Excellent service, the room is very large and clean, perfectly decorated to the clients taste and the DJ service literally makes everyone dance, and the food is delicious, and the Bartender is very friendly as is all the staff. 100% recommended!!!!

Rankin palace Reception Hall is A beautiful place where my daughters dreams came true. I will start by thanking Mrs. Rosa and Sandrita who were always there to answer every question, I always got an answer from them. The Hall is super spacious and beautiful, the packages are moderately special to the customer. I am super grateful for all the support I received to hold my event. Had my daughter Sweet 16 here March 2022, Everything was prefect from the food, the waiters, the bar the whole staff to the D.J. We went ahead and rented the D.J. with the hall & they were awesome!!! They had the crowed on the dance floor we even paid an extra hour for the event to keep going till 2a.m. thanks to the D.J. The new owner is so helpful & understanding Rosa she will work with you. They keep the hall super clean also Its very spacious and plenty of parking. I dont have any complaints about my daughters special day everything turned out perfect. I would defiantly be recommending family & friends for future events.

Fantastic reception hall!!! The owners, Mr. Cortez and his wife Sarita are kind, attentive, high class individuals. They always greeted me with a smile and answered my numerous questions. This venue is spacious, clean, good size parking, had clean restrooms, the fajitas are awesome. The decorator, Ms. Ruth Pena did a phenomenal job - highly recommend her, as well. I highly recommend this venue - they will not disappoint. I would not recommend the DJ (Jose Luna) - lacked enthusiasm, was not prepared and his helper at one point was asleep.

Great place for events. They just have a strict no outside beer policy and it is in place for a very good reason. Lately people have been driving around intoxicated and causing accidents and worse, deaths. This policy is in place to avoid lawsuits and prevent accidents such as these by controlling the consumption of the beer they provide you with. Although you can bring your own bottles. Its a bit hard to understand, but this is the best way I can. Other than that, well maintained bathrooms, good food and free sweet tea during dinner. Very beautiful atmosphere.

Thanks again to the owners of the venue, they were so nice and helpful from the very start. They made us feel like family. We looked at soooooo many venues and Rankin Palace had everything we needed it has lots of parking lots of space inside and very easy to find on the map. First thing we noticed was how clean they keep the whole facility and restrooms. Through the whole night the owner would check up with us making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. We can t thank them enough for helping make our daughters sweet 16 memoriable. Once again thank you and God bless

My wedding was at this hall and I totally regret getting this hall for the Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GAVE US THE NIGHT OF THE WEDDING!!!!!!! The owners 2 daughters were literally kicking us out after the party was over not giving us time to take out all of our personal items!!!!!!!! The beer prices were being charged double the price of what the contract had stated and after we complained to the ownners of all these things the 2 daughters reacted so agressively towards my family that they were going to handle it by hitting me and one of my sisters!!!!!!! What a way to end my wedding night!!!!!!! :( Wouldnt recommend at all this hall to anyone after how they treated us on my wedding day!!!!!! We put the video on YouTube so people can see the way they react and they treat you.........search it on Youtube by typing Rankin Palace Hall and see for yourself. Oh and the 2 securities that they hired are so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE GUESTS!!!!! AS SOON AS ITS 1:00AM the securities start kicking you and your guests out of the hall but very rude!!!!! Totally regret getting this hall when there are so many halls in Houston with very pretty and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Place is Pretty, although the pretty does not overcome their extremely poor customer service skills!!! The sad part is that poor actions towards the party came from the owner and his family. A very unhappy way to end someones wedding! Hard to believe she was college educated; she flung her education under the concrete with that sweet mouth and actions. In business, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS FIRST! You dont have to be a business major to know that slogan.

The place is nice, but customer service is very poor!!! Just like the previous reviews say, the owners of the place literally just want your money and after the party is over, they run you off with horrible curse words and chase you with broom sticks!!! They are very RUDE and even if they claim to have a degree and an education, their actions DO NOT reflect that! Basically, there are many halls around Houston, why have to deal with rude customer service when you can go somewhere else and have a great night! Dont let that first review fool you, they do not care about their customers!!!!
