Outstanding customer service!!! I had my eye appointment today, and it was pretty straightforward. I dont remember the name of the young lady who took care of me during the eye exam process, but she was really nice and helpful. After I finished, I checked out the glasses. I was instantly greeted by Briana and another lady. Briana was super professional and was able to discuss the options for my glasses. I was able to purchase a pair of glasses which Im very happy about. My mom and sister will be stopping by to purchase a pair for themselves! Again, excellent service, and please keep up the good work! :)

ABSOLUTELY 110% Happy with the service I recieved from whom I now consider MY3 Personal Favorite Lenscrafter gals... #1: Amanda (Sales Associate) always attentive in the background like a baseball player ready to back up her team. I confess not being the happiest with my first choice of glasses although, I absolutely loved and rocked them, sadly they just werent for me. I could not see clearly and it made me miserable. Amanda was there to assist! Great job, its always frustrating having to work with someone new and having to explain everything from the beginning...that didnt happen with Amanda, she was very helpful. Now my girl #2 Sadie (Team Lead) who offered her expertise with confidence to her team and to me...reassuring that I would leave happy with my glasses as she offered assistance double checking my measurements like a second opinion that provide peace of mind... and then theres my # 3 Sasha (Sales Associate) who was super patient with me actually felt like I was shopping with a friend giving me a thumbs up or in deciding what choice to make... always with a smile, always positive, and always friendly. REVIEWS ARE NOT HARLINGEN LOCATION STUCK UP- SNOOTY- SALES MANAGER We Went in on a Sunday afternoon, and the sales manager didn t even bother to look at me- she just stayed on her iPad- She couldn t even answer my questions- She just repeated the sales- she assumed I had Medicaid- and so what if I do- no one should be treated bad-She said they have discounts for people who pay in cash She walked away and never came back This is not how you treat people- This is unacceptable-

Not helpful at all. Spoke to a female a week or so ago who agreed to help me when I had a chance to go back. I went in today, and she avoided me. The females were just standing there, and not one welcomed me, asked if I needed help, or told me that they d be right with me. None of them were busy with a customer. Disappointing!
