Standard budget hotel. The breakfast options are minimal. The room and bathrooms were clean. The toilet had a slow leak, so it ran occasionally. The ac wasnt the strongest. Would I stay there again? Probably. It gets the job done.

The hotel has great location and is very reasonably priced. The hotel common areas and rooms were very clean. The front desk staff, maids, and shuttle drivers were all nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The airport shuttle was on time. I used it 3 times to catch the DART light rail to go to downtown Dallas from the DFW airport for sightseeing. The only reason I take a star away is the continental breakfast is severely lacking. Make your own waffels, two juices, two cereals and coffee. Thats it. No bread for toast, no english muffins. No fruit. I walked to Macdonalds across the highway each morning for breakfast. It seems like the breakfast there is an afterthought so they can advertise free breakfast. Its just one step above not having a breakfast. Spiff that up and Id give it 5 stars.

Room was clean. AC unit worked okay. No bedbugs. TV very small and was weak on its stand. Remote was a universal remote that didnt work right. No complementary water. Continental breakfast was Coffee, OJ/Apple Juice, Milk, Waffles and cereal... No meat or eggs. Yeah... It was barely enough to call it a provided breakfast. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Overall a good place to stay for a very cheap room. Everything is very clean. You can tell the place is old but its been remodeled and its nice enough. It was quiet. We didnt hear doors, slamming or anything. What I couldnt figure out was why the heck this chair was still in the room? I used it and it works but theres bits of leather and stuff peeling off of it. And theres no conditioner or lotion in the bathroom. We saw some cute little bunny rabbits outside on both days. Just living their best life. I stayed at the hotel this week for one night. Check in was no problem and I was given a room pretty close to the lobby. When I got into the room, it had a pretty strong odor, and it was warm and humid. I turned up the power on the AC and then headed out for a few hours. I got back late and the room was still humid, and still had a strong odor. I spoke to the desk clerk, who quickly moved me to a room across the hall. The room was warm, but the AC was set at 75, so turning it down helped. It also had a bit of an odor, though it was much less powerful and I quickly acclimated to it. The breakfast area is much smaller than I was anticipating. Theres only 4 or 5 tables, and the breakfast options are limited. Two different sugar cereals, a waffle maker (in the shape of Texas - nice touch) and some coffee and muffins. The shuttle to the airport was on time and took me to the correct terminal uneventfully.

A very comfortable hotel, it includes a very simple breakfast, but the waffles are very delicious . The guy at the reception is great and helpful, they have free airport service. The area is not for making tourist plans, but the Boomer bar is great and very good food! In general, all the staff were very friendly and a small, but functional and pleasant hotel. Thank you so much!

Check in is 3pm, check out 11 am. You pay extra to check in before EVEN if the room is ready. Curtains were shredded, no AC in hallways & it had such a strong smell of Marijuana & then of regular smoke it was nauseating. Even though there were signs everywhere of no smoking. Staff didnt understand English when asked for an extra blanket. I suppose this is what you get for using an economical hotel. Live & learn.

I question the cleanliness of this hotel for the following reasons: - I kept having to ask for a fitted sheet on our bed and when housekeeping came to our room they would take it off and not replace it. Gross. What the heck? - I kept breaking out really bad in acne while staying here when I had clear skin before my stay and my skin cleared up right after I left. I did ask for different pillows to try to remedy the situation. When I say I broke out Im talking waking up with like 30 pimples on my face. Only thing I can think of is that their sheets arent all that clean or theyre using a certain detergent that irritates sensitive skin. - I always had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room. They never offered or came by when we left the whole week stay. Other takeaways: - The breakfast was good but some variety would be nice. I ate waffles or cereal for like a week during my stay here. I suppose better than most hotels or nothing at all. - When I asked for certain amenities housekeeping and staff did try to help me. - A microwave in rooms would be a nice convenience.

Your smoke detectors was wrapped up with plastic. Also check your showers because they re filthy and if you have a broken phone you re gonna be told to put a pillow over it or a towel because you ll keep you up all night their air conditioner shut off on you, so you have to turn them back on, and if you take a shower, you better hang up your towel because I have no extras You only get one Nearby activities: Baseball parking for tournaments

I was happy to get a reservation at the last moment. Pricing is fair. The amenities in the room were okay. Theres no closet space. Fridge never got cold, even after checking it out myself. Lighting is good! New floors and bathroom were nice. The bed was okay. The pillows on the bed seriously need to be replaced. They had no fluff nor firmness. The entire bedding should be updated. The service desk staff is indeed very nice! They offer free breakfast, coffee, cold cereal, and yogurt. You can make your own waffles; a nice experience! The breakfast area was clean and airy . I would love to rate an overall 5 experience because of the service (staff), but there needs to be continuous upgrades to the property. Its not bad at all. It would be a quick stay if I needed to go there again. Its not a place where I would invest lots of time and money in as a customer. Noteworthy details: Staff was accomodatable. Friendly but professional. I loved the idea of the waffle experience and staff walking me through the breakfast journey of what to expect. I loved the open dining breakfast area. People were nice and talkative. We were making breakfast together with strangers. Beautiful! Theres plenty of parking. The hotel is off the road. Continue making upgrades to property to become a 5. Its just things that need to be improved upon. Keep the great value!

Overall a disaster. Arrived after a 12 hour flight, called the hotel, waited 2 hours for the airport transfer shuttle, as it always stops between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. (daily!). A shame for an airport hotel, even during the return transfer to the airport there was discussion that they were reluctant to give me the 1 p.m. shuttle.... Discussions for the shuttle transfer. Please, Mr. GM, do not call a hotel like this an airport hotel. Breakfast was ridiculous on offer, there was no hot water and therefore no tea, only coffee and orange juice. Room itself is okay. But unfortunately there was a common smell of marijuana in the hallway and therefore also in the room. Some of the staff spoke English very poorly, Spanish was better there..... I can only advise everyone who relies on the airport shuttle not to stay at this hotel..... Mr. Manager, it would perhaps help to have the times on the homepage to adapt. Never again this hotel.......

Imagine my surprise on my drive up from the Austin area when I received an email from this hotel saying my reservation was canceled! I called to inquire why, and was given even more surprising news! Apparently, my wife called (I m a single gay male) and canceled my reservation because we weren t making the trip. It s a good choice for a budget hotel. Gets you in, gets you to sleep, gets you back on the road. The rooms were reasonably clean but could use some sprucing up. I really like the location by the airport because I hate jumping on the road after a long haul flight. This hotel is definitely my cheap show stopping booze and snooze. We were stuck in Dallas because a plane was delayed. This hotel was closest to the airport. And the price was the cheapest considering the distance. I didnt think it was very cheap at $117. They even have an airport shuttle. That is also a bonus because for a few miles the prices increase considerably with a taxi. Room was good and spacious, two large beds. Slept well and quickly. The only thing was that the refrigerator made noise every now and then. Usually it goes out of the socket, but then I was already asleep. Since we took the shuttle at 5.30, so no breakfast, so I cant say much about this. Service was good. Immediately offered and scheduled for the shuttle service upon arrival.

Shabby torn curtains. Breakfast had nothing that a diabetic could eat. Instead of having Raisin bran in the Raisin bran container. they had childrens fruit loop type cereal. They didnt have any fruit on the continental breakfast. The good thing about this place is they have paid parking to leave your car there when on a trip. They also have a free shuttle that runs to and from the airport. If they would do a small renovation, replace the curtains and linen, and revamp their breakfast it would get better reviews. Rooms: Rooms were ok. The curtains were torn. The soap in the bathroom smelled rancid. Food and drinks: The breakfast had nothing a diabetic could eat. Had the dispenser that said raisin bran, actually had raisin bran I. It, I could have eaten that. It had fruit loops in it. Everything was sugar coated. Noteworthy details: The parking situation. They have paid parking there for when you fly out of the airport. That was quite reasonable the only reason I stayed there. I was flying out of Dallas to go to Arizona for a week. So left my car in their parking lot.

Paying $94-110 every night for a room you d expect things to be real nice. It s not like how it use to be. I ve been coming here on and off for years. I feel it s was over priced for the way it looks and the things they have to offer. We ve had to change sheets from stains plenty of times. The breakfast is terrible. They use to have eggs and all the good stuff but they stopped doing all that and now only have very little selection and what they do have isn t good. Also we had been staying there for months hopes to get cheaper rates considering we we re basically living there and they wouldn t cut us any slack cus we d leave a day or two for out of town work. I just find it rude knowing we ve been staying for so long paying so much you d think they d be nice enough to lower the rate. We switched to comfort inn. Same price if not cheaper if u reserve online & way cleaner , nicer rooms and AMAZING BREAKFAST.

I have stayed at this hotel about half a dozen times over the past few years. I live 3 hrs. away from the airport, so I drive down and spend the night before my morning flights, using the provided parking and shuttle service. Never had a problem previously, but on this stay, there was the strong, musty smell in my room that a half dozen other reviewers have mentioned. Apparently management isnt addressing the complaints in these reviews. The biggest complaint I have is that when I called for the shuttle ride from the airport back to the hotel, the person I spoke with told me that the shuttle wasnt running (it was 5:30 p.m.) and that I would have to call a cab or Uber. So I had to pay $25 for the Uber ride back to the hotel. I will definitely be reconsidering staying here again on my next visits.

I chose this hotel because it was advertised to be $65 a night and is pet friendly. The low cost was the main reason I put the motel into my navigation. BUT- I ended up paying $110 + $10 pet fee for a single queen bed for one night. After paying double the initial quote, I figured the accommodations would match the price. But boy was I wrong, the cleanliness of the room was atrocious. The carpet didnt appear to be vacuumed and the BEDSHEETS had a yellow tint with numerous stains. I was completely astounded to realize that housekeeping DIDNT bleach the bedding (Im not even sure if the sheets were washed after the previous guest). Hotels use white linens so guests can easily see how clean they are (That is hotel housekeeping 101!), and the only way to do that is to machine wash in hot water with bleach. That kills all bacteria and keeps the sheets bright and white. We asked reception for a new, clean set of sheets that ended up being stained worse than the first set. We even found hair on the fresh set we were given straight out of the laundry room. THERE IS NO WAY HOUSEKEEPING IS BLEACHING THE BEDDING. Both sets of sheets had an obvious dingy yellow tint to them. Im not usually one to complain and write bad reviews. Hell I probably wouldnt have even writen a review if I was charged the $65 that was advertised online, even with the terrible state of the room. The fact that I was overcharged and the room was unsanitary has really bothered me. I feel like I was scammed out of my hard earned money. For the sake of all future guests, I HOPE MANAGEMENT READS THIS, BUYS BLEACH, AND GIVES HOUSEKEEPING STEP BY STEP LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING THE BEDDING. I also hope they stop advertising wrong rates and charge their guests fair rates for the service and accommodations provided.

They put effort into cleaning and making nice what they did have. For example, the toilet paper roll had a cute design folded into it, the towels were folded nicely, and the beds were presentes nicely. Breakfast had fresh waffles you cook yourself, cereal, yogurt, and coffee. Went to turn the a/c on to cool the room for bed and get some airflow to maybe help with the smell ans the unit barely works, turned on high/cool/all the way down to 60. Literally less air than sighing in impatience with this disaster. I guess they forgot its summer in Texas. Just go somewhere else. Its not worth the money.

Breakfast was not much but usable. The cleanliness of the rooms left a LOT to be desired, but it was sort of any port in a storm so we didnt complain (except that one member of our group had to request a room change due to mold smell). I cant give them a glowing rec, but if you need an inexpensive room near DFW, this is a viable option. Rooms: All the nonsmoking rooms reeked of tobacco smoke, and one of our 3 rooms had to be changed due to mold smell. So this was the main reason I downgraded the rating.

Went to vending room and window was open and the screen was tore and flapping! Breakfast was a choice of cereal yogurt or waffle! When checking in needed a second person had to wait awhile!

Dated rooms that are falling apart - damaged walls, furniture and trim, failing grout in the bathroom, torn drapes and sheets, ancient A/C units literally duct taped together. Lovely kicker at 3 am this morning was the smoke alarm chirping bc the battery was dying and obviously wasnt changed w daylight savings 2 months ago. I ask the front desk and he says the maintenance man wont be in until after 9 and heres a disability shower stool I can use to climb up and take the battery out. I do so and see the smoke alarm innards are pretty beat up...and the expiration date on the alarm itself is Nov 2000. Nothing like safety being paramount with a 23 year-expired smoke alarm.

We had to get a last minute hotel due to missing our connecting flight from weather delays. We didn t expect anything fancy given we were only going to be there for a few hours. We didn t even sleep in the bed as it looked like the comforter was stained. The locks on the doors didn t feel safe enough, you could hear everything clearly outside your door, when you walk down the hall it smelled like someone was hotboxing their room. Overall if you don t care about cleanliness then this is the spot but looking back we would ve spent the extra money for a cleaner experience.

Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet during our two night stay. The free breakfast was a plus and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again if I needed a budget option near DFW.

Very decent part of town close enough to the airport to ride tex rail. Its a mile walk from the train but worth it to me. Also its close to grapevine a very touristy part of DFW. None the less its a basic hotel basic amenities. Nothing fancy but it was a warm place to sprawl out while my flight got delayed two days. We need places like this people because people like me cannot afford a 300 dollar a night hotel. You get what you pay for but what you pay for is also exactly what you need.

New shuttle times not rightly advertised on other app programs. Thus, I arrived early enough to get to airport two hours prior as advised during Holiday season. When arriving to Super 8 for my 4:30PM parking appointment, their new times start shuttles at 6PM, thus making me arrive very late in holiday security hustle. Fortunately, my flight just moved from 7PM to 7:30PM. Now, Im hoping I get through security and to gate on time. No discount or anything was able to be given to compensate for the miscommunication on the companys part. There were other places I could have chosen to go and would have had I known this location doesnt begin shuttles until late.

I actually did not stay here because my uber took me to the wrong location after I missed my flight and was stranded in Dallas for 2 days. I called the establishment and was told my reservation would be cancelled without charge since it was not pre paid. This was the first positive thing that had happened on my trip so i was very grateful. In spite of what i was told, however, i was charged anyway. If I had been advised correctly I would have gotten another uber and kept my reservation but now Im just out close to 100 dollars. My rating is strictly based on promises not kept

Stayed here one night because our connecting flight was next morning, and I didnt have any bad experience. Maybe it depends on the room or staff? Or maybe Im just used to hotels in many other major cities that are a lot worse in quality for the same (or higher) price. I travel a lot and have stayed at countlessly many 3-5 star hotels. This is obviously not a 5 star hotel, but you get what you pay for. The airport shuttle was comfortable and clean, and we didnt have to wait that long both ways (pick up at the airport/hotel). The staff were kind or at least okay, no one was rude to us. There were a few restaurants nearby that open late, so we were able to order delivery at night. I didnt have any major complaint about the room either. Yes, the pool was closed and the hotel didnt update the amenities list, but its been very common since Covid at many hotels (could be maintenance-related or short staffed?) so Im used to it.

The person on the phone put us on hold for about 5 minutes and when he came back not only told us that the pool was open but that it was 24 hours. When we arrived to the location not even an hour later the man behind the counter said the poolwas closed and he hadnt told any one that it was open. He then immediately started to offer to just cancel the reservation and insulted wife saying we must not have traveled or stayed in a hotel before. We were able to cancel the booking and get our money back would not recommend at all.

We never did get hot water in our tub, and in our daughters room they got only hot water. The faucets are inoperable. The floors are disgusting. The stale stench in the rooms is bad and hard to identify. It s a potpourri of mold, smoke, industrial smells. They re not non-smoking rooms, regardless of the signage. The sheets seemed clean. The bathroom linens are mismatched and dingy. The last straw was the bedbug. We smashed and bagged it and the only response at checkout was sorry about that. Seriously. Pick a different place.
