Update Not sure whats going on up there but my last several orders have been wrong. Just flat wrong. Look at the picture of the latest one. Im tired of paying money to Uber just to have Firehouse deliver the wrong food. Then I dont get refunded. I just get refunded the food not the delivery fees or service or tip. Tired of Firehouse costing me money because they cant read a receipt. I live nearby and go here regularly. Bryan and Jessica are great. Friendly service, high quality food, that has always been accurate. The biggest issue Ive ever had is they were out of my favorite sauce once a few years back. Yeah, that is the biggest issue in probably 50 trips over several years.

I had an online order and went to the front to check and guy with a beard yells that online orders are on the rack. My order wasn t ready so I sat down to wait. I waited an extra 20 minutes waiting for my order. Come to find out they had put it on the rack without knowing. I would atleast expect them to give us the courtesy that the order is ready especially when you re sitting right in front of them.

Firehouse Subs in Flower Mound offers delicious sandwiches with quality ingredients. The Hook & Ladder is a must-try! However, their prices are on the higher side for the portion sizes, and they surprisingly dont offer a military discount, which feels like a missed opportunity for a brand that emphasizes support for first responders. Overall, a good choice if youre craving a tasty sub, but be prepared to pay a premium.

The new chicken parmigiana meatball sub was DISGUSTING. It looked like it was week-old meatballs and tasted like the meatballs in a can of Chef Boyardee. I couldn t even finish the sandwich because I felt like I was going to get food poisoning from it. The sliced meat sandwiches I have had in the past have been good quality. So maybe they need to stop having sandwiches like the meatball subs if the quality is so drastically different between them and their regular sandwiches. Very disappointed. Thankfully my wife loved her club sandwich and hers was edible. Lesson learned: don t order anything but the deli sliced meat sandwiches from here. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread option

So I love Firehouse subs. I was happy to have this one near my house. After the horrible customer service from one of the managers, I will never go to this one again. I tried to keep this complaint private and not publicly say anything, but since they still won t contact me almost 2 months later, I m posting this bad review. I went through the corporate Firehouse customer service and they said the local management would contact me. Two weeks after my last email to them, still dead silence. Basically, I had been getting this one sandwich and one of the managers (Jeff) made a suggestion on how to make it better. He was right! So I go in again and Jeff s brother is managing that day. I ask to have my sandwich toasted the way Jeff suggested (which I loved!) and his brother blew a gasket. He was not happy and told me he s told Jeff numerous times to not tell people about this slight change. The change toasting the bread twice. <huge eye roll> That seemed to be a huge issue with the brother even though I was there during a non-rush with only 2 other people in the entire restaurant. He gave me such an attitude and I had to push hard to get it done the way I wanted. He also had the gall to claim he owned the restaurant when I know for a fact it s his parents that own it. The interaction put such a sour taste in my mouth that I will not step foot in that Firehouse again because I have zero desire to ever deal with him if he s managing that shift. So if the actual owners (or Jeff who s actually nice) sees this, please look at what corporate sent you which includes my email and phone number. I tried to not publicly give you a bad review, but here we are!

Best firehouse sub I have ever had was here at this location mar by Briana. She was so nice and dedicated to the work. They were so busy that day I guess with huge order they were preparing for but still she gave us all the she could made yummy and sandwich just a way we like. Tried 5 different sandwiches from here and all were very delicious. We were huge fans of subway but all locations went down hill and are disappearing. Went to Jimmy Johns a bunch when subway died it was hit or miss. Firehouse has been perfect everytime. Highly recommend it. Thank you for making my yummy sandwiches

Pretty good location. 4 stars for cleanliness, atmosphere, and food. I would do 5 stars but half the time I order for pick up they dont add the side pickle. I have the order history to show the side pickle is even on the order. Slightly annoying so remember to double check your orders before leaving.

I ordered online and came in to the store 10 minutes before my order was finshised. I was greeted politely and said I had an online order for Michael but Im a bit early. The employee looked at the screen and said got your order, it will be ready in a few minutes. I said perfect and sat down waiting for my order to be done. I thought that I would be alerted when my order was finished since I spoke directly to an employee behind the counter but no, it was sat down on the to go rack without me being notified even though I was sitting there. The store was not busy and 10 minutes after my order should have been ready I decdided to get up and check since multiple people had come and gone picking up their order from the rack. Sure enough, mine was there. Had been for many minutes without a single employee, inducing the one I spoke to and gave my name to, did not let me know my order was ready. I left and when I got home, low and behold the 2 order of chips I paid for were not in the bag. To be fair, the sandwiches were good but the lack of customer service failing to notify me when my order was ready when they new my name and knew I was there plus paying for chips I did not get gets a 1 star.

Avoid this place. Worst sandwiches ever. Flavorless, bland meat on cheese steak sandwich, mushy bell peppers and hard grilled onions. So nasty I couldnt finish the sandwich, even my dog would not eat what was left. Something strange about the meat these guys use.......not natural. Plus, on pickup to go order they left off the milk on the kids meals. Food was cold when we picked it up to go. Never returning to firehouse.

I love Firehouse!! I never thought that Id write a less than 4-star review, but here we go. Upon entering, the workers kindly greeted us. There was one worker that wore a face covering, but I understand its not mandated. However, the sandwich makers were talking all over the food. They called for extra assistance, and another gentleman came from the back. He washed his hands (great) and appeared to be filling containers. He had a lot of hair, but nothing to keep his hair out of his face (no net, hair bands, etc), so he casually rubbed his fingers through his hair while working in the sandwich-making area. Then he took a piece of meat and put it in his mouth...right where they were making sandwiches in front of everyone. Ive worked in the food industry, and this is a big no-no. Not only is it unprofessional, but its unsanitary! This same gentleman proceeded to wipe his nose with the back of his hand while making someones sandwich. Ill never go back to this location and Ill share with my family and friends to try another location!!

The subs are average as subs go. There is a lot of competition out there with this market and they are very average. They offer unique choices but they do nothing great. They have a large staff but the service is still slow particularly compared to Subway who have half the staff but are twice as fast. Avoid the franchises for Sub sandwiches and go to pizzerias instead. They are clean though.

This was my first and will be my only experience with firehouse. My boyfriend likes them so we decided to order online and go pick up. Both of our sandwiches were completely wrong and left out cold, couldn t even eat them at all they were so poorly made on top of being wrong and cold. The employee inside was rude to us because we stood by a huge sign that said online order pickup instead of going to the register. ??? And said next time go to the register as I said okay but you re sign is here and pointed to the huge online order sign he laughed and walked away?? Firehouse knows how to throw down a serviceable sub when you need one. Pretty consistent across the board though I have noticed a slight degradation of the chain as it continues to expand. Still beats a lot of the other sandwich chains so if you want something better that ok and your craving a sandwich...this is always a solid choice to turn to. I have been eating here regularly for nearly a year now and have always had good experiences. The staff is always friendly and the food is always good. I saw them kick a family out of the store because they wanted to mop. The child didnt even get to finish their food, and the family ended up apologizing to the staff. Ridiculous. The management here is terrible, unfriendly and disrespectful to employees. Jeff is a terrible person, and it reflects poorly on the company that they employ such scum, but its not surprising when the ones in charge arent much better. The meatball sub is still the best around, though you should make sure you order it to go so you dont have to deal with the staff.

We love Firehouse Subs but theres something really great about this location! They are ALWAYS friendly, professional, serve delicious food, and the place is ALWAYS clean. Way to go team Firehouse in Flower Mound!

This place is my go-to for lunch when Im working. The sandwich I always get (The Hook and Ladder) has fantastic flavor. The employees are kind and the service is very efficient. It will definitely continue to be my regular lunch destination.

Pretty good sandwich, but nothing special. Im still looking for a Publix replacement! They dont use oil and vinegar. The ham is like honey baked ham...too sweet for my taste. Upper end the price ranch for a sandwich. Counter service. Friendly service, even though they presumed I was familiar with their process and my options. Bread was good. They dont offer fries.

Maybe I can try it again in-person and give a better rating, but my sub came smothered in mayo and had onions, 2 items I simply cannot stand, on it via Door Dash. The menu said some things were on the side that were NOT on the side. I had to pick the onions off, but it still smelled bad and tasted like them. I wiped off the mayo best as I could and slathered it in mustard to cover it up. Maybe Ill bother try to in-person again where I can be clear NO mayo, NO onions. Otherwise it seemed like it might have been good, but caution for sure when ordering via Door Dash because the menu might not be correct.
