I had a personal injury case handled by this firm, to which has now been resolved. In my interactions with them they were always professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. We did settle my case without going to court through mediation, which nowadays is more common than actually making it to court. Which is fine with me. This review is long overdue. Let me start off by saying THESE ARE THE BEST ATTORNEYS, LOOK NO FURTHER IF YOU ARE FACING AN UPHILL BATTLE, THIS IS THE TEAM YOU WANT FIGHTING FOR YOU . I had a severe workplace ladder fall, workers comp dragged me through the mud, my case adjuster went so far as to say I was trying to hide something because I didn t want their representative in the room with me. Finally after several weeks my wife said I should contact an attorney, so I did. I reached out to several even one that was an acquaintance of mine, and they all said the same thing that I didn t get injured severe enough or break enough bones WTF I guess they expected me to be paralyzed or dead in order for them to take my case. My wife saw an ad for Terry Bryant on the morning news and suggested I call him so I did , after listening to me, they said they didn t handle this type of specific case but they had somebody they worked with and that s when they introduced me to Armstrong, Lee and Baker. Within 20 minutes after hearing my story, CJ contacted me and said I had a good case and was going to take it.and gave me a heads up, that my case would take about two years settle Not long after that, it was discovered that I had a fractured left knee, torn meniscus in my right knee and several disc damaged in my lower back and upper neck. CJ and Emily along with the staff and Odalis started working on my case immediately. Just like CJ called, it, that my case would take 2 years It did , but they were there the entire way, and best of all! I never ever had any issues speaking to someone on my case about questions I had. In 2022 I was injured at work that resulted in me having to have surgery. I honestly dont know where to start. I guess 2016 when I met Scott. He was at another firm and I desperately needed help. I had an excellent experience working with CJ Baker and Savannah. I had never had a lawyer before my accident last year and am glad I chose to get one and very happy that I chose CJ specifically. The whole team was kind and compassionate throughout the experience, kept me updated, and always responded to my questions right away. Scott Armstrong and Aaron Bender are men who live in a community just like you and me, and they have families and loved ones, that understand that the struggle is real.When you have been hurt and the other guy wont take responsibility, you need a team that really has your back. I watched closely, as there were no side deals being cut, no secret decoder rings, and funny handshakes. What I found were people who listened to me, that really cared that I had been hurt, and knew that my family was hurting. I actually found men of character, with drive, determination, and fortitude. I have heard that a family that prays together, stays together. The entire staff at Armstrong and Lee, are just that, Family. I was treated with respect, and dignity, and given no false hope, only the facts. Getting hurt at a job is not something anyone wants but unfortunately it sometimes happens when one least expects it as my family and I had to find out. What also made things matter worse was the fact that the company I was employed by were protected under a private insurance policy of their own that denied any workers comp relief. Not knowing any of the process or which way to go I just kept talking to different attorneys and finally was referred to Mr. Scott Armstrong firm. I have to say that we couldn t have found a better attorney. When my wife and I first spoke to Mr. Armstrong we left his office feeling confident and optimistic about our situation but most importantly we left with the feeling that we were being cared for. Our feelings were later justified when I started to get the treatment for my injury by the network of specialist and doctors that Mr. Armstrong had. What Mr. Armstrong told us at our first visit was what he can do for me, the treatment, and the longevity of the process and with this I did receive all the treatment I need it.
