Saw a movie on August 19th. Theater was very clean and seats were so comfortable. We left and got to our campsite when I realized I left my wallet. Went back and staff had it back behind counter with everything intact. Very thankful to them! !!!

the cinema is okay.. but wow, that employee brady... the way he swept under those seats... i think im in love. ive never felt this way before. I couldnt even focus the whole rest of the day thinking about his firm grip on the broom. i am sure to return for him... if you see this brady, i will love you always and forever...

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I love the idea of reserving your seat prior to the movie. They also have a captioning device for hearing impairment-although I think mine was slightly defective as it only caught certain lines.

Primetime was sooo fun! This was our first visit and walking up, I loved the huge murals on the outside, but then I was blown away by the inside. I was immediately hit with the smell of movie theater popcorn (I m not a Popcorn person, but I can appreciate the smell of freshly popped and buttered popcorn). We met with Mike, who was so kind and helpful (even when I couldn t figure out my bowling shoe size). The music was right up my alley (bowling pun). The atmosphere was fun. And the place was so clean! I always judge a place by its bathroom cleanliness, Primetime delivered! We only did bowling this time, but we will be back to watch a movie FOR SURE!

Who is managing this place? I watched Quiet Place Theater 10 6/28 9:30pm the tempatures were so cold my phone felt frozen & I broke out in a rash my legs for some reason i wore shorts but I brought a blanket it felt like freezer tempature I couldnt even enjoy the movie. Perhaps they can adjust night temp because it makes no sense trying to run guest out being so cold

We went during the $4 special weekend, and the renovation to the theater are very nice! The concessions are much higher than Cinemark, but we still enjoyed our visit! We did not check out the bowling alley while there.

Dear management, Could you kindly ask your employees to answer the phone? I called several times only to get voicemail. Once we decided to drive 20 minutes to see about getting a lane to bowl the attendant informed me that it could be 20 minutes or 2 hours. It s very frustrating to see that you guys can t schedule lanes any better and refuse to answer the phone to save people the time and trouble especially if you have no clue when a lane will be available. I know that you are new in town but please do better!

Good prices, good seating. But the only place to get tickets is at the concession counter. Even if you purchase and pay online, you have to get them printed at concessions: behind everyone ordering popcorn, drinks, pizza, etc. Not a good system, which is surprising given the quality of seating and other amenities.

Has a special for bowling at times, $3 per person per lane, per game. Sounds good on paper, but they won t let you pay normal price during these times ($22-$25 per lane per hour) so the lanes end up costing MUCH more per game, and even if you buy 4 games, they ll all still end up ended before an hour is over. So what they market as a deal is actually a shady tactic to get you to spend more and play less, I m a local but me and my friends will never be coming here again due to these tactics, which is sad because we were all very excited for it to open.

This movie house has been renovated since our last visit a couple of years ago. Very comfortable seating, electric recliners. The concessions are a bit pricey. They do have items for consumption in the theater. There is also a new multi lane bowling alley attached in the last 6 months.

I recently took my grandson to a screening of Dune at this movie theater, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The theater boasts incredibly comfortable seating, which made the two-hour-plus runtime of the film feel like a breeze. The customer service was exemplary; the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. As for the movie itself, Dune was a visually stunning and captivating adaptation. The theaters excellent sound system enhanced the immersive experience, bringing the desert landscapes and epic battles to life. My grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Overall, I highly recommend this theater for a top-notch cinematic experience.

We found the price of the tickets fair. The theater was very clean, and the seats with tables were awesome! I will say the room temperature was so cold my wife was wrapped in a blanket, and I had the hoods up on my hoody and wind breaker. It was way too cold. The sound system was good, but one of the bass speakers was damaged and made a cracking sound. Its a nice theater, but well always bring our cold weather gear :)

Since the remodel, I have enjoyed this theater more than ever, and so have my children. The new seating is lovely! Although the snack prices are unchanged, comparable to the high prices of other establishments, the variety, quantity (with refills) and quality are fairly high. Overall, I highly recommend this theater! Looking forward to visiting the bowling alley inside of Galveston Primetime.

I was only able to visit once, but I found the experience very impressive. I do not know how they managed to do it, but they made a movie theater feel cozy and inviting. Maybe its because its the cleanest movie theater Ive ever been to, combined with the friendly staff. We did not bowl, but the bowling alley looks very nice, too.

Received a lemonade that tasted bad but would not replace it with something we wanted. Went bowling on a Friday night and had a great time. Staff was great and delivered food to us at the table despite having said we needed to go back to pick it up at the counter. It was a bit on the slow side to finish cooking, but the calzone was very good, although the side of marinara was oddly refrigerator cold. They were very accommodating with a large party that didnt show up at the same time. It was clean, plenty of lit parking near the building. Overall, glad the only place is a good place!

Been around awhile so Needs an update. Y all would make some bank if you copied the Sundance/Star Cinema/Alamo Drafthouse concept. It s the only theater around so there s a monopoly but the place is clean, popcorn fresh and movies newest features. Theaters are small but that s ok. By the way the speakers in #5 are blown!!! Update 1/4/2024 and viola! Theaters remodeled and the 14 lane bowling alley is now open. Pristine lanes, shoes and balls. Sauvignon Blanc wine in a real glass and Papa s pizza! Bravo!! Well done. Thanks for the investment in our community entertainment!

Very good experience. Place was easy to find and get to. People were friendly enough. Very clean. Helpful ... The theater seats wear plush and reclined. For easy use look for lit up light buttons for the controls for the seats. The sound was just right. Loved the popcorn and candy and drinks. Prices are high every where. On every thing but here there high but ask if there refillable. Sometimes you just have to enjoy the experience. I found it very fun. Oh the restrooms wear clean and no wait. Plenty of soap and towels. And toilet paper. Love that. Any way go take the family out for a change. It will delight the sinces. Bye now. .

This movie theater is wonderful! I wish I lived closer so when the bowling alley opens up, I could go. We went to see a movie while on vacation in Galveston and highly recommend this place. Super clean, and the chairs are super comfortable.

This theatre was amazing! It is very clean and the seats are great! The staff here were very friendly and answered questions about the new bowling alley being built onto the theater. This was our first time going here but we definitely plan on coming back. The place is all new but has a cool retro style to it which makes it a fun place to be.
