I order pizza and wings on Saturday night, was delivered by DoorDash The driver name Is Yovan The driver stayed with one of my pizzas and I call pizza patron in Grand Prairie and they tell me my order it was complete and they gave it to the driver so I called DoorDash and I told them why the driver did and they tell me they gonna call pizza patron to give me another pizza so I ll call pizza patron to make sure they were going to send me another pizza which they tell me yes in 20 minutes you will get your pizza. Well my pizza never show up. NEVER Again

I pass other pizza restaurants to go to Pizza Patron on Carrier in Grand Prairie. I liked it so well. Today I tried to order by phone for pickup and couldnt get thru. Drove down there and the phone was off the hook (seems to be an ongoing issue) and the gentleman at the counter was rude. Since they werent interested in selling pizzas, I left and went somewhere else that was interested. I wont be eating there again. And there should be a None of the above on the questions listed below. Didnt dine at all. Spent 0 dollars and I dont recommend any dish. Parking: parking is not the issue

I been going to Pizza patron for years and its always my go to pizza spot. For the one on south carrier parkway They have good service and been going to it for about 8 years Parking: Parking is right next to it. Kid-friendliness: Easy to order.

The pizza was very, very good but the boy who served us was in a bad mood. I asked him for Parmesan cheese and he didnt take it to the car. He put them on the table as if he wanted me to go for them!! When he attended to us he was not friendly at all! The truth is that his attitude left much to be desired! They shouldnt hire staff who dont want to work! They should stay home! The truth is I am very disappointed!! I have already come here several times and that has never happened .

Not a good experience recently. Food preparation with no gloves from one individual. Prepared the ham with no gloves, squeezing the excess juice from the meat with bare hands. The other individual used the same gloves that was used to wipe down the counter, those same gloves was used to prepare the pizzas. Served the customer at the window without washing hands after touching the ham...etc... Very inconsiderate especially facing a pandemic that can have a deadly outcome for some. Every type of food safety violation. Etc...

great service and they sometimes have good pizza! only sometimes though, Ive had a lot of underdone pizzas from this location. usually theyre just gummy and have raw dough in the center. it seems almost like the pizzas are rushed through and dont have time to bake fully, maybe the convection of the oven isnt working so well. Ive had nice crispy fully baked pizzas before from this location, its just soggy and underdone most times. and asking for crispy just gets the pizza crust burned. need to bake for a few mins longer at a lower temp. hope to see an increase in food quality!
