Its been one of our go to place for date night for some time now. I love the service, the staff, the atmosphere. The food is decent. It was a bit oily and salty lately. Love their happy hour menu tho. I am unable to reply to the owners question so editing my review. We ordered from HH menu - Crab cakes (could see the oil dripping and had to wipe off with napkin) and truffle fries (these were very salty). Thanks.

Loved the place ! It had that old school cigar lounge look and feel! We tried their smoked signature cocktail a bit sweet but they adjusted the next round. If you have not been there I strongly recommend. Went for Bonded Hour , their happy hour. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. Order the deviled eggs and the blue crab croquettes (both were delicious) as well as the Vieux Carre. Will definitely be back.

The name may be a mouthful, but they don t mind if you shorten it. The intimate lounge space is full of color, art and fun textiles highlighted by sultry illumination that attracts a mature, professional yet lively audience. Bottle service is offered along with a DJ pumping vibey music, weekends for those wanting to celebrate special events with friends or simply treat yourself, but those who enjoy going out during the week you have a lot to enjoy from live music to drink specials. I found the seasoned staff inviting and Bottled in Bond knowledgeable. Cuisine is offered in their restaurant by the same name next door, however you can order meals into the lounge when the kitchen is open, but tables and bar spaces are limited, so order wisely! I ll share my thoughts of the restaurant separately! I m sure you ll have a wonderful time at Bottled in Bond Cocktail Parlour & Kitchen, because I did! Great cocktails. We are giving the food 3 stars because the red snapper and chicken had WAY TOO MUCH salt. We have noticed this being a thing lately at nice restaurants. 3 people tried it and agreed. Too much salt is no beuno. You cant really remove too much salt, but you can always add more. My favorite cocktail: Vieux Carre for me (lived in NOLA). My wife: Raspberry Berret

Excellent service. Quickly seated at the bar upon arrival. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. The jerk wings and turkey leg/dirty rice were a hit!! Luz, the bar back was extremely attentive in making sure our empty drinks and food plates were removed quickly. FANTASTIC, and we will be back!

Went on a Friday late-night when the food menu was limited to most of their apps and the desserts, but everything was delicious, creative, and extremely well crafted; made a full meal of it. Table service was spectacular and informed. Had several cocktails, both on and off-menu and bespoke from stated preferences, including an adaptation of Dante NYCs Negroni Bianco (server showed the bartender the recipe on my phone for 20 seconds) with on-hand ingredients that was delicious and in the vein of the original. All cocktails were refined, well balanced, attractive. Music was cool and upbeat with a loungy, moody party vibe, a bit loud but not obnoxiously so-- comfortable conversation was doable. Decor is tastefully swanky, dimly lit, inviting; good use of space, long bar. Well curated, substantial spirits list. Highly recommended for foodies, cocktail fans, and dates.

Walked in a few days ago bar was empty only two people sitting at the bar. 2 people were working at the bar. I repeatedly made eye contact smiled and waited patiently; surprisingly received no service or attention. I don t know why I was ignored but I walked out. Probably waited 5 minutes it wasn t busy; pretty bad service here. I hate giving bad reviews but I just had to share my experience. The sad thing is I have been here several times and it s unfortunate they do not treat repeat customers well.

I was told I can t come in due to dress code? I m wearing chinos, a button down long sleeve shirt, and Cole Haan shoes. Unless the dress code was don t dress nice the dudes at the door just said I couldn t come in due to dress code. I was dressed nicer than either bouncer that told me no, and I didn t have a drink or anything werid. Went back over to J Theodore s rare books bar and it was just fine. Photo for reference of what I looked like at a nearby store. They had the game on a projector too, guess sports bars are really selective these days. Edit: since someone responded below - My friend was not in athletic pants, or in a graphic tee. His pants were Lulu Lemon ABC chinos, and his shirt was long sleve, though it did have a rainbow pattern on it. Its possible they didnt want something LGBTQ friendly inside, but it wasnt graphic. Not that it matters, the bouncer pointed at ME SPECIFICALLY and said that I was not able to get in with what I was wearing, and everything I had on fit their dress code on their website.

I imagine that this is a place that people come for drinks, but I came for food, twice. They have really good appetizers like the chicken and biscuits, the dry jerk wings and the people I was with really enjoyed the potato beignets. I ordered the chicken fried steak the first time and was surprised by the lack of flavor considering the chef is from Louisiana, I guess perhaps they should leave that dish to the Texans lol. The bread pudding dessert was really good. Second trip I decided to have a shrimp and pasta dish, and it was dry and disappointing. Also, strangely enough the drinks were not the same and the bread pudding tasted like it was fresh out of the microwave. smh. I was embarrassed after telling someone how much everyone seemed to like this place.

This was my second time going and it was a great experience once again! The food was well seasoned and had a great taste. It was a little noisy but it was also a Friday night with a live singer. The singer did a fantastic job! Their cheery smoked old fashioned is definitely a good try for those who are bourbon lovers or dark liquor lovers. The wait staff was very attentive to our table throughout the night. I also want to applaud who I assume to be the restaurant manager because he checked in every multiple times as he was walking back and forth.

Edited to include more detail info for owner: Too small.... drinks are not strong. I was there for a birthday celebration and the waitress charged guests twice, once individually and again with the birthday group, increasing her tip tremendously. Just be mindful & pay attention. Someone from my party did reach out to the mgr with no resolution. The mgr automatically sided with the waiter. On 3/16 a party of more than 5 was booked for the Parlour table. If you take a look at all 3 receipts (which should only be 1 per your policy) the waitress produced 3 tickets for the same table causing confusion and overcharges.

I went to the Parlour for drinks and food. The bartenders and staff are arrogant and discriminating. I sat at the bar and was offered a napkin. However, the white couple who sat next me was offered water, a menu, table settings etc. I also noticed their food came out before mine , although I placed my order first. This was not my first bad experience , but it will be my last. I will not support any establishment that promotes anti-Blackness and racism . The majority of the patrons are Black folk spending their Black dollar that is providing jobs for a predominantly White staff. All while that staff treats Black folk like they re doing us a favor. I won t be back. I prefer spending my money where I m NOT undervalued, underestimated and marginalized.

Although I initially ordered the pork chops, I decided to switch to the salmon, and Im so glad I did. I truly enjoy evenings here. I went for the first time last weekend in a long time due to Covid. The staff wore their masks, we werent sitting on top of each other and the reservations kept us spaced out. The food was good as usual and the drinks are fantastic. Very underwhelming. Drove over an hour to meet a friend from NYC for dinner. She and her father had a good experience here. Had reservations and seated quickly. Took about 15 minutes for server to take drink order. The mocktail was super sweet and not flavorful. I ordered meatballs and the bread pudding. It was all I wanted. Asked for the appetizer and dessert to be served simultaneously. My friend ordered chicken and biscuits, one of the linguine special and bread pudding. She received her biscuit about an hour into our wait. I received nothing. I received my food when my friends entree was served. Nothing special about either dish. Long gaps in between server checking in on us. Had to go look for her to get the check. Had to walk to the register to give her my card. She was so engaged laughing and talking to guests at the bar that she walked past me. I had to get her attention. The ambiance was cool and the live entertainment was a nice touch. I just wasnt impressed. I barely touched my food or drink and declined a box. Asking if everything is good and receiving a response of ok should have initiated a response.

We had a very poor experience the other night. The cocktails were great and reasonably priced; no complaints there. The issue regarded errant communication from the waitstaff that should have been resolved easily but that management refused to address. Shortly before 7pm, our server came over and said hey, if you want any appetizers, get them in now as our 1/2 off happy hour pricing ends soon. My wife and I werent planning on ordering appetizers, but at 1/2 off, we ordered biscuits and one other item. When our check was delivered, the server apologetically noted that happy hour wasnt on Saturday (she had her days confused) and that we had to pay full price. I was a little confused-they couldnt give us the discount that we were quoted? After all, the only reason we ordered food is that it was 1/2 off. Nope, couldnt do it. So, why not comp us for a drink that was the roughly equivalent price of the discounted appetizers? No, manager said no, cant do it. The price isnt obviously the issue; we paid an additional $12. The issue is the restaurant promising one thing, delivering something else, and failing to repair an easily remedied situation.

Enjoyed the bourbon selection, service was good, but was underwhelmed by the food and the atmosphere. I don t recommend the fish. You re not really getting much for what you pay but then again this isn t a seafood restaurant. Seating was cracked and peeling on many of the high top chairs. If I come back again, I d probably just sit at the bar to enjoy the view of the wide selection of bourbon and maybe just get the burger.

What an experience, so whatever mood your in just go trust me you won t regret it. There is two sides to this cocktail bar one side is low key, adult jazz vibes. The ambiance is so relaxing live singer and candles snaps . The other side gave me we outside vibes, larger groups, R&B music, dancing. A vibe for sure. The crowded that you never knew you needed! Service was super slow! Flagged down the waiter 4 times for drinks and potatoes took 45 minutes ans were cold! Received my bill and had 20% gratuity, NOT A GOOD LOOK! Horrible that you would be adding automatic gratuity and your reason for telling me I had pics poor service was you had 2 bar tenders for the entire space and 2 waiter. If thats the case then dont add gratuity.

Very cool cocktail lounge. The pours are generous. There are a lot of specialty cocktails to choose from. The DJ was grooving and the decor is swanky but not pretentious. Didnt care for the servers only taking orders from reserved or bottle service tables. If a server is walking by and my glass is empty, I dont want you to just take the glass. Offer me another beverage. Maybe they were supposed to but didnt. But it was a few different servers that came by with the same result.

I didnt spend as much time as intended, but we had to wait outside for a one-for-one swap because the bar had a 20-minute wait. Space was quite small & there wasnt much room to move around or sit. The food was good size & drinks were ok. Dont think I will be visiting if tagging with a large crowd(more than 4 people). I left within 20 minutes of our arrival. The drink line wasnt 20mins so I think the wait was as a result of capacity

*Ive only sat on the cocktail lounge side, so thats what Im speaking to! The cocktails here are freaking phenominal. This is one of the only places where I would actually describe the bartenders as mixologists (even though I hate that word, lol). Any classic cocktail, they can make it. Or just tell them what you usually like and let them come up with something. I love the spicy mezcal drink on the menu. Ive only ordered app type food, but it has all been delicious as well. Great lounge-y atmosphere as well. Get there early as tables / barstools fill up fast!

I really wanted to love this place but it just didn t do it. Staff was too worried about talking to each other behind the bar to take care of their guests. The bartender was great. He was making tons of drinks and keep the quality high. The old fashioned flight was by far the part of the night. The smoked cherry was good as well but probably not for the $15 price tag. I m not afraid to spend that on a drink but expect it to stand out. The chicken fried ribeye was good, not great, it spent just a little too much time in the grease got a little dried out. The steak frites were definitely not at a $32 price point in quality. The drinks were good and the best food was probably the apps included with the Old fashioned flight. Glad we tried it out but likely won t return.

A very nice place. I met some coworker here for some drink sampling. They have an exquisite menu, and the drinks are strong and worthy of having two. The greeting staff was welcoming, but our waitress was a nuisance. She was non responsive and acted as if we were waiting to serve her, no ma am. I ordered the fried quail and it was a masterpiece in taste and presentation. I would ve ordered more but the waitress brought us the check without us asking for it. We knew it was time to go after we told her that we were not finished and to split the check like she would have known if we had requested the check. Don t accept a job to serve if you don t want to serve EVERYONE. Nice spot though!

Congratulations btw for eliciting a negative review from someone who rarely ever writes a negative review! From all my reviews, I rarely write a negative one...knowing full well how such a review can impact a business. Here, I almost feel compelled to share how humiliated the manager (whos designation I presume) made me feel when I decided to follow (out of curiosity) a few patrons into an adjoining bar thats called the Parlour...also owned by the same establishment. Before I even reached to open the second door, he asked me to leave the area...and as I was about to, our server, who happened to be in the area as well, pointed to a small sign posted on the first door that effectively read, you needed an okay by a staff member to let you through...obviously, I didnt see it. And, if that wasnt enough, she raised her voice at our table of six in addressing me for not following the rules. Are you kidding me??? Incidentally, from the vantage point of our table in the back, the larger sign w/Parlour written on the door (w/the kitchen lights illuminating it), was a whole lot more conspicuous than was the small non-descript one w/the rule written on it. The way I see it, regardless, and even completely irrespective even of our $700+ spend that evening, why would you choose to humilate a patron this way? As someone whos familiar w/running a business, I think the situation could have been handled so differently...firstly, by keeping in check the tone of voice (by both the manager and the server); and secondly, the manner in which a patron is addressed (again, both individuals)...which, I assure future customers to this establishment that this was lacking on both counts. The approach to training its staff in hospitality and hiring the right individuals to deliver it has to come from the ownership...and its sorely missing here. Regardless, congratulations again on compelling me to share my humiliating experience at your establishment. Please relish in the fact that this review is from someone who is very reluctant in ever writing a negative review in the first place...unless its well deserved! ***This was my review of this place four years ago (yes, Ive come here quite a few times w/friends). I ordered 4 French 75s not only was I charged $86.60 for them. Which has never happened there. The bartender decided to give himself a $18 tip. When I TIPPED IN CASH. But to my fault I forgot to ask for a close out receipt. Thieves behind the bar watch your tabs and make sure you get a receipt!

I had the pleasure of visiting Bottled in Bond for the first time and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and attention to detail. The drinks were expertly crafted and tasted absolutely divine. Every cocktail was poured with care and made from ingredients of the highest quality. One thing that truly set this cocktail parlor apart was the bartenders knowledge and appreciation for the craft. They clearly put a lot of thought and care into every aspect of their drinks, from the glassware to the garnishes. My friends and I went there this past Saturday! We arrived 15 minutes early and waited at the bar for our 8pm reservation. We checked again at 8:10pm and was told that they over booked and they would have to find us a spot. We were not seated until 8:45pm. The waitress was super rude, mean, and her attitude was horrible. She forgot items and when she messed up on the check at the end she asked us to just pay it or it was going to take her awhile to change it. We said change it! We drove 40 minutes away for the worst customer service and the rudest waitress I have ever had at any restaurant. The food nasty as well. The only good thing was the drinks.

I came here for a birthday gathering. Horrible service. Waited hours to eat and hours to even pay. Service so bad that member of the party refused to eat. I got the bison burger. Wasnt bad but Not Hot. The manager guy tried his best but the waitress is horrible and of course the excuses are we are short staffed..... My husband heard about this place from friends so we had to try it! We arrived at 4 pm for an early dinner we walked in and were met with sighs by the service staff. Then told by the hostess/waitress since we did not have a reservation wed have to sit at the bar. Which is fine, but my husband asked if they served food at the bar. She responded that the kitchen would not open until 5 pm since it was Valentines Day and all their tables were reserved for the night ... okay, but what about right now? Its late afternoon and the absolutely no patrons were inside (only 3 visible workers). We had a 530 appt, advised her of that, and wed be out long before the V-Day rush. Needless to say, we were highly disappointed. The customer service surely could be better. I just expected more based on the reviews and recommendations I received.

Best parts about this restaurant is the vibe, the cocktails and the Brussel Sprouts. I love the candle light in the evening. This is definitely a date spot and not for any large groups. I was a little taken aback by the lack of staffing, the lack of variety on the menu and the prices of the food. Thats just my personal opinion. I had the burger and it was delicious! The Brussel Sprouts were hands down the best Ive had. This could be five stars if service was better and there was more variety with the food. My meal and my drink cost the exact same...
