April 9th 2021, I got in to a motor vehicle accident and broke my wrist. I looked around for a good personal injury lawyer and found Greg Baumgartner. With great reviews and being local, it was perfect for me. Greg and Lissa were great through out the whole process and kept me up to date on any information or anything significant that happened during the case. At the end I asked him all of the questions I could think of about the case and he answered them without hesitation and pulled my file out and showed me my doctor records and also got me three different copies of the medical files and my case. Paper, CD and I asked for an email of it and they did. I was so appreciative about this kind of one on one by Greg. Lissa was amazing during this whole process also. She kept me up to date and continued to keep in touch if there was any update after the case the settled. After all being said and done, this firm is absolutely amazing and will be going here or referring friends or family that may need a personal injury lawyer. Spoke with me to offer a few thoughts even though he couldn t represent me. My experience with Greg has been nothing short of amazing. When a drunk driver hit my car last year I was unsure how to move forward, I looked up some personal injury lawyers in the area and cross-referenced them with a lawyer friend of mine. Mr. Baumgartner was among the few my lawyer friend picked out and I am incredibly glad that I went with him. I was involved in a fairly serious auto accident and was truly unsure of what to do. A friend of mine recommended Greg to me. Contacting him was the best decision that I could ever have made. My aunt and uncle were rear ended in the HWY while visiting is us in TX, their vehicle flipped over several times and medical bill exceeded over $200K. Since the insurance only covered up to $100K, they were left with a big debt, and collections calling every day. After calling several lawyers, Mr. Baumgartner was the only one that would help us even when it seemed like a losing battle. He was able to get medical bills reduced and even get them some money. Greg Baumgartner and his staff (especially Lissa)were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. I was struck by a drunk driver and ejected from my vehicle and received some serious injuries. My car was hit by a drunk driver nearly killing me. The driver then tried to leave the scene after leaving me in a coma. Greg Baumgartner was a big part of my recovery. He and his team made sure that I was taken care of and there was no way for the drunk driver to run from what he had done. He helped me heal by letting me concentrate on my recovery, finding me great doctors and handled all of the headache of the settlement.
