I had a terrible experience with this place. The brisket was undercooked and was just overall horrible. The cake wasn t as good as he told us. They were barely setting up the tables when guest had already arrived to the event. They only had 11 tables set up when he had told me he will set up 25 tables and made us pay EXTRA FOR MORE TABLES!!!!! There was a lot of miscommunication from the owner that was not explained until the day of the event.

From start to finish Jaime made sure everything was right and to our satisfaction. All we had to do was show up and have a good time, which we certainly did. The staff was very attentive. The food was done perfectly and delicious. We couldnt be happier. Thank you Jaime and Bellagio Staff. Well done!

We had my mothers 50th Birthday Party and my 18th Birthday Party here. The entire staff was so helpful and nice throughout both the plannings of the parties. They were also very flexible, and worked with us on prices and what we wanted at our party. This is an awesome venue to have a big party at. Not only is the staff nice, but the venue is beautiful when decorated. Thank you Bellagio!

Would highly recommend this venue! We recently had my wedding reception here and the service was amazing! From day 1 Jaime and his team answered any questions we had, was flexible, available catered to us and even designed the cake to my wife s liking. On the day of the event him and his team really took care of us and allowed us to relax and enjoy the party. Even when more people showed up than expected he ensured that everyone was fed and seated! Overall an excellent value and even better experience! Again we would highly recommend this venue in the future!

We had an absolute amazing time celebrating our wedding at the Bellagio Party Hall. The owner and staff did a great job of taking care of us throughout the night. I must say that Mr. Jaime Robles did an amazing job of accommodating our needs throughout the planning process and was great keeping in communication. They were extremely helpful with decorations, set up, food and drink prep, etc. I definitely recommend this location to anyone thinking of renting out a party hall in the El Paso area. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

The Gonzalez and Guillen family recently had a wedding shower for our soon to be bride and groom! The service was exceptional!! The owners are very professional! Jaime was so attentive to all our needs! They made this event a one to remember! Our family and guest were very happy and complimented the venue and service! The price was very reasonable! This venue was perfect for my daughter and son in-laws wedding ceremony and reception. Jaime worked with us to ensure all of our needs were addressed. This place ended up being a one stop shop. In the package price we were offered: table linens, place settings to include: plates, silverware and glasses, an area for photos, lighting to match the colors of the wedding, access to a sound system, a DJ, security, a bartender to make cocktails with liquor we brought it, frozen pina coladas right after the ceremony for guest to enjoy while the room was transitioned, unlimited soft drinks & tea, servers, and much more. It was important that we bring in our own food, cake and table centerpieces. Jaime allowed all of that and set up a buffet with all of our own food. ( They also offer catering and other services thru their own venders) I hired addition servers from the venue for a great price to pick up dirty plates and refill drinks at the tables. Jaime did everything in his power to have our event go off without a hitch, and I am very pleased with the service the he and his team provided. I highly recommend this venue. It is clean, spacious and classy. There was a small room that wasnt a bathroom where my daughter could change and get ready. The bathrooms have multiple toilets not just one. Other venues we looked at in the same price range, only offered one toilet. The outside of this venue offered parking in both front and back. We are very thankful and blessed that we had our very memorable event at this location. You can trust Jaime and his team. If you need a spacious, clean and classy venue on a budget, you wont find anything better than BELLAGIO.

Recently had a 50th birthday party for my mom over this past weekend. The venue was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating especially after we had a lot more guests then anticipated. They were able to get us more tables and we were able to seat more people. The owner communicated with me very well and the staff was very attentive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a little miscommunication with the wine we purchased from the ballroom and we felt like we were over charged. The owner had previously told us we only had to pay for the wine we drank but charged us 12 bottles when we only drank 6 . We didn t realize it until after we had paid, but overall it was a great experience and we had a really fun time! Update: I changed my review to 5 stars because we contacted the owner about the miscommunication with the wine and he wasn t aware there was wine we didn t consume. He stayed true to his word and is going to refund us for what we didn t drink. We are very satisfied with everything and definitely recommend this place.

This will be as an honest review as I can can give to the Bellagio. The Bellagio is a very beautiful and accommodating place, no doubt about it. The staff is really helpful and understanding and the planning and payment process went really smoothly with them. But a lot of variables that could not be predicated made things really hard. On the day of the wedding multiple things happened that had us more stressed than calm for half of the wedding. due to a misunderstanding with scheduling from the venue, I was not able to set up everything I wanted to at an earlier time and had to do everything at the last minute. There was a misunderstanding of the table centerpieces in which they needed fake candles put inside of them in which not all candles were used. When it came to the menu, because of the lettuce recall (something we could not control), part of the menu was changed but we were not told about it until they served the menu itself. Any kind of communication would have been helpful. The original DJ got in a car crash on the way to the venue which, but we had a playlist for different parts of the wedding which we could not play for the delay. I also got this information from the DJ himself and not the venue managers. I spent one third of the night with the DJ trying to explain all the songs and when to play them even though I numbered them. The DJs computer was also a windows XP which had trouble reading a lot of the music, but for some reason he played the same song 5 times in a row. In the second half of the night everything got a lot better since we were on the same page after that but he was able to play the videos we requested. There was a bunch of other small details with the DJ, but its to many to type here. We also got a lot of yes responses from the staff when we had questions but some of the things we thought we could do, we could not. Its a great place and a beautiful venue, and there were a lot of thing we could not control, but the things that we could were all based on communication. So if youre interested in this place, you HAVE TO be on top of the planning process and be as detailed as possible with your requests and questions, because it helps. Honestly I wish they could give away the DJs information for a better communication process, but that is just my opinion. So the place is great but the experience was frustrating.

DISSAPPOINTING ! ! ! ! not the Belagio standard yet a neet place But the food was late almost an hour and a half late and it was cold ! Can you Believe it... I came to an event - 3 months after my last visit here. and this place is Even Worse - its 7:05 pm there are about 75 people standing outside for a 7pm reception and this place is locked ! - the sign above says; under new management .....BUT I gotta tell that new management - YOU PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING & DISSAPOINTING - YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN THIS BUSINESS !!!
