Luis is one of the most professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I haven t dealt with a lot of realtors, but Luis ranks easily at the top. He was very through, professional, accommodating but most important he was honest. That in itself is a trait that is hard to find period, much less when someone is trying to get you to buy/rent something. The condo came with several major issues and she was able to resolve those issues before the sale. I was impressed Rosie s professionalism. She was thorough and accommodating. Purchasing a home being sold by a member on this team was horrible. He, who I am not naming to be slightly nice, should not be a real estate agent. He acts as a child who needs to have his supervisor looped in before he finally responds to the agent in the other end. Playing devils advocate here, let s say it was his clients not giving him answers at a reasonable time. He lacked major communication skills. He turned our home over to us uncleaned, which is not what our contract agreed to. Then he completely forgot about this home and never picked up his sign until I called the office and left a voicemail.

Placido was such a great help! You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he is helping, and he will go above and beyond. This was our first house, and not only did he help find a house that suits us, but he went on to help guide us in the process of settling in (such as how to sign up for utilities). Horrible Service. They hire an answering service that hire disrespectful employee who treat the potential buyer like they mean nothing. Glad I didnt do business with this realtor or their company. They state 24/7 and after 2 days the client have to call them to get a response. I suggest take your business to more professional environment this Service is over-rated and not for important clients. I wouldnt hire them to sell my dog house. After talking to several real-estate agents and several builders I chose Patricia to be our agent. She was straight forward explaining the process and let me know what buyers were interested in and explained the current pricing situation in our area. Once I had all the information I needed she provided all the forms that were required and I signed all the documents on line of which was a breeze. On August 28 she posted the pictures on line of which were very well done. She kept me informed on all the showings and offers that were presented and 9 days later on September 6 we had a contract. Pretty amazing!! She worked with me and the buyer on a few details that the buyer wanted and we closed the deal on October 5. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly and she ended up with a happy client and buyer. I will be working with her again on my next house early next year.

He always kept us in good communication with our lender as well. Even though at times is did get a bit nerve wracking at the end it was all worth it. We listed with hopes and dreams of selling our home. We met with the broker to sign contracts but after that she never showed up to any of our open houses and she was never available to answer her phone. Business was done via text and emails. Updates to our Contracts were done via email. Personally our listing seemed to be a small fish swimming around in her giant fish tank full of other fish. No drive, No motivation, No hunger to sell our listing. This is my right to freedom of speech.
