The reviews are fake and bought, I was working with this law firm for 5 months and they kept giving me the run around about my case.. come to find out after I fired them they did absolutely nothing! Everytime you call it s a different person answering the phone and you will have to go through at least 7 people to get to your attorney the people that were working on my case was sharing my private information with the other party and they never did anything for my case. For 5 months they never even did anything to my case but were telling me that they were after I fired them and got a new attorney at a different law firm I got my file and it proved that they did nothing. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM THEYRE SCAMMERS AND NOT REAL THEYRE BASED IN corpus christi not Houston.

I didnt receive any phone calls or any communication. Got to get any questions or I had to speak to my attorney at all. They held on to my case for almost 3 months and sent me a letter not even a phone call to tell me they would not be responsible for my case. No communication and a professional. Not to mention that took me two weeks just to talk to somebody that would accept my case as is rather than somebody trying to trick me as previously and that initial communication to take my full car accident and not just the faulty airbags.. I dont believe any investigation was done at all because I never received any reports or any communication

Terrible don t hire them no communication at all i ve been trying to get a hold of my case manager since November 20 23 up until today. I just called. They closed my case why I don t know. No letters were sent. No one has been able to answer my call because my case managers nowhere to be found she never answers they can never transfer me to her. This law firm took my dog bite case knowing the responsible party did not have any insurance coverage. I was dropped by my first law firm because of that. The first law firm told me that not having dog bite coverage in their insurance was basically a get out of jail free card, but Herman and Herman did not feel that way. They took my case and got me some compensation, not what i feel like should have been the outcome, but i took their advice and came out with something rather than nothing. I probably wasnt the nicest person theyve had to deal with, but they were professional in their responses to my vented rants. Im very glad i found this law firm and i hope to never have to call in them again, but they will be my first call next time i need a good law firm.

Terrible law firm, I dont even know how they are able to sustain 5 star ratings. They took my case on in June last year had me go to appointments 3 times a week that took a lot of my time away from my work and family.. they changed my attorney like 3 times. Never spoke with the attorney about my case until just recently all to be told that my case wouldnt be approved for litigation and that I would have to find another law firm.. this was very disappointing to hear, after all the time , money and effort spent they couldnt do anything. My experience with them. I can t even put into words how disappointed I am with the service I have received. I m sure that there are law firms that are better than this firm. Bad service bad advice that cost me to lose $10,000 in PIP. It s been 7 months and they re still not able to obtain all my medical records. It took 6 months to get the name of the attorney and that wasn t easy. I m tried of the bad service I have received. So please be aware read every one of there reviews.

Do not hire this law firm Herrman & Herrman! Do not walk but run away from this company. Do not be fooled by the reviews like I was. This law firm has given me the runaround for over a year. After months of trying to get in touch with my attorney Jason Adams I was finally being able to communicate with him then another runaround and continuously waiting for weeks and months for him to reply to my messages showed me is lack of care, concern, and knowledge. After writing my first bad review he asked me to take it down and he will trying to make things right so I did because I sincerely thought things would change. Same thing happened again, no effort and no reply to my message about my case and just more runaround. Finally over a year later when I thought we were coming to a close. He told me (Jason Adams) he will not be negotiating anything in my case and I will need to find another lawyer. Im so shocked and in disbelief. I will be making a report to bar about this negligence. Its horrible to treat someone like this after looking at the reviews thinking I could put my trust in this law firm after being in a horrible car accident.

After what I experienced the reviews must be paid. I cannot speak my case online due to the sensitivity of the matter, but I will say they were not only unhelpful but also misleading and really blatantly lied. Courtney Robinson and her team provided subpar service for my case. They neglected communication through the entire case, was lackadaisical with closing out milestones for the case, and in closing failed to provide any communication that Courtney was no longer even with the firm! Weeks would go by and i would receive no response. I had to consistently call directly to speak with the case manager because once Courtney got me to agree to hire her she was barely around anyway. The team itself is very incompetent and they stick to a script vs providing the unique service they should for each case. Settlement is not the concern, it s the legal commitment this firm failed at and neglected me as their client. I will be filing a formal complaint with the bureau of better business and the Texas State Bar.
