Everything is very good, the bad thing is that the DJ is put in a bad place, very bad, the floor is crossed and the sound is loud. All the guests because the tables are almost at the top

Wow!!! I am truly appreciated for the trust and time you guys gave us, our daughters sweet 16 was November 21 and it was amazing. The hall was clean and smelling amazing the bathrooms were spotless and the service was amazing everyone was polite and very attentive making sure everything was in place and in order. Thank you so much I will 100% be booking my next event at Jades Reception Hall. THANK YOU!!!

It was a great hall to celebrate any event. Our event went very well and the catering company was very helpful to the event so order from there. If possible I would do another event or let others know as they loved the place too.

The place look great and clean the people where there when I need them.. I was able to make payments while the day was about to come. The service was awesome I have coolers refrigerator and a microwave if I need it .. it have everything in just in one place something that no place would offer you. I definitely think they work with your pocket .

This was the best party hall experience I ve EVER had. The staff members are very friendly and attentive, they always made sure I was comfortable and everything for my wedding was perfect. The staff makes sure you have everything you need and really goes into their services and go above and beyond of what they offer to make sure you are happy with your celebration experience! The night of my wedding the hall was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect.Not only was this the best deal I had with any other party hall but I will definitely be planning another party with them in their hall. I 100% recommend this for anyone who wants to plan an event .

I hosted my daughters graduation party at their facility and when I tell you the staff was friendly and accommodating through the whole process. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish and never let me down. The building was so clean even the restrooms were very clean and smelled wonderful. They didnt try to rise their price like most places are doing they were fair and even accommodated me in several ways. I didnt have to wait to get into the building and I had one small issue and they were at the hall to slove it within the hour and when it was time to leave they were there and sent me my deposit right then and there. I recommend using them for small or big events wonderful customers service. This Hall is a 10 in my book....

I just had a surprise party for my aunt on Friday 6/11/21 and all I can say is everything was AMAZING ! From the very beginning Paula was very helpful and made sure to put or vision together for a perfect party even though we were a little complicated she made it happen. Their Package plan included everything from catering, DJ, all decorations, servers, and security guard all I can say is thank you Jade s party hall and especially thank you Paula for an amazing night. I would highly recommend to friends or family or anyone that is just searching for a good place to have either a wedding, birthday party, 15, whatever the occasion is this is the place to go.

First I must say the host is the most wonderful person you will ever meet in this business, she is patient, kind and very helpful, secondly the hall is beyond magnificent, so they paid attention to detail and included amenities that even more expensive halls will never provide, don t go anywhere else I promise you. Jades reception hall is the best houston has to offer

I had my 13th birthday party here. The owner was very nice and patient with us. They decorated the hall to our liking and allowed us enough time to set up before the party started. She had great customer service and it was all done for a reasonable price. i really enjoyed my time here .

The wedding I went to was ok but the venue felt like an elementary school cafeteria. Served its purpose but plain, just plain. Blah. Location was in Sharpstown which qualifies as hood. Surrounding area is shady so make sure youre packing. Located in a strip mall and felt like it. Venue money would have been better spent renting an outdoor pavilion at a park and firing up the grill. Find a different location if you have at least 2 nickels to rub together.
