We had never filed a lawsuit. I don t like it nor wish that on anyone. However, after having given our former insurance company plenty of opportunities to do right by us, our insurance continued to fail us. I saw no other option than to seek legal help. I fervently reached out to multiple lawyers and followed up. Only two replied, one of whom stated that he didn t see me winning this case against them. Murr Law from Super Lawyers were the only ones who believed we had a case, and accepted us when no one else did! Our case wasn t the surest, nor were the damages very high, but Murr Law cared enough to take us on. God seriously bless us with them! Murr Law went way above our expectations. His staff communicated so well with us also. They took care of all of the paperwork and filings in a professional manner. Our lawyer had numerous professionals come and perform assessments in our home. He and his paralegal Laura were both so helpful and so responsive in their communication. If they dont want to help someone, they can say it right away, but dont tell people were very busy. You know when they want to help you and that is not the case here.
