D & D Worldwide Services did a phenomenal job representing my son! They were professional from start to finish. As an individual that has had two son s incarcerated, one with a private parole attorney that cost me thousands and thousands of dollars & DD which cost barely nothing, they are the representation you need. They are Christian based and it shows! They actually care! After paying the private attorney for my oldest son, he was denied parole. After paying DD for my middle son s parole, my son was granted parole and it was his FIRST parole on a 20 year conviction. You cannot get any better than that! Thank you D & D Worldwide! It has been a pleasure working with all the staff on my sons Parole. Before my brother parole hearing they were very responsive however, after his failed parole hearing (due to a displinary condition). I have called and emailed Michelle several times and she refuses to respond. My only request was to forward an email to my brother s tablet. Update: The next day after writing this review Worldwide immediately called me at 0915 ! I have never had any business respond in this amount of time!! Mrs. Shirley immediately responded and gave me the information I needed. As a result I updated my review to 5 !! Thank you Worldwide Services!

Truthfully, this is not a normal way of life or living and I wish this lifestyle on no one, its not easy and imprisons the entire family. Nonetheless, from our experience, I can verify that they do exactly what they say and will keep you updated every step of the way. We got a denial the first time and the denial was hard and upsetting but D&D continued working on the case and has been a blessing in our lives. We paid them to represent our loved one and their service has been horrible. They were months late sending in the questionnaire to him. Matter-of-fact, he received it the same month he was supposed to see parole. Parole has already seen him and Put his answer on the TDCJ website And they still have yet to notify him themselves of what his answer is. They did not set an appointment to talk to the Lead voter in his case. They are not responding to our family, nor are they responding to him. If I had it to do over again, I would never hire these people.

3/28/2023 My husband and I found out about D&D World Wide Services through a friend of his who from the was incarcerated at the same unit at the time. They are 1000% legit. We used their servives for at least the last 7 years of my husbands term. We paid a one time fee ( nothing elsed was every asked of us as far as payment) and we had the very same case worker from start to finish. They walked us through everything from the start until today when our case worker actually called me to give me my husbands official walkout date ( we found out just this past Thurs from the TDCJ website.) We actually got a first review release and would happily recommend and have told others about this company both on inside and in the free world. Hired D&D after our 1st review was denied. Michelle has always been professional and and has taken her time to answer any questions or concerns that Ive had. Michelle has promptly returned any missed calls and even calls that Ive failed to leave messages for. Michelle has called me everytime his file has been pulled (2nd and 3rd review) in the same day its been pulled and shes called me the same day a decision was made. Currently we are in 3rd review and should have an answer by may 2022 if not before. Ive only had positive experiences with D&D. They took our $1000 dollars and that was it, research this company before you give them your money, good luck. No need to contact your office as that was already done several times. Was only able to speak with Michelle who was very disrespectful. We were told that my family member would be released. Based on his prior parole review they should have known that he would be denied. We explained how the previous lawyer took our money and didn t even want to talk to us afterwards and that s exactly what they did. Contacting your office will not bring my family member home or return our money. After reading a few reviews it may be best to complete a review packet and send it yourself instead of giving $1000 away. We sent $1000 via cash app to a Shirley R. who we thought was an attorney. My family member also thought we were dealing with an attorney and we were not, just a representative. Seems like an automated response.

If you are on the fence about using D&D don t be !! Absolutely use them !! They got my loved one approved for parole during his second review on a 40 year sentence !! Everyone is the office is extremely professional and helpful. Always returned calls and answered any questions we had !! We can not thank them enough and will always be grateful to them for the work they did for us and continue to do for others!

I hired D&D (2018) for services on my brothers 2nd meeting . He was DENIED PAROLE. I was told my brother and I would receive copies of everything that took place written in the final file. I have called the office and requested copies of the file several times also confirmed all the information they have is correct. Neither my brother or I have received anything. Sorry however I cant recommend you guys.

We had two cases with this company... The first case we got an approval on the second time around and yes the first denial was devastating but we survived and they did as they said they would do and work the case for free ... The second case we made the first approval with no program. Thank you team for everything you do for families such as ours. You are indeed a stress reliever and Life Changers. I chose D&D Worldwide Services a few months ago to assist with the Parole process for my fiance who has been incarcerated for 7 years. This was his second time coming up for Parole. The staff (Michelle) was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the very beginning. If I had to leave a message, my calls were returned in a timely manner. My fiance was granted Parole today and I received a call to notify me of the approval and given details on what the next steps were and I could feel the sincerity over the phone of how happy they were for our situation. We were referred by a couple of other people who have used them and I will be sure to let anyone that I know who is in this situation about D&D Worldwide Services. Daisy Ruiz our cases are so familiar that its scary the same thing happened with me. So what if her name isnt Mary you are one company as a whole that means your service should be as a team. There are real people who have offered to do what this agency has done for me and for free. When our loved ones are in prison we want them to get involved up close with their cases. Meaning get a lawyer not a representative. I can represent myself better than that. #rippedoffagain

OMG!!! I would recommend this company to any and everyone. I originally worked with Michelle on my husbands parole. However, we bumped heads during that process due to a misunderstanding and I personally didn t want to do business with this company because of her!!! BUT!!!! Yes, there s a BUT, Ms. Shirley stepped in apologized for any inconvenience. She gave me plenty of reassurance that they were the best company to work with when it comes to parole. She went above and beyond to work on his parole release. Everything that she said she would do she did that and more! Blanch was also a great help throughout this process. I know that we re all human and we sometimes make mistakes. So I m very happy that I decided to hire D&D and I d recommend them to any and everyone that s in need of their services. It was worth every penny I spent! My husband will be released in less then 2 weeks!!!!!!

Our family has used them for years and for the most part they have gotten our family home on the first review. Some of our family have been to prison a few times and got into trouble during the process, so you may not always like the denial message that they deliver, but I have grown to understand that they didn t put our family there and they are not keeping them there. If they had 10 stars I would have gave it to them because they deserve it. They do all the work for you and all they can to keep you updated. We appreciate everything the team at D&D has done! Worth every single penny - every single nickel - every single dime and every single dollar! We have used this company for well over ten years (of course with different family members as well as some friends). Some of our people have been fortunate enough to come home on the very first voting while others came home on the second voting; but I can attest that they keep working the case until freedom is granted and for no additional monies. This is a Christian company (with a great staff) that is very affordable for families who are going thru the horrible prison and parole process. Keep up the great work D&D team because you are truly appreciated.

Do not waste your money!!!! I hired them over a year ago gave them all the information they asked for way before time. I paid in full everything was so promising! But after the payment I never got calls to get updated. I had to call in and when I did get in contact with MAry she always sounded up set like if I was wasting her time. I also received calls for another inmate that was not my husband. My husband or I never received a copy of the parole packet that they promised I had to ask for it twice and I never received it Mary said she had sent it off. So i called again to ask for it and she was up set and said I would get it. Neither him or I recieved it. He gets denied and i find out through the website instead of her and when I call in to let her know he got denied she is talking to me with an attitude and brushing me off trying to feed me lies on why he got denied saying he had protestors. I guess they think That because we hired them we are supposed to believe everything they said. I asked for an appeal or reconsideration and she said he did not qualify. That they were going to try back in 2020 of December yes 2 years. They didn t bother to fight for it atleast asking for a one year set off. Twenty minutes later I got a call saying they were going to file for a reconsideration. I have been on the phone with 6 different lawyers and they all said it was bs. That they know once the decision is made it won t be changed. I asked her yesterday day for the parole packet and she said it s still in transit. Postal servce takes five to seven days minimum three days from Houston to Dallas. I just gave my money away. I had good faith because it was recommended as a cristian firm. I am already in contact with BBB.

Still waiting on my husband to make parole he was set off for 2 years! D and D are still working on parole. Honestly I dont think they did anything they said they were going to do. No one ever called me with an update, I always had to call them. And the kicker was I called on a Monday to get an update and the lady told me that my sons package was at the regional office and it had not been sent to be voted on, checked the TDC website Tuesday and he was denied.. I called them back she read me exactly what I already knew from reading the website.. Calling back on Monday cause I want some concrete evidence that they did something, which I highly doubt it! Dont waste your Money..
