I hired Ned and Amy to handle a post-divorce modification. Amy was my attorney thru a long difficult divorce and did amazing. I was fighting false accusations that I could have lost everything over, he immediately had me with one of the Best Defense Attorneys in Harris County During my initial meeting, Ned gave me the facts straight he didnt try to sugarcoat anything he is to the point and made everything very clear. I appreciated the directness and focus and options while my modification case is still in progress I have always been able to get him or Amy immediately when I needed them and Kristin and Wendy have been so supportive. I know I can t get what my children deserve and keep them safe with out him and his firm! I don t care what I have to do but I intend to do it to have his representation and knowledge with aggression and confidence to get it done and find some relief for my family.

This place is as unethical as they come. He will take your money & won t do anything to represent you in court ( something my previous attorney had done on numerous occasion against my ex spouse.& won). My previous attorney that moved to Dallas had recommended him. After my case was over I called her to let her know what all had happened & she was so shocked that she suggested to email the man personally but I didn t want to put her in that position. The only good that came out my case is going forward my old attorney won t be referring any of her client to this place. If you re foolish enough to have read this review & still decide to go in for a consult MAKE SURE you go in recording your conversation.

He has an associate lawyer Amy, legal associate Janna, and administrative staff. He thinks like a Judge and this is very important to win all family law cases assigned to his business.

I am giving this 2 star as courtesy to answer my majority to my questions. You will though because this is a family law business they will more empathetic but no. let s go by points. 1. I get this because I am paying like an I a insurance through my employer so a legal consult is get paid through this. They told ok give me this info and they don t cover we required a retainer and call me 2 days later to schedule an appt. Send me an intake form to fill out which I did right away. 2. The person who was supposed to call me didn t call me. But I was ok that s fine I just need to ask my questions to be prepared for my hearing. He spends the next 5 -7 min asking me questions that were on the intake form, like names. I asked isnt all this on the intake form that fill out? He was yes, but I am not looking at this moment that. I was ok, giving all the info again. After that I felt like he was rushing and cutting me to hang up. At some point I was explaining and he was speaking over me. So, I told him that if we speaks at the same time we will not understand each other, and thats where I started to get frustrated because I was emotional with my situation. At some point I was so frustrated that I wanting to hang up too, and unanswered questions.Keep in mind the call last for 20 where 5-7 was asking my name and things they should had on the intake form. 3. Not even 15 min later the person who was supposed to call me, call me. She was it apologizing because she got caught up with a meeting and could call me on time. I explained that someone call me but I had bunch of follow questions. She didn t knew about this at all. She answered one question and after I ask some other questions she was it seem you have more follow questions I will have Wendy to schedule for another consultation. They never called back. Now, my hearing it s next week and I don t feel prepared. So, I really don t recommend this law firm. We they are rushing you to hang up and you feel helpless. Usually this type of situation it needs to be handle with careful and understanding that family s are going though a lot and don t need to adding the stress the person you are looking legal advise doesn t care about you are talking about or have something else to do. I understand that they have tons of this cases every day they might get kind robotic but we don t. So try to more empathetic towards each individual.

Be prepared to continuesly pay this guy money, with no results. He makes a lot of promises but can not follow through. Then wants you to negotiate with the ex or exs attorney. What are we paying you for? You will pay for every incompetent mistake his firm makes as he nickel and dimes you out of your retainer, and then asked for more money as he tries to convince you to fight more. There is nothing being contested. Not to the point of thousands upon thousands of dollars paid. This guys lacks the effort for what he wants to be paid. This was a bad investment.

Mr. Gill is an attorney I had never encountered. I fired my previous attorney and hired Mr. Gill to finish out my divorce. All I can say is that he is on a different level. He was very attentive and straight to the point. He did not sugarcoat anything and told me what I had to do. More than anything, he is honest and wants to Genuinely help you. Best of Bests Ned helped me with my divorce. My case had divorce, business, domestic violence involved with least evidences in my hand, and he juggled these three expertise artfully like a detective,CPA and attorney at the same time. He has deep knowledge and insight about business functions, accounting and business laws. His legal service is very addictive, and makes you eternal clients. He made this hardship period for me stress-free and smooth. My spouse`s attorney fee`s rate per hour was half of Ned`s, and at the end, he paid three times my attorney fees. It was all because when I asked Ned about doing sth, he would honestly tell me how it was going to impact my case, if at all, to guide me rightly and to prevent waste of time and money for me. Unfortunately Ned drafted a pre-marital agreement completely in favor of my wife, whom he knew. I never had any representation and yes, my mistake, but I find his approach very, very questionable. Every other attorney in town I have shown this prenup, started rolling their eyes. I was in love and I feel he didnt protect both parties. I just wanted to shares an experience that will be a life sentence for me now.

I hired Mr. Gill during the most difficult time of my life. He has been extremely professional, helpful and caring during this time. I was falsely accused of physical abuse and neglect towards my 2 daughters. A case of parental alienation by my ex wife against me, Ned Gill got my kids back quickly!!! I consulted with 4 attorneys before I selected Ned. I knew the minute I sat down with him and discussed my situation he was the right choice. Ned helped me with what I thought would be a very difficult divorce case. My biggest concern was getting full custody of my 5 year old son. I have always heard how hard it is for a father to get custody of the child, but Ned made it happen for me. The entire process happened just like he said it would in our initial consultation. Ned was also very informative, kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, and was very accessible. The few times I did not reach him when I called, he was very prompt in getting back to me. His staff was also very nice and great to work with. As far as cost goes, Ned was very far with me. I feel I received more service than I paid for. I would absolutely recommend Ned to anyone.
