Electric Starship Arcade is an absolute blast! With a huge variety of games, theres something for everyone to enjoy, from fighting games and sports titles to shooters and a great selection of pinball machines all free to play with a day pass, no need to fuss with coins. Its a gamers paradise! While the food is solid and the drinks are decent, the real highlight here is, of course, the gaming experience. The atmosphere kicks up a notch after 8 PM when it becomes an adult-only space, making it a great spot for a fun night out. Be sure to follow their Facebook page to keep up with the exciting events they host regularly. Highly recommend for a fun, nostalgic gaming experience!

Incredible spot to soak in the nostalgia, play until your heart s content, and be transported into a realm of pure entertainment! We were there for over 8 hours and I felt like we barely scratched the surface of what the Starship has to offer. Packed with games, but it doesn t feel cluttered. Great mix of classic, upgraded, and newer arcades, pinball machines, and other fun games. The staff was excellent, and went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience! If you re in the area this is a must hit for any arcade fan, pinball lover, or just someone seeking some pure nostalgic bliss!

Had a fantastic time here. Wide variety in games and everything was in good condition. The place was very clean and had great murals and other decorations. The ten dollar entry is an incredible deal as you could easily spend hours in here. Very kid friendly as well during the day. Edit 1 year later: Electric Starship has only gotten better! Entry is $12, which is still a great value considering the quality of the games. Ive been to many arcades that use the flat fee entry/free play model, and none of them maintain the machines like this place does. They also have many rarities I havent seen anywhere else (i.e. some interesting Japan-only releases). Best of all, the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Late update on Dec 23 2023 I was in the Haltom city area rode on go-kart at Route 377 Go-kart before heading down the road to Electric Starship Arcade first step into the building is a hallway seem if I was entering to movie theater once in side I was greeted to the counter to purchase wristband by very nice employees, there s classic 80s/90s video games in good shape, hot food, drinks/alcohol beverage, chairs and table, clean environment, Spent like 3 hours there I had a blast spending time with my son I would go ever weekend if I live locally

In the strip mall behind the Braums, but the space is expansive and there are a wide variety of retro games that you can access for an up front fee, $10/day or $20/month which can work out depending on the number of times you intend to access and play. They have snacks and drinks of the alcoholic variety making it a fine line in lieu of the kids, but they do also have identifying wristbands and late adult hours for adult activities and players who seek access without their energetic kiddos. I enjoy playing Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-man, Joust, Alien and Terminator, but there are a wide variety of other all types of games from the 80s and 90s including several game systems and things the likes of pinball machines and air hockey tables. The owner [he digs the games and hopes you do too] is a personable man who builds his own boards and employs both wife and daughters. All in all an extremely pleasant environment in which to throw off today and get your head back to a far simpler time. Comic book store is down the strip. Also enjoyable. Please do check them both out. They are fun.

This is one of the best and well kept arcades in the area, but it can be frustrating to have a favorite machine and end up traveling all the way out here only to find its been rotated off the floor. Ive only ever had one bad experience here over a year ago where one of the teenage female employees got upset with how I was playing a game. I wasnt being rough, destructive, or even disturbing, or damaging of the machine in any way. She just didnt approve of my method and got on to me about it. I just noped outta there for a full year. Sometimes other customers can also get kinda rowdy since they do serve alcohol here and being around drunk / intoxicated people in close proximity when I just wanna chill and play some games can be aggravating. Some of the custom cabinets can be confusing to use as they require special button inputs to change games or go into menus and theres no how-tos on the owners youtube channel or notes on the cabinets themselves. But yeah, only thing keeping me from 5-staring this place is that one sour memory with the teenage employee and the drunkards at night.

First time visit Saturday - loved the bands (Daughters of Evil and Hard Rock Revival) . . . but the arcade - it s a dream most arcade fans have but would not believe actually exists. My wife and I spent a lot of our time just looking at the amazing art on the wall - truly jaw-dropping. I live in Keller and can t believe I ve been wasting my time going to other places with this right here. The games were all amazing and a good representation of all eras - the console room with a Turbo Grafix 16!! Pinball machines were all better maintained than a lot of places and all shot well. I felt the menu offered is perfect and fit the vibe - no need to start offering artisan this or that - it s where it needs to be - had a great IPA for less than $5 - perfect. Will be back and will spread the word.

Best retro arcade I ve been to hands down! Such a carefully selected and curated variety of old and new games . I love the pinball machine! We went after 8 pm when it was 21+ only and the games will make you feel like a kid again. We had so much fun and we stayed for hours. The price is perfect for an all day pass and they had drinks and snacks but we didnt order anything. The only thing that kind of bothered us was a funky smell like the place needed to be aired out but other than that if you remember spending hours as a kid in the arcade then this is the place! Very cool arcade in middle of strip mall. $10 a person gets you unlimited action to all the games. There s pinball, arcade games, classic 90 s and newer. The sit in car games old and new, dance dance revolution 2-player stage, golden tee, the list goes on. Literally something for everyone. They even had a room set up with some old school consoles. We brought our Hurst United Soccer Association U11 boys team here today for their end-of-season party & trophy presentation. What a great place! This place is HUGE and has all kinds if great games. A lot of arcades have the tendency to have filler games that add space to an arcade but I can absolutely say they have one of the best selection of games. Their pinball area also had a nice lineup. They also take great care of the machines. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Out of all the different arcade bars Ive tried here in Texas, this one definitely takes the cake!! Not crowded whatsoever, drinks are top notch, and they have a fantastic selection of classic arcade games, pinball, and more modern games. Definitely one of my favorite spots for my wife and I to go for a date night.

I love this place! I took my two daughters (18 & 21) to enjoy the retro arcade experience, and we all had a great time. It took me right back to my teen/early 20s years, I havent had that much fun in a while. Well definitely be back! Especially if Mike manages to find an Addams Family pinball machine!

Had an amazing time with my boys we came a couple of weeks ago and plan on doing there birthday here. Really nice place and the day I had gone they had karaoke night so I went back with my husband and had a blast. Recommend it 100%

This is the first arcade I ve ever wanted to go back to. There are tons of games. All kinds. Foosball to Stranger Things pinball and 4 player Pac-Man to Paperboy. One price to play all you want. We went when it was busy, but it still wasn t crowded? Weird. Staff was available but not intrusive. One game was down but was being worked on and then I noticed it was repaired before we departed. This is a great space put on by people that care. You should check it out. Before 8PM with kiddos, as after it is 21+.

I love this place. Tucked away in a shopping center, this place was well air conditioned, plenty of games, especially pinball machines. Great service, friendly staff, lots of old school games abs cheap beer. Kiddos loved this place and so do I!

Never been here, but plan on it soon. I m a 70s and 80s junkie tbh yet I m only 24. I love the aesthetic these arcades have to offer the public. My grandparents were teenagers in the 80s. They always had quarters on hand after school for the arcade. This place looks like an extra terrestrial dream and a time capsule. I usually go to free play in Denton, but it s expensive. I hope I can visit soon! I live in Bridgeport Texas which is a little far:(

This place is pretty cool! Reasonable price and lots of great classic games. They do a good job. Of keeping the games in good working order. Im a pinball fan and theyve got some good machines. Theyve got a few beers and sodas available (bottles), and a few basic snacks. Id like to see them offer some draft beers, fountain sodas, and a couple more food options.

My family and I spent a couple of hours here on a recent Saturday afternoon, and were not disappointed. As first-time visitors, we were impressed with cleanliness, game selection, layout, and overall vibe of this arcade. Every game we played operated correctly, the staff was friendly, and although we didnt order from the snack bar, the food and drink selections were impressive. I noticed a birthday party happening in a private room, too -- what a fun place for a celebration! Well be back.

Great deal: $10 for unlimited play. Plus, the $20 monthly pass sounds like a really good deal. I think what sets this place apart from Cidercade and other unlimited arcades were the old gaming console room. However, despite the website saying they offer the N64, I was disappointed to learn they didnt have one. Overall, great place!

Great place!! I have been to many of the other arcades in DFW and this one ranks as the top. Every machine was working as it should and the place was very clean with just the right amount of lighting (couple places have been too dark). Staff was very friendly and good prices on hot dogs and beers. If you are looking for an arcade to visit, go here!!

The atmosphere was very dark which was a benefit as it helped with viewing game screens (and a personal favorite aesthetic). $10 to enter. $20 for a month membership. All games were functioning and the staff was nice. When compared to Cidercade, this arcade was smaller yet had a more expensive monthly membership ($20 versus $15) and has more restricted hours (only open 5 days versus Cidercades 7 days & opens later, closes sooner). Due to their smaller size they have GOOD but ultimately less diversity and duplicates (only 1 air hockey and skee-ball for example). However, Electric Starship does have a more diverse food/snack menu including hotdogs, cotton candy, popcorn, chips, nachos, & candy. Their Drink/Alcohol selection is also superior: coffee, tea, soda, Red Bull and more than just cider alcohol. I encourage you to check out their website which provides nice information. In conclusion, it is hard to beat Cidercade, but this arcade does offer a slightly different atmosphere and is worth checking out especially if it is closer to you.

Retro arcade. Check Drinks. Check Entry fee and all you can play. Check Those are good enough for 4 stars. The 5th star is earned by having both TMNT and The Simpsons. This place has 5 stars. If I could make one special request, an arcade I loved as much as these two, but was not there: Sunset Riders. I really miss this one.

I have been going to electric starship arcade for about 2 years and it has not let me down a single time. It is the best place to hang out with friends and family. They have a great selection of games and are always getting new games. They also have a great selection of food and drinks. The staff are amazing and real-time nice. Overall electric starship arcade it a great place to go if you want to play some games and have fun.
