On 20-July-2024, Friday, evening, I visited the AT&T Store, at 4801 Bryant Irving Rd, Fort Worth, TX with the intention of changing cellular service carriers from Verizon Wireless to AT&T Wireless. When my wife and I arrived at the store, we were immediately helped by Chris G. Chris knew his job well and was quickly able to tell us what AT&T plan would work best for our family of four. Chris was able to see that we weren t there to buy new phones and didn t want to be up-sold on any unnecessary products/services. Instead, Chris efficiently switched over all four of our phones to AT&T and had us on our way in not too much time. So far, so good!

I went the AT&T store on Bryant Irvin in Ft Worth Texas. I have gone there several times. This July5, 2024. I was helped by a very nice, knowledgeable young man. He answered my questions and the equipment I asked asked for without trying to sell stuff I didnt need or want. I have showed at this store for several years and will continue to use AT&.

Matt is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had to get Johnathan the manager to diffuse a hostile situation that was predicated by Matt. It is not the first time I have experienced a bad experience with him. Try 3 times last year as well. His customer service is volatile. His excuse for talking to me in a rough, loud voice is that he has high energy. He really seems to be gender/ racist. I hate going into that location because of him.

I ve been a customer with AT@T for 10+ years. I ve never not once walked out of one of there stores feeling confident or good about anything they helped me with sold to me, etc. Yesterday was the only time I ve ever had a good customer experience. The cashier s name was Christopher G. So if his manager is reading this give this man more money and perks because he is worth it.

Ive been here about a half dozen times and have seen employees demonstrate varying degrees of competency each time. Every manager Ive dealt with has been pleasant. My experience with the non-managerial employees has been frustrating and at times borders on adversarial. Avoid Chris at all costs.

I came in to find out what to do when the battery is dead on your iPhone. And the young man said that they were only store of sale and I d have to go to another store to get a battery reinstalled because they did not do that at that store. So the young man told me which store to go to so I did. Unfortunately I wound up going to battery Plus they insert installed it less than two hours charged it and it was a little less than what I would have had paid out. The unfortunate part is it was not an ATT part. The stores that needed to be visited was out of my range, and that is why I went to battery plus.

After being totally ignored and left waiting for an hour and watching how ppl who came after me are being served in the 2834 S.Hulen store, I decided to try again at Bryant Irvin Rd Fort Worth location. It was a wonderful surprise. Staff came to me shortly after I stepped into the store, I was served and with my new tablet in my hands and on my way out before I knew it. Sal was the guy who did an amazing and quick job, explaining all my concerns before I managed to ask the whole question. That is the way jobs need to be done, and AT&T needs more staff like Sal is in Bryan Irvin Rd location. Thank you, Sal! S Hulen store is an embarrassing place and should not exist with that service, especially with a guy who is apparently their office manager.

Nothing good has come. If att was not the only service available I wouldnt even try to deal with them anymore. After 3 weeks of trying to get service they scedule me for insulation. I took of work and waited the 2 hour window between 8 and 10. No one showed up or called. So i called at 1030 to see what was going on. After an hour they said it was going to be another week.

2023 update: Once again this store went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Matthew helped us navigate a difficult carrier change over that took over an hour. He had to work really hard to get it through. He was kind, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! - Previous Review: This ATT location has always treated me in a friendly way and has worked hard to fix any problems that Ive had. One time they went WAY over the call of duty to help me sync a watch that had just come on the market. I highly recommend.

Employee lied telling me they didnt have my phone in stock and told me Id have to order it. I asked to look at stores in the surrounding area and they said they were out and I have to order. Then tells me that it would ship 3-5 business days. I checked the order status through my account the other day, says it wont ship till next Friday which means its going to be over 10 business days. I called multiple stores around and they had my phone in stock. Then I get charged an in store fee. Will never walk into another att store again. Online shopping from now on.

I hope a manager reads this and will acknowledge the fantastic employee i encountered today named Bronte. BRONTE, was friendly, thoughtful and made my visit very succesful. He cleaned up my account finding things i should have canceled but had not. He invested a lot of time in extractor data from my old broken phone and transfering it to my new phone. But the best part was he wrote out a page of personal notes and instructions for me to follow. BRONTE IS A REAL ASSET.

Amazing service! My husband and I went in to combine plans and get new phones. Our situation was pretty complicated and had lots issues that I was worried it wouldn t be possible. Oh man it took forever but Matthew got it done! He was so professional and personable. It made a frustrating circumstance actually pleasant and we were really happy with the service we got. I don t think I ve ever had such a good experience with a mobile service provider. Highly recommend especially for first responders!

I m not even an AT&T customer, I have Tmobile, but this location helped me when the main customer service representatives couldn t or wouldn t. My step son attempted to sign up for new service and port his phone number over, but the AT&T location he went to screwed up and never got his account set up properly. I couldn t cancel the phone line on my account because AT&T had a hold on the number, and after 4 hours on the phone getting the run around with AT&T customer service, I decided to go in person to a store. Even though I m not their customer, the guys at this location spent an hour helping me get this resolved. Tmobile could do nothing because of the hold, and AT&T customer care didn t help at all. Thank you guys again, and if they took such care and spent such effort on a non customer, I m sure their actual customers at this location couldn t be happier.

Ive been a customer of AT&T for many years. Ive gotten every model iPhone theres ever been. And this is the first time I have ordered my phone and there wasnt a big hassle or hours of my time wasted. Matt is the guy that helped me and really knows his stuff. He had me out of there in about 15 minutes. Thru the years with AT&T Ive had some really good experiences. I called this location after calling several others prior in search of the IPhone 12 Pro Max/Pro(which are extremely scarce right now), the AT&T rep George really took the time to inform me on other possibilities and ways of attaining the IPhone. He didn t jus say we don t have any and hang up. As the other previous stores had done. I really appreciate him taking an extra 30-45 seconds to tell me call here and check there and jus trying to really help me out. I would have given 5 stars if my experience the other day was like today, but it wasn t. The first rep we had (don t remember his name) gave us some information that just wasn t true. He told us basically anything outside of getting the new phone had to be done over the phone, but today we found out that wasn t the case, since this is a corporate store. So, for this, I m giving 4 stars flash forward to today: HISAM was the name of our rep today. He was amazing! He didn t seem to rush us, he listened to exactly what we needed, AND he told us about a teacher discount that my husband qualifies for that NO ONE else anywhere, in person or online, had told us about! He was thorough, efficient, kind, and easily understood. He didn t try to yank us into getting a more expensive phone or plan. He was such a blessing.

Caleb and his store manager were super helpful and very understanding. I am a new customer and I felt well looked after. My new iPhone was giving me issues . All day on 10/24 I was dealing with phone calls to AT&T support line and Apple support line. I even went to a different store to get my phone replaced since multiple people looked at the issue . The fact that the storage manager actually listened and took time to understand my frustration. You guys did an amazing job of taking care of my issues . The team was super friendly. They stayed after business hours to help me .

Bronte took care of us. The iPhone was not allowing us to do calls or texts....he worked his magic and we left with a working phone and everything updated. Great people work here. So glad theres still places to walk in and get serviced. Tired of the cloud places and automated systems that are so impersonal.

Absolute worst experience out of any wireless providers store Ive ever been to. Bought a new phone online, wouldnt let me pick it up bc Im not an authorized user. The account holder comes to the store, told us it was no longer available AFTER IT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. He made me an authorized user on the account so I can pick it up, my buddy had to buy the phone online AGAIN because the price was an online only deal. Come the next day to pick it up, they dont even have any of the phones in store. So Ive got a new active phone number I cant use, 2 phones paid for that Ive yet to receive, and the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I highly suggest you do your business anywhere but here..

Matt aka Mathew on the name tag was awesome. Really was honest up front on saving us money switching from Verizon to at&t family plan. He was even honest about why the restroom was closed and not because of covid-19. Very funny and a joy to deal with. Also was nice that we where allowed in the store and not conducting business the parking lot like a lot of stores are still doing. Thanks again Matt.

We were extremely impressed and grateful for the customer service here. We had about four employees help us before Senovio came to our rescue. We needed two phones and had the plan to activate an old phone for our 11 year old. We do not buy phones except every three years or so, so we had lots of questions. My husband wanted to make sure we got the best value and the most compatible model for each of our family members. Senovio was patient and kind, listening well and responding to each of the family member s questions. He answered the 11 year old s questions as patiently as the grownups questions. He weighed in on our choices of color, our wavering between models, and stayed with us until we had three new phones in hand that were ready to go. He insured our data imports were successful and each person was confident in using the phone as they walked out the store. We were so grateful and completely satisfied. No question was unanswered; each family member was treated with kindness and respect. He even understood how excited our 14 year old was to feel the phone box in her hands. We were at the store talking and asking Senovio questions for more than an hour, and he stayed present and patient with us the entire time, repeating answers when necessary. In an age of distraction and waning customer service elsewhere, Senovio really shined. We are so grateful, and we have three awesome phones too! The next time we need a phone, we are headed back to look for Senovio.

I really wanted the Pixel 4 XL but have never had a plan with AT&T. I was afford a $500+ down payment to get the new phone and the plan. So I just used my old Pixel XL 1 on the autopay plan and it has been great. No worry about late fees. It just automatically pays my monthly bill and I continue having service plus no late fees or extra charges.

Zach was great he helped us get the best deal,(we added a line and new iPhone and upgraded a phone), left feeling excited and not Broke suckers, which we were expecting. The other staff was friendly and helpful also and was very patient with my 6 year old. Zach even put cartoons on and let him play Mario cart. I highly recommend this store!

I went to this location on Sunday, February 23rd, 2020. I had set an appointment with Jason A. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and can I help you l? by ALL of the staff. As soon as Jason and I got started he was very attentive to answering all questions, being brutally honest in answering those questions and never pushing me one way or another. While getting my device set up, he was totally responsive to not only myself, but others that were coming in. I never felt abandoned or like a nuisance. While waiting for updates to take hold he stepped away, within minutes Stephanie, the manager was checking in on me and the device. I was also quite impressed with the ease of the employees working with each other and keeping their smiles and great attitudes while doing so. This is not my first time using this store or having Jason wait on me. Will be back a million times over and would recommend it to EVERYONE!

I just walked in, no appointment, and Juan helped me transfer data from my old phone to my new phone. I purchased a new phone that day, (not from the AT&T store), and couldn t get my apps, photos, texts, etc. on the new phone. I walked out 10 minutes later, all the info had been transferred. He was amazing, and he did it just to help. I will be going back to see him when I need any new AT&T services!
