a ball around and asking me questions with about 5 other strangers doing the same thing in the same room. The try to force me to see their nurse practitioner to make me take pain meds I had already received from my primary physician. I seen their chiropractor twice who really didnt do anything but order some exercise..which is really hard to do when your in real pain. He ordered a massage by people who werent even qualified to do the job. After I questioned the paralegal Brandy who works for Godsy martins firm about it they dropped my case with no warning after wasting my time and not allowing me enough time to find representation. said I would not cooperate which was not true I have the paperwork to prove it . They will except your case make it sound good and you will never be able to reach anyone after that. They will definitely steal all your money from your settlement .

Absolutely dreadful communication. Still have my cases open. I have had 3 difference case managers. Couldnt get a hold of a single one. Now I cant even get a hold of my attorney. They say they will reach out to you by X time, but they never do. You will ALWAYS be the one trying to reach out. And to no avail at that. Also, your case will be all over the place with poor management of information.

Not too happy right now..... Had an accident in June 2023 where I was rear ended by 2 vehicles. Went to doctors and chiropractor and was told I needed a epidural steroid injection, however, it was stated the cost was too high and they wouldnt pay for it.... Negotiations went from a horrible offer to a ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW offer, to me basically being told I have to settle because the at fault driver insurance is not going to offer any more. While its only been 4 weeks from accepting, I called and emailed to see how much longer it would take for check since I lost job and these storms/tornadoes causing more damage and me having to spend money, only to find out the person I have been dealing with is not there. No call, no email, NOTHING....... Have enough going on and it keeps coming. Brandy M. Paschal was the only individual that stayed in constant contact and tried to help as much as she could.

This lawyer team is the absolute BEST personal injury firm I have ever had the pleasure to work with! I was in a car collision in September 2023 that totaled my late mothers vehicle a few years after her passing. I was heartbroken! UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COST!! Im still waiting on my medical records to be sent to them. I however work in that field and I know it does not take that long. They allegedly claim they have been waiting on my records since May 2023. I understand things take time but this is ridiculous. I was told my case settled in early January, it s March and still no settlement. I was involved in a bad accident this Christmas Eve and the insurance company was a company i hadn t heard of, i wanted to be sure I got the best outcome for my claim and that I wasn t misled. I called this law firm and was assigned Daniel Cutright and Ryan Roger s as my attorney, the experience so far has been consistent and very attentive. Communication has been consistent as well, I have not heard from my lawyer personally but I know he s working his cases so the case manager has been doing a good job at keeping up with his clients. They promised to work as hard as they can to provide me with the best outcome, and made this process smoother than expected with the amount of stress accidents come with. This was an experience for sure I can say. I would with them since day two after the crash and I am just now receiving payment today. Contacts the crash happened February 27, 2023 today is February 29, 2024 so just about a year for full process. Also just seems like my lawyers because I had to go through multiple with the same company for unknown reasons really didn t want to fight for what I was asking for in my case and just wanted to really do the bare minimum but I understand they have a lot of customers, but I do wish that the contact was more sincere and genuine. I actually had to complain about the lack there of of contact with my case manager and or lawyer or whoever I was in contact with , that person changed also multiple times so it was kind of all over the place for me and my experience. Will I use you guys again? I really don t know if I would recommend anyone else either but I am just using this to forewarn you. My car was T-boned and totaled by a woman who was texting, and I was injured. I was assigned to a Client Service Manager after my accident in May 2022. The young lady had very poor communication skills. She sounded sleepy whenever we spoke. She rarely returned my calls, and whenever she gave me a timeframe on anything, it never happened on time. I even had to call the office to find out if she still worked there. I was not happy with the recent settlement amount, and I do not recommend this firm to anyone. Please do your research before signing up with a law firm to get you what you deserve and to treat you with respect after the trauma you have gone through. Update: After I posted the review, I received a call from one of Godsey Martins representatives. He wanted to hear my complaint verbally (I guess). He said he was very sorry that I was dissatisfied and that he would confer with his boss and see what he could do. He said hed call me back. That was over two weeks ago. Crickets. Update #2: I received a call after the above update. GM wanted to make it right and asked me what I wanted. I received another check the next day via Fedex. A better ending to a bad experience!

Me and my wife was in a wreck January of 2023 and called Godsey Martin, in the beginning communication was perfect but now it s been over a year and still no results my wife settled on her case the beginning on January 2024, and still haven t received her claim. After signing a representation agreement, I later decided not to pursue the claim. I left voicemails and emails. But like the other reviews stated, the communication was horrible and the I dont care attitude was apparent. Juan Aguirre called me and actively listened to my concerns. He made the release a smooth process. Even with my decision to not to proceed, Juan ended everything on a good note. I dont know if he represents clients at the firm, but if he does, Id want him as my attorney. He should start his own firm or totally clean house with the current employees.

I used I just Got Hit 10 years ago and had a great experience. I know that business is booming and things take time. 10 years ago I waited about 6 months I believe for everything to be finalized and to be paid and everytime I called or they called I was treated very well. It s been 14 months since my accident this time and I haven t received anything. When I call or when they call I feel like they just want to say the bare minimum as quickly as possible to fulfill the duty of having spoken to me and get off the phone. They don t care about me. They don t care how long it takes. They are getting so many cases settled each day that as long as the money is rolling in they know eventually mine will roll in too. They aren t going to rush my one case because to them I m 1 out of 10,000 or however many they have. I would never use them again. I would chose someone with less clients who can really take the time to focus on me and get me taken care of with some sense of personal empathy and concern.

This company is a fraud! My son and I was in a car accident and we called them. In the beginning they acted like they really wanted to help us. But as the days went on and we tried to call them they never answered the phone and we didnt receive a call back for maybe many days or weeks. There was nothing done on the case while they had it and then they when we didnt want to go with them anymore they wanted to hold our case with the lien. And when we requested them to send a letter without a lien they wouldnt do it so we are following with the Texas state board against them. You just cant do anything and then expect something from it. I would advise that you do not go with this company. Go with the company thats more reputable and would truly work on your case.
