we asked them if the food had no peanuts and they told us multiple times that there were no nuts, but then once I ate it i started having an allergic reaction. muy no bueno even though you claim there were no peanuts we skill asked about other nuts such as almonds, cashew, coconuts etc, and they said no hence leading to her allergic reaction. she has an immediate reaction and it was right after she ate the paneer from this restaurant.

Disappointed as I had heard good things about RHCP. We got a table fairly quickly as it was Friday evening and everywhere else was full. We had ordered an entree, a sizzler. The waiter asked us to also order main course which we did. The main course came in first followed by the entree 7 minutes after. Another disappointment because it sizzled off quite quickly and had way too much oil. Some of the chicken was undercooked too. The triple fried schezwan had an omelette that hid cold noodles at the bottom. The entire portion was bland and cold including the accompanying sauce. Chili garlic noodles was better at the top, then the oily portion made us discard it from that point. We paid approximately 57$ for all 3 items which is slightly more compared to a similar scale Indian or Indo Chinese restaurant but food quality and taste was relatively unacceptable. We will not be coming back here in a hurry or atleast in the near future.

First time here! Loved the food and the service, this place as a whole is getting 2 stars because they served EVERY DISH CHIPPED!!! That is NOT okay man! The food industry relies heavily on safety and this is a huge safety hazard, corporate has to fix this problem asap and get new shipments for plates. My parents had come earlier and the same issue happened and the manager gave his word to fix the plates, guess what second time and the problem isn t fixed!!!! It s not the customers responsibility if a shipment for plates is delayed this is just basic restaurant etiquette. Once again the food was amazing and so was the service but no other restaurant would serve you with BROKEN plates that s actually insane like actually insane lol?!

It was not the RHCP we are used to. Oily food, bland and cold noodles. Very few people ordering at the time we went and the other tables were already eating. For the Tripleschezwan they put an omelette over a mix of cold noodles and rice. Vegetables were sparse. It was Bland and Boring. Chili garlic noodles was alright, though it was also oily towards the bottom of the bowl. The 2 stars were for the noodles and for the fact that we were able to get a table on Fridya night. Everywhere else was full. And in a little while, we knew why. We had ordered an entree first, a sizzler but this was served last. It looked promising but it was far too oily for a sizzler. Some of the chicken pieces were uncooked. We ate only the decently charred pieces. Had to discard the rest because of the oil. We wont be going there again as the prices were high compared to other similar restaurants but the food quality and taste was not even worth half the money I paid.

Everything ordered was great. Music is beyond boring - almost forces one to cringe- I guess they play for themselves. Service ok - a tandoori roti can take 30 min. Everything got cold waiting. And they tell you 2 min after 30 min when you ask. So order everything together. It s sad to see what it could have been, and how badly run it is.

RHCP is one of the good restaurants in north Dallas which provides delicious Indo-Chinese food. Many of their dishes reminds the flavor of Kolkata Chinese food. The mutton and chicken biryani tastes good but little bit pricey. The Hakka noodle, chili chicken, egg tadka, roomali roti, Kolkata style aloo biryani and many other cuisine are tasty. The service is good and provides comfortable customer experience. The serving time could have been improved. They have different late night menu after 10PM. There s plenty of parking outside and the restroom is clean. RHCP offers catering options too and served in many of our occasion.

I recently dined Late Night and tried their Veg Chilli Garlic Noodles and Shahi Dilli Faluda dessert. The noodles were bursting with flavors perfectly spicy with a nice garlic kick, balanced beautifully with crisp vegetables. It was a delightful blend of Indian and Chinese flavors. The Shahi Dilli Faluda was the perfect way to end the meal rich, creamy, and incredibly refreshing. The flavors of rose, vermicelli, and ice cream were wonderfully indulgent. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Ive been dining at RHCP since 2023 and have visited multiple times, but Im only writing this review now because Im truly amazed by their consistent excellence. In a time when many restaurants in the Dallas area struggle with maintaining quality, RHCP has been a refreshing exception, delivering top-notch food and service every single time. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely aware of their customers needs, making each visit a pleasure. I highly recommend RHCP for anyone looking for authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine. Over the course of my visits, Ive tried several dishes: Hakka Noodles (10/10), Chicken Manchurian (sauce-based, 10/10), Burnt Garlic Fried Rice (10/10), Manchow Soup (10/10), Crispy Corn (9/10), and Paneer Manchurian (sauce-based, 10/10). Each dish has been consistently outstanding, reaffirming RHCP as one of my favorite comfort food spots in the area.

However, the Burnt Garlic Fried rice was disappointing; it was very dry and lacked flavor, so ld rate it a 4/10. The Chilli Chicken was just okay, not particularly memorable, so ld give it a 6/10.

I ordered a full tray Kolkata style Chicken Biriyani. Kolata style biriyani consists of chicken, egg and potato. Now they provide only rice and potato only. Not a single piece of egg is there. You need to be scuba driver to find a chicken piece there. Also the quality is too bad. It is neither kolkata style nor hyderabadi style. God knows what style it is. Also the price is quite high compared to the food quality. I will never go back again.

They had an employee that was just there to defend anything a customer said. The food was good and the chili garlic noodles were really good. The butter chicken portion was subpar and was served in an EXTREMELY small container. The butter naan had so little butter and it was only on the top. It was more expensive than the normal naan and is not worth it. The waiters look overworked and did not mind telling us what each dish was.

Disappointing: Tiny Portions, Big price. I recently tried red hot chilli pepper and was shocked by the skimpy portions. The Malai kofta, I ordered- The portions ( only 2 pc of kofta for $16.99) were embarrassingly small, barely enough to satisfy a childs appetite. On top of that, the prices were exorbitant, definitely not worth the meager amount of food served. I was expecting something much more substantial. The quality of the food itself was decent, but not enough to justify the cost. Additionally, there was no complimentary rice or naan included, which is typical with Indian takeout. I left feeling hungry and ripped off. Save your money, try a different restaurant with more generous portions.

The portions were good size and service was great. I just wished they would follow the original recipes from the Bay Area restaurant.

Nice place with great team working to provide best of service . this was the feeling that I got when I visited the place today. Appetisers were good. I had only dal and lacha paratha. The quality met our expectations. Main course dishes reached on table before the plates but was corrected by replacing cold parathas with fresh hot ones. Mistakes happen but the skill is in managing the situation. Over all great experience.

After giving up several so called indo-chinese, we finally found this. Ordered lemon coriander soup , hakka noodles, gobi manchuria. None of the three disappointed us. Perfect taste, great flavor. Satisfied and would recommend.

Please avoid this place on Friday and Saturday. Management does not know how to handle crowd and the service was worst. We ordered 3 items amd they kept cancelling the item at different times. Experience on March 14 Friday night.

One of the most overrated restaurants with amazingly crowded place. It has large menu but some of the dishes were not warm enough while served. They use too much of green chilies. Service is very bad. The person at the front desk is with lots of attitude and telling everyone of 30 minutes wait time. We waited for more than 1 hour and he was asking us to order ahead. They are short of staff and add 18% gratuity for party of 5, so forget about the service.

The staff was so friendly, attentive, and quick. Our food came out super fast, fresh, and hot! Restaurant is very clean and cozy!

Don t know the reason of long waiting list, but definitely indo- Chinese is not worth the wait.. Burnt chilly garlic noodles-taste less, too buttery , less salt Cantonese chicken- blend, salt less despite ordering spicy, it wasn t anyway near.. Rabdi- with milk powder Manchow soup was good, coriander chicken soup was tasty.. They didn t charge for cantonese chicken, but still food was not worth $70 at all.. Disappointed

Photo dump!!! I have been going to RHCP for 2 months and can not stop raving about it! I have invited at least 6 people to join me for lunch here and every single time is a success. Yogesh and his team are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave, you are family. If you need help, suggestions, or just unsure of what to get, they are always happy to help, and genuinely happy you are enjoying your meal. This is an absolute must try spot! There is some repetition because these are my favorite!!

I had a fantastic experience at Red Hot Chili Pepper in Frisco! Its my favorite Halal Indo Chinese spot, and the service was outstanding. Our waiter was incredibly sweet, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The chicken pan-fried noodles were a delight with plenty of flavorful shredded chicken and the fresh vegetables added a delightful crunch. What stood out was their consideration for my husbands sensitivity to hot food; they made our dish mild, accommodating his preferences perfectly. The gesture of providing a prayer rug for salah was truly thoughtful, showcasing their commitment to making guests feel comfortable. A delightful blend of delicious cuisine and exceptional service Red Hot Chili Pepper is a must-visit!

Very rude and impolite staff. Doesn t care about customers. Don t have manners to talk and patience to deal with customers. Don t take pre-orders. They say that their late night menu will start by 10.15 pm; but if you want to order from normal menu, then they will force you to order before 9.45 pm. Then I don t understand why 10.15 pm timeline has been given. Being there at 9.15 pm will also won t help you, because still they will consider you late customers and force for the late night menu order on you. Otherwise, today their recommendation was to take TO-GO and eat in your car. What a ridiculous service/suggestion. This time was my 2nd bad experience with them, I wish I had escalated it for the first time when I had found cockroach in their food. I wish I hadn t accepted their apology earlier that time.
