Ordered breakfast through the app- my husband arrives and he clearly sees the workers yet no one proceeds to speak to him or tell him anything. After waiting 10 additional minutes and even trying to go inside I call the store 3 times and he proceeds to tell me they aren t open for another 15 minutes yet it s 10am. Really bad customer service, I won t be returning to this location again.

I ordered a breakfast burrito combo. My ICED Coffee,had no ice in it and tasted like mostly water. The combo should have included a hash brown as a side. Instead,I found an empty hash brown holder at the bottom of my bag. I would have gone back and complained,but I didnt check my items until I arrived to a scheduled appointment.Workers were also rushing to give me my food and I was the only person in the drive-thru. Yes,its fast-food,but slow down and pay attention to the job your supposed to be doing -its not asian arithmetic. So disappointed,wont be going back for awhile ...WASTE OF TIME AND MY MONEY.

In the past, I have gone to this location and the service and the food were terrible. I took a chance last night and went through the drive-through. My experience changed dramatically. You had a great crew working last night and the lady that took my order was pleasant and polite as well as the surface I received at the window. Thank you for finally getting a good crew working at your establishment and for food that was well prepared, unlike my previous experiences.

They are very rude I told the girl through the speaker that I had a mobile order for Samantha. She responded who? She didn t even tell me to pull up or that she had my order. The dude that handed me my food. Hid himself behind the window, stuck his arm out as if he was afraid I was gonna like attack him or something. Taco Bell has reached new lows. The food is going up in price and the sizes of the items keep getting smaller and smaller. While wages keep going up, $15 an hour for a low IQ meaningless job, the quality of employees keep going down. The employees at this location are rude and very intellectually deficient. They act like it is not in their job description to do anything that a customer asks them to do. Every single table was filthy and when we asked the little goth pink haired girl to PLEASE clean a table off for us she was visibly put out and duu oh d a terrible job. The last time I went through the drive thru, no napkins and no sauce which I asked for twice, once at the speaker and again at the window. If Taco Bell is wanting to go bankrupt, they are on the right track. The state of the society and the current generation s work ethic is the worse in history.

The girl in the drive thru was busy calling someone, Im assuming another employee, probably not her fault but whoever made it messed up my order. They didnt give me utensils, my sauce or napkins. Previously rated 5 stars, the service was great, and they helped me take a large order to my car. On my visit last week, however, there were no Napkins. I am mostly leaving this review to let customers know that this location does not have dine in and hasnt for a good while. However, this info hasnt been updated on Google and they have not removed the large sign in the window that says they have dine in. This should be updated as it is very misleading. *** Update: the remodeling is complete. Giving two stars as I have been given things I didnt order several times now. One time they said I had to pay for the nacho fries when they gave me chips and cheese instead. Today (02/29/2024) I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and nachos with cheese. I was given someones taco and bean & cheese burrito.

Working in the area, first day I stopped in and got some food and used the restroom. Food ended up making me sick all day. I ve been stopping in everyday not for the food but mainly because they are never busy and I can quickly make a restroom stop, however in doing this.. the same toilet paper has been on the floor in one of the stalls since Friday, and one toilet has stains (same since Friday). There has also been a dead bird by the front door since Friday! I told them about the bird on Friday it s now Monday still there pretty disgusting place!

Ive lived here for a good while, and every time Ive went here recently, its been abysmal. Ingredients have been stale, preparation quality has been non existent, and the staff are always a hit or miss if you get good service; more on the miss side. If anyone from corporate reads this: Close this location down or purge the entire crew and rehire. This location is only dragging the name of Taco Bell in the mud. If you want good Taco Bell, go to the I35 location near the old HEB building, avoid this location like its a burning dumpster fire.

Ordered online and pulled up to the drive through, they informed me they werent taking orders. I explained that Id already placed an order and they responded, with attitude, well I guess youll have to get a refund on the app, we arent taking orders. This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever been. This morning I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap and a large soda. They shorted me a hash brown, the hash brown that was in the crunch wrap was not cooked and very chewy, the Baja Blast was flat I even paid more for a large, and the lady kept calling me a ma am even after seeing me at the window like can you really not tell I m a guy??? These tacos are smashed into the paper. I will take that as a direct insult for my family placing an order and with how hard they were packed in it was intended to ruin my familys meal. I want a complete refund of my $27 and my order to be completely remade and served back to me properly. Im tempted to press charges against this store location as well. ****Update August 31st 2023*** They have made changes, and the crew working tonight knows how to make fresh good food. Props the the crew working, everything was amazing and they didnt take the small things for granted. We pulled up and the girl took our order was nice and told us a thing we asked for was no longer on the menu. We ordered, food came in a decent amount of time. Everything was correct and the add-ons like extra creamy jalapeño sauce was done perfect. Keep up the amazing work. ----------old review-------- We have been waiting in line for 30 minutes, get to finally place our order and we have to wait even more. This is seriously a problem, the line wraps the building and more people have left rhe line than have gotten tacos. This happens often, but tacos are good... while dining in at this taco bell location last night , i witnessed a manager (she was an older lady) in an altercation with a customer who was simply trying to get his food. he was having a conversation with 2 employees until this manager came and escalated things. after things died down i then saw her begin to belittle her employees and not treat them with any kind of respect. she truly made my experience a non-pleasant one and i will not be returning to avoid having another unpleasant experience.

Horrible customer service, we went inside to eat since it was very hot to eat in our car. There was no one at the counter. We stood there waiting and nobody came over. They were only concerned about the drive thru. Another person came in asking if we had orderd. we said no, nobody has come up to help us. after a few more minutes he spoke up and asked if anyone was going to help us in the lobby. The girl doing the drive thru rudely yelled back that they dont take orders in the front any more, you must use the kiosk on the wall to order. I asked to speak with the manager and Don came out from around the corner. He also stated they dont take orders in the lobby any more you must use the kiosk, all taco bells are going this way. I asked about customer service skills and not acknowledging ones that come into the lobby even though the look at you, let you stand there for a while and finally yelling back at a customer who is asking for some help was good customer service skills. He again said all Taco Bells are going to the kiosk only and side stepped the answer saying he is short staffed. I asked could they put a sing up to let people know you must order with the kiosk or your app would be a good idea. He said maybe but was not going to do it since all Taco Bells are going to kiosk only ordering. Another person came in while I was talking to Don and nobody acknowledged him. My daughter let him know they dont take orders at the registers. This is pure laziness and horrible customer service. if I wasnt in a rush I would not have stayed and ate. My friend didnt order since she was going to pay with cash. I know its Taco Bell but this kind of service from a manager is really sad and you can really understand why their employees act like they do. Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst Taco Bell period. The lines are super long, I ve left twice this week alone. Last time I was in like they said it would be 5-10 minutes after waiting for over 5 they said they d let me know when they were ready so had to leave that time too. This location should just permanently close. Look at all the reviews, it s trash. What s the point, also there s another Taco Bell in Georgetown, save yourself the waste of time and go there or to literally any other place because it s not like its the best quality anyway even when you are able to order it! I m writing this in the lobby. This was the best Taco Bell I ve had in my life. I got dental implants and haven t had anything crunchy for like a week and eating this felt like Jesus kissed me on the mouth. I m not even that hungry and I ordered again, it was that good.

Its Taco Bell. We all know the food and what to expect. You love it, or you hate it. Tell me why it took 17 minutes from drive thru speaker to leaving with order? And not just me, but every car in front or behind me. Is the order taker also the cook? They were nice workers, and the food was hot and fresh. But fast food? Perhaps not.

Hunter, at the TB on Williams drive in Georgetown, had the worst customer service this side of Austin. Lack of accountability for requiring me to wait a ridiculously amount of time to order my food, ignoring my request to ensure the sour cream wasnt just on one side of the taco, and refusing to admit they had messed up my order. Constant theme with TB these days. On my last visit to the same location, the manager expressed frustration to me because she was short staffed, and guess what? Had messed up my order. The training program, Im sure, leaves much to be desired.

I was told to use Kiosk after waiting 15 min. FOOD WAS COLD. Short staff. I was ignored for 15 min. Hardly no fillings in my tacos. I spent 45 min there just for a few tacos. They keep getting my orders wrong . The female boss is not friendly. I smiled, she just looked away.She needs to go. Or hire a new crew. Drive thru line was long. I walked in. But ignored. On 4/3/23 @ around 8 pm, I reluctantly entered the very long drive thru line at this Taco Bell. While waiting. I saw two young men hurry to close and lock the dining room doors after the last customer walked out. The, apparently limited, staff proceeded to knock out the orders in drive thru efficiently, correctly, and with smiles! I was totally impressed.

multiple times i ve waited more than 30 minutes in the drive thru. Recently I went through the drive thru and I was the only car there, i asked if i could add a taco to my order and they told me to drive around the drive thru again. so don t use the drive thru cause they seriously just ignore you and serve the finding room only. Last time i was at the window for 10 monutes after paying and one employee got upset with the other employee cause she wasn t making the drive thru orders at all. my tacos were soggy and nasty after a 30 minute wait in the drive thru. really unsatisfying environment.

This is the worst taco bell in Texas.... The lobby is always closed from 6pm everyday and the drive thru is so backed up you literally wait 30min a worker there is super rude yells and cusses at customers and co workers like they are nothing. They take their time helping the customers in the drive thru on top of lobby being closed. Save yourself the hassle and drive the extra 5min to the location off Hwy 35 the lobby is open like theyre suppose to be and they are fast and friendly. If I could give negative score I would, but even kids in school get a medal for participation so theres that.

Twice in two weeks this place has been closed with no explanation. No sign on the door, nothing. First time at least someone apologized through the drive thru speaker, but with no explanation, this last time nothing and I just gave up. If something is going on fine, but say something. Taco bell is the only fast food restaurant where Ive repeatedly had this issue, opening late, closing early, etc. Get it together. **update: went back last night since its the closest one on my route home. Employee told me through the speaker that it was going to be a bit before my order could be taken. I waited for over ten minutes in silence before finally leaving. I would imagine there was no staff so Im not trying to dog on the employee, Im sure he was overwhelmed, but its amazing to me that this location is like a 20% chance of getting served each time I go. Drove to the one by Heb off 29 and 35 and had food in about 5 minutes, lesson learned, Ill just go to that location moving forward though I have had issues there too with them not being open in the mornings when theyre supposed to be. Taco bell corporate, this is what yall allow at your stores?

The food was OK. Its Taco Bell so I dont expect it to compare to a full-service Tex Mex restaurant. The problem was that I do expect a fast-food place to be sorta fast. I spent 20 minutes in the drive through - probably almost half of that sitting at the window waiting for my food. Thank goodness the kid running the window had enough sense to notice that the first bag he was given from the kitchen was not my order. That would have resulted in a one-star rating. Maybe theyre not always this slow, but on this night, I did not get the service I would expect.

Ordered a mobile order to pickup inside because Im 35 weeks pregnant and needed to pee... It took 25 minutes to get my order... With the understanding this is fast food and therefore having the lowest expectations for service, this location managed to still disappoint. Consistent with the latest 1 star reviews the experience here is frustrating as a customer and embarrassing for management and the owner. To the workers, if youre going to accept the money then do the job you agreed to do. Why is it hard for people to simply communicate? Its customary to acknowledge and speak when spoken to. The staff here were unable to execute even the simplest of requests, they actually just look at you lost. I feel bad for this team not so much as employees here but rather as people that have to navigate life. How can you put such little effort into the job you agreed to do. The experience here in general is bad, staff is unhappy, clueless, of course order was wrong. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
