The meats they have are delicious we had the brisket, turkey, brunt ends, and lamb ribs. We also tried all the sides. They have a twist on the food from India that goes great! I really enjoyed the fruit salad it was fresh, the sauce on the rice and brunt ends was another hit.

Drove all the way from Melissa, and when we got there they were sold out early bc someone had broken in and stolen half their inventory, but they were kind enough to give us the last of their burnt ends nihari and the sides for free! The food was DELICIOUS. Hubby liked the nihari, and I was blown away with their salad with sweet pickled onions. 10/10 amazing ppl!

Hands down the best brisket I ve ever had. Words won t satisfy how good and tender and juicy the brisket was. Customer service was also exceptional and they always check on you to see how you are doing and how the food tastes. Even if they are open only once a week, it s worth the second. Price is also very reasonable as well since the quality of the food is out of this world. Top tier and definitely can t wait to come back again another Saturday. And I ll be bringing more family and friends as well

An absolute must-visit BBQ spot! Even if youre not in Fort Worth, it s worth every mile. This isnt just any barbecue its a Pakistani twist on classic BBQ, and the seasoning they use is out of this world. The brisket melts in your mouth, and the lamb ribs are unbelievably tender, infused with rich, smoky flavors and a unique blend of spices that take it to the next level. If youre looking for something bold and different, this hidden gem will leave your taste buds craving more! They deserve a bigger, dedicated spot so even more people can discover and enjoy this incredible BBQ.

I had the pleasure of visiting Sabar BBQ today and was thoroughly impressed by their unique fusion of Pakistani flavors with Texas BBQ. Zain has crafted an exceptional menu that stands out, featuring dishes like Uyghur-inspired lamb ribs, Desi brisket, seekh kabob sausage, and tandoori turkey. While everything is Zabiha except for the turkey, the quality and taste of the food are outstanding. The sides are equally unique, with offerings such as daal chaawal, kachumber salad, and fruit chaat, adding a delightful twist to the BBQ experience. Dont miss out on the gajrela for dessert its a must-try. The lamb ribs, especially with the house-made sauce, were my personal favorite. This place is definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend checking it out!

Was psyched to try this spot since I found out about it. So, I finally made the drive out to Fort Worth (from Dallas). A very unassuming establishment, a small little blue food truck. Parking was easy as it was located in a parking lot. Before ordering my meal, Zain the owner of Sabar gave me a quick rundown of the meats and sides as he was slicing away at the smoked meats in my direct line of sight! Luckily for me I was given a sample of the Brisket to try by Zain as he continued breaking down the menu for me! That Brisket sample was heavenly! So after ordering and settling down. I tried their Sichuan lamb rib which was smoky, meaty, fatty, and full of flavor! Loved the fusion of smoked meats with asian/middle eastern herbs and spices. Of course had to order some Brisket after that sample, and when I tell you that was some of the most tender, moist and flavorful brisket I ve ever had if not the most. Last but not least ordered the Tandoori Turkey which was the most tender, flavorful, and juiciest turkey I ve ever had at any BBQ joint or period! Didn t get a chance to try their Burnt Ends Nihari as they had sold out already or their Seekh Kebab Sausage which they didn t make that week. But, I plan on trying it on my next visit here! As far as the sides they were excellent! The Daal Chawal (lentils with rice) were full of flavor and pair perfectly with the meats. Make sure you try the Kachumber salad too, for something light and refreshing (but still packed with flavor) to balance out the meal. Keep in mind each plate has a piece of naan bread hiding under the meat which is perfect because it just mops up all the meat juices! None of the meats really need any sauces but their chili crisp BBQ sauce pairs nicely with the lamb ribs and their mint cilantro Raita (yoghurt sauce) goes well with the Brisket. Lastly their sole dessert Gajrela, which is a type of pudding made from carrots, and topped with a variety of nuts, is the perfect closer to an excellent meal. My meal: 3 meats, 2 sides plate. 5/5! Dietary restrictions: Halal options available

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sabr BBQ, a food truck in Fort Worth that has quickly become one of the popular lunch spots. Open only on Saturdays, Sabr BBQ is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality, delicious, authentic Texas BBQ served in a casual outdoor setting. Brisket: The star of the menu. The brisket was perfectly rendered, smoky, and incredibly tender. Its the kind of dish that makes you appreciate the art of BBQ, and its clear why this is their standout item. If you are looking for authentic Texas Brisket, this is it. Fruit Chaat and Salad: These side dishes were equally impressive. The fruit chaat was a refreshing blend of flavors, perfect for a summer day, while the salad was fresh and well-dressed, providing a nice balance to the rich meats. Gajerella: Dont leave without trying this dessert. The Gajerella was a delightful end to the meal, with its sweet and rich flavors. Its a unique offering that adds a special touch to the overall experience. A few tips: get here early. Sabr BBQ tends to sell out before 1 PM, which is a testament to the popularity and quality of their food. The seating is outdoors, adding to the casual and relaxed vibe of the place, perfect for a laid-back Saturday lunch. In summary, Sabr BBQ offers an exceptional dining experience with every item on the menu being top-notch. From the brisket to the Gajerella, youll be delighted with every bite. Highly recommended for a memorable Saturday lunch!

I decided to eat my birthday meal at this adorable food truck option. I have heard so much about their bbq and accompanying sides and wanted to check it out for myself. First, coming from Dallas, this was at a location with an easy approach and plenty of parking (although it is pay to park). We got there a bit late, and most of the options had run out. But, we got lucky to still get the brisket. It was AWESOME! Moist, flavorful, tender, and smoked perfectly. We got to try all the sides, and each was delicious. I really enjoyed the fruit chaat and kachumar salad. They have a public space with benches and tables for convenient dining. The owner is running his business for the passion of bbq, and you can taste that. Next time, Ill definitely be there earlier to try the other meat options as they operate from 11am to sold out on Saturdays only. My only suggestion, if its a hot day, bring some portable fans

Update Feb. 3, 2024: Had the brisket, szechuan lamb ribs, and seekh kabob sausage with daal chawaal and kachumber salad. Brisket was stunning, again. Lamb was very good, its a fattier meat than I expected, but cooked perfectly and not overpowering. The seekh kabob sausage (and a spicy cumin that was also available which tried) were delicious. There was no line until about 10:50. But by 11:15, quite quickly, there were maybe 10 groups in line, and it was up and down after that with a big rush over by noon. Original review Dec. 30, 2023 Some of the best brisket Ive ever had. Also had the fruit chaat and daal for sides, as we got there after most everything else sold out. They open at 11 AM and close when sold out or at 3 PM. By about noon on Dec 30th, they were sold out of most items, which speaks to very high demand. The truck opened in early November, so that kind of demand this early is impressive, and Im sure the amount of food prepared will scale higher to match. Im looking forward to trying the other meats and sides. Everything is halal at this Pakistani influenced BBQ trailer - except the turkey so far (pending a change once a halal supplier can provide at scale). Really excited to see how things grow here. Parking: The trailer is in a paid parking lot with other food trucks/trailers, and there are other paid lots nearby. Lots of street parking on the adjacent streets.

First off, Brisket was quite good. Honestly one of the best I ve eaten. Kabob sausage was really tasty too but it may have been a little acidic as I was burping the flavor all day. The only gripe I have is you need to have a 3rd person or have the checkout guy doing more than packaging and checking out. You can check out very quickly in the first window and then have two people getting ready. I just don t believe it should take an hour to get through 20-25 people when food is already ready and just needs to be served. Or allow order aheads so a 3rd person can just deal with that. Great customer service and food, but wait times are longer than you d expect for this type of situation.

Sabar BBQ is seriously good! It deserves a perfect score, 10 out of 10. The Halal BBQ option, something you dont see every day, immediately caught my eye. The food is amazing. All the meats were bursting with flavor. The unique blend of spices paired perfectly with the rich, fatty BBQ and lamb ribs. The turkey was juicy and flavorful, and the fresh salad provided a perfect balance with its tangy, acidic, sweetness. We tried every meat on the menu (except the fruit chaat, which is next on my list, along with dessert). The sides were all fantastic too. The customer service was top-notch as well. Bottom line: Sabar BBQ is a hidden gem, and its officially my new favorite BBQ spot in town!

Visited here for the first time today. This is undoubtedly among the best BBQ Ive had. Before this, Ive traveled great distances and waited many hours in freezing temperatures like many of my fellow BBQ lovers, but this is right in our backyard, hardly stood 10 mins in line. Brisket, lamb ribs, sausage and turkey were all melt-in-your-mouth, close-your-eyes-and-shed-a-tear level of tasty. My grandma is from India; though I dont care for sides, shed bless you guys from up there for an insanely flavorful daal rice. Im writing all this waiting for my wife to get home so I can share the food. Looks like Im going to have to make a separate trip for her. The only disappointment is that I didnt order a few more pounds of meat. Needless to say Im going to visit here regularly with friends and family.
