The only reason i m giving it one star so I can Rate it. Order the pizza picked it up. Got home pizza is very old pepperoni hard crispy Pizza is lukewarm call the store back spoke with Eddie who is supposed to give me my money back manager. Starts hollering at me starts yelling at me and telling me I have to let him speak after I spent my money for a pizza. Why does it care what does it matter what you have to say I want another piece of my money back Very bad customer service. I definitely love, Marcos just not that location on Rolater in Plano I HATE YOU PIZZAS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. You all need to fire your manager and get better management Ud customers is what drives your business word of mouth spreads like wildfire. Please don t continue to not acknowledge experiences with your store It already smells bad in there do better . Awe awful experience, awful experience

This Marcos location is the best! The pizza is super good and consistent. We ve been regulars of bogo Tuesday for a long time and they never disappoint. Deliveries are timely and food is hot. And, they truly care about their customers, which is a super nice thing to experience these days!

I left Pizza Hut after tasting Marco Pizza. I went in and the staff was so nice and the food was so fresh. The wings (garlic butter) is the best wings Ive tasted. I called today and they remembered me. That alone won me over again. I have the app, I love the energy, the employees are great and when you can remember me after a first time visit you have my business forever. That means you love and care about your customers. Not their money. My family will be eating Marco Pizza etc every time the visit Texas.

The last experience was very unpleasant. To start with, we found a hair inside the pizza box. We were frequent customers of this store, but since it changed management (apparently it is now run by Indians), everything has gotten worse. The quality of the pizza is not the same. Previously, garlic sauce sides were included and you could get them for free. Now, they want to charge you for the sauces, Parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper. I told them that if you add them online when placing the order, they are free, but they still insisted that I had to pay for them, which I did not. We are considering changing stores or brands.

Marcos Pizza is fantastic! The crust is perfectly crisp, and the toppings are always fresh and generous.The veggie pizza is loaded with flavorful vegetables. Dont miss the Cinnisquares for a sweet treat theyre warm, soft, and utterly irresistible. The staff is friendly, and the delivery service is prompt and reliable. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: They have a variety of veg toppings and some desserts too.

This place is the absolute WORST. Since the new ownership, everything has fallen to garbage. The food is often burnt and overcooked. The ingredients they use are clearly out of date. I had severe stomach problems for days after eating here. And what s worse is the service. The owner Jenny Patel and their staff are worse than the food. Nick is an absolute nightmare to deal with and always rude to everyone. The owner does not care about the customers or her reputation unfortunately. Too many options in Frisco to put up with this kind of service.

The quality in the food at Rolater location has changed and when you pay $35 for pizza, I expect to get what I ordered. I had a delivery for a pepperoni melt and this is the third time I ve ordered this pizza from this location and they always seems to forget the garlic sauce on my crust with the white sauce, as well as the soda I received was WARM . I ll called the location back and I told them they forgot the garlic sauce and the white sauce on my pizza. They said they would have a new pizza delivered to me within an hour swapping out the old Pizza for the new Pizza. Received the new delivery AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. I Originally ordered a pepperoni melt and they sent me a pepperoni pizza which looked like they didn t even keep it in the oven long enough. I called back, spoke to AJ the manager told him what happened and that I would not be returning to this location. NEW MANAGEMENT

This is a pretty good pizza shop. The food is great.... But ... They cut the pizza into squares... We have asked for them to be triangles. They have BOGO free every Tuesday. When I picked up my order, they tried to charge me $3 more than the menu price for my pizza. I did not order any extra toppings, or give them any reason to charge me $3 extra, they just tried to sneak $3 on to my bill. Maybe giving away free pizzas on Tuesday was too much for them, but they lost a paying customer over $3

Great Pizza!!! Visited this location first time. It was great experience overall. pizza was perfectly well done not doughy and raw like other places. Store is kept very clean and follows great hygiene. Have to say the best Marcos locations I have visited. Service was very fast and met owner who provides excellent customer service. This USED to be my go-to spot for pizza! Key word, USED to be. Until I learned that new owners bought the place and WRONGFULLY TERMINATED every employee in the building and left the whole team scrounging for a new job. Just based on that, I do not care to ever go to this place for food. If that s how they treat their team, I can t imagine how they re going to treat their customers. Honestly better off getting from the 4 other nearby pizza places in the area.

I was previously down on this location because of repeated problems with orders not being ready. But I gave them a chance today as their ads state they are under new management. My online order was ready on time for the first time in years. However there was a mistake which my daughter noticed, on her pizza unfortunately (which turned out to be my mistake). They were courteous about it and quickly (less than 10 minutes) turned around with the correct order. Thats how you do it, Marcos- Good product with friendly, prompt service - youve won me back!

We ordered from here for the first time about a week or so ago. We loved it. We picked an arrival time and they were right on time. We had the Philadelphia pizza -SO good, the chicken bacon one also yummy, and my kids split a pepperoni and cheese. We were all very happy. I also just got home from getting a pizza in a box my daughter decorated. So cute! I love that they partnered with our kids school for this fundraising activity. My daughter was excited to see pizza in her box.

We like the pizza here and have ordered a few times. Today we ordered 15 pc wings and received the 10 piece. It happens. So called in and they said they d bring the missing items over right away. Did not get it all day and no call explaining why. So beware. You may or may not get what you order. They may tell you they ll redeliver but doesn t mean they actually will. I am very disappointed in how Marcos Pizza handled the situation last night with running out of ingredients. I ordered a couple pizzas for curbside. We got there on time. The app said the order was ready and to wait in the car. We waited about 15 minutes until I tried calling the store. The number just continued to ring with no answer. My mother in law ended up walking into the store to be told that they ran out of ingredients. The person at the front voided the ticket. There were several people working there that were just standing around. It was very unprofessional and someone should have at the very least come out to our car and informed us about the issue.

The pizza and crust was soaked in grease. I tooked the pizza out of my car and noticed that some of the grease spilled. Its a good thing that the pizza was sitting on something instead of the actual car seat. The bottom of the box was so full of grease that it made a huge grease stain in the shape of the pizza, leaked through the box and after putting the pizza down, grease was on my countertop. After cleaning the countertop, I had to place the box on top of the cheese stick box. The crust was so full of grease that when I touched, not hold,but touched the pizza you can see the grease on my fingers. Thats a shame because Marcos was highly recommended since I havent ordered a pizza since moving to Texas. Its funny when I told the person who recommended the place to me what happened, they stated that when they get a greasy pizza from there or wherever, they take a paper towel and dab the pizza before they eat it. I never heard of such a thing. Maybe thats a DFW thing...serving pizza dripping with grease. I understand that pizza has grease, but not extreme as that. However, the cheese sticks were pretty good, the reason for the two stars. If thats your thing, extremely greasy pizza,you will love Marcos or any pizza restaurant. If its not and/or you relocated here, you will be disappointed.

It was last Wednesday, aka Christmas 2019. The only pizza source open for miles was Marcos. They were seriously slammed, wait times were through the roof, but we ordered anyway. HORRIBLE customer service and attitude. The apps and website are a complete headache, and dont seem well integrated with the marketing nor the store. I received a special by email in July 2019 that did not work!!! I ordered a pizza and took the email to the store, rather than honor it I had 12-year old looking manager tell me it was not their problem and for ME to call corporate - so I walked out. Every time I go in this place the employees are new (doesnt seem they can keep any). I went running back to Papa Johns and am completely done giving this place chances to get better. So so so glad they opened a location in Frisco. Really the best pizza in this area. Very generous with toppings and the staff is really friendly. Best part, were not in the delivery zone but they still deliver to us! Just ordered 3 medium pizza....should have ordered large instead. Thank you Marcos staff!

Visiting Frisco from out if state, ordered pizza for delivery to our hotel. They could not resolve the the hotel address in their computer system and so we had to go pick up. It was a 2.9 mile drive to a major hotel. Ugh. The pizza was good.
