I made an online order for two meals and some cinnamon rolls. I get a call afterwards that they dont have a cinnamon rolls and offered to exchange the dessert. I said I would prefer to get a refund and she said ok. I get a call back saying that I cant get a refund because I did it online and they could of done it if I did it over the phone. They offered two desserts this time, and I said fine give me the two brownies, and she said the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive twenty minutes later, and one of the girls tells me shes waiting on some items so I sit down and wait. Twenty minutes later the girl tells me it would be an EXTRA 30 minutes to get the brownies. I said I would rather get a refund, and she again repeats they cant do it. I tell her to just give me the food and she said well exchange it for cake. I get home and theres no cake, its just the ice cream that goes with the brownies. BAD SERVICE. You should be able to refund something you dont serve instead of blaming me for placing the order online. Also, dont offer stuff and say its going to take X amount of time when its going to take more. I wouldnt have minded coming in later if it was going to take extra time, but to top it off I didnt even get the dessert that I didnt want in the first place.

This has been our Anniversary place since it first opened. Well, our dinner tonight was terrible. Not once did we get asked if we wanted refills or if we were ok from the waitress, let alone a manager. Called to let them know, got offered a free entree on our next visit. Thanks but keep your entree, there wont be a next time. Im very disappointed!

On June 25, 2024 We were at Gateway W. location .We were a group of 15 and, fortunately we had finished eating when a big cockroach fell from the ceiling. THEY NEED TO FUMIGATE we told the waitress but she didnt know what to do. My niece had to kill her .The manager never showed up:( it was about to close and there were some customers that honestly we didnt want to make a scandal. It is sad, because we really loved to go and dine in at this restaurant, specially for his rolls but unfortunately we will never return to this place. Yes, we paid and left. Its owners need to pay attention to this place.

Service was slow and unfriendly it was not busy. It felt unwelcoming the staff looked sad and miserable. The food was meh at best. We ordered two salads and they were out of croutons and cucumbers. The steaks were small and lacked flavor not worth the price that we paid for. Would not eat here again. Owner really needs to fix this steakhouse or close down.

Logan s roadhouse was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to me and my family. We wanted a nice place to have a dinner to celebrate my son. We were HORRIFIED by the service and food. Overall it was disgusting and Horrific. My son ordered a well done burger and only god knows what they did to that poor burger in that kitchen. And don t even get me started on the ribs. They were cold, soggy, and hard. And the ice tea was watered down.The beer was hot. It was a sad day for the beer community. My daughter was HORRIFIED by the sight of cold chicken and sausage. My son was horrified because his burger was raw basically and the waiter was rude. NEVER EAT HERE.

The restaurant smelled good like wood mesquite and I was hoping for a great tasting steak. I wanted the 16oz Ribeye, but I was told they didn t have it. So I ordered the 12oz medium well. So when I received my steak. It looked weird. Like a thick wet piece of leather. When I tried cutting into it, unfortunately it was like leather and was a hard and chewy steak. Too hard and just absolutely no flavor. Man I was really looking forward to a good mesquite cooked steak. I have had mesquite cooked steak before and the flavor was just amazing. This steak just didn t do it. I really hate to give reviews because business owners and entrepreneurs really spend a lot of money trying to make their businesses work. What tears businesses down is bad management and bad employees. They don t have an ownership mentality, so they don t even really care. I was seated near the kitchen and witnessed the server that was bringing my plate. Coughing and coughing in her right hand. She then grabbed my plate with her right hand and brought it to me. That was absolutely disgusting. I just paid for my plate and left after a few bites to taste it. Probably shouldn t of even done that and returned the plate. Logan s is NOT for me!

Let me start by saying that the waitress provided great service. She was pleasant and attentive. I had a Blue Moon which was great and my husband had a Peach Long Island Iced Tea, which was delicious. Our only concern was our New York Strips. They were cooks medium as we requested, but we couldn t help but notice the difference in the quality of the meat. The texture was off and it didn t taste like a steak. We ll go back, but we won t be eating the steak.

I m exceptionally disappointed. The lack of customers on a Saturday night should have been a warning. First off, the good part. The food came out in a timely fashion. Now the bad. They were charging $7 for a burger that s about the same size as two chips ahoy cookies and a side of fries. I ordered a NY stake mid rare w/ baked potato and corn. It was the worst, most store bought mediocre food I ve ever eaten. It would have been better to buy all the ingredients at Walmart and make it myself. The stake war over seasoned and it looked somewhat sketchy. The potato was dry AF and the corn was basically straight out of the can, so bland it was basically loop warm water. We then ordered a blueberry cobbler dessert and wow was it disappointing. Nothing like how it was advertised plus it was swimming in a puddle of melted ice cream when they brought it. The server s(an orange haired girl) attention to the customer was terrible. Not once did she come check on us. We had to go looking for her every time. All in all the worst experience I ve ever experienced in any restaurant.

I ll open by saying vast majority of the food was very good (most important), though I won t be getting the green beans again (they were bland with no taste whatsoever) Close second (and sometimes flip-flops with food quality) is service. While the personnel working were just fine, here s my problem with this visit: I ordered for pick up. I almost used DoorDash, but glad I didn t because there were so many mistakes with my order. 1. Ordered the additional mushroom and onion toppings for steak ($5 value), wasn t in my bag 2 Checked the block for A1 sauce, wasn t in my bag 3. Ordered the fried pickles, which are supposed to come with ranch dressing, wasn t in my bag 4. No utensils provided. If I was taking this order back to a hotel room, I would ve been in trouble. 5. Butter was placed in container with hot bread. By the time I got home it was completely liquified and unusable as a spread. It s a simple touch, but shows that you care if your to-go customers have the same eating experience as your restaurant goers.

A huge disappointment. The worse thing is going somewhere super hungry and the food comes out bad. My chicken was burnt, looked Burnt and most definitely had a burnt taste. My ribs were good. I can t honestly say there were anything on my plate that was actually good. My plate looked thrown together. My wife s steak was overcooked, hard and her pasta was hard (not fully cooked). The music from the kitchen was very loud and unprofessional. The host was very nice and my wife and I server was very nice and attentive. Weve had the Prime-Rib here before. Its marinated and pre-roasted. Very tender and succulent. So when we ordered the same this time and received a raw Ribeye we were surprised. Allowing for natural human error we asked for it to be redone and cooked Medium just like weve had before. The same meat came back and of course it still wasnt Prime-Rib. Re returned the meat and canceled the order. The staff member that identified herself as the manager told us we had said we didnt care how it was cooked. Thats ridiculous. Besides the fact that we ordered a medium Prime-Rib not a raw Ribeye. We thanked the server, paid our check and left and havent returned since.

We had the Prime-Rib on December 3rd and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to have it again. The Prime-Rib was slow-roasted then served to order. It was tender and juicy cooked medium-well. So when we were presented with a RAW Ribeye we advised the server that it wasnt what was ordered. She took it to the kitchen for a few minutes then returned with the same Ribeye and it was still Raw and NOT Prime-Rib. A staff member claiming to be the manager tried to blame us for the error. I know the difference between Ribeye and Prime-Rib; also it should never have been served raw. Since I ate the salad and mashed potatoes; after removing the meat from the bill I was charged $12 and change which included 2 iced Teas. If you dont have any Prime-Rib ready then just admit it and dont try to pass off Ribeye in its place. Were usually very pleased with the service and quality of food here. This night we found that not all employees understand integrity.

Two weeks ago when we were here the restaurant was busy & service was great & our waitress was on top of everything & constantly keeping us in drink refills among other things! This time, yesterday, the service wasnt too good, especially since there wasnt but one other group besides us there! She kept forgetting to bring my husband some lemon for his tea, didnt hear when he ordered the onion rings for our appetizer, etc.... The onion rings, when she finally did bring them, werent cooked enough making them doughy, plus no ranch to dip them in! My husbands pasta dish wasnt hot, just the chicken! My baked potato, if you could call it that, was so small & scorched inside I couldnt eat most of it! Needless to say, very disappointing meal!!

I ordered delivery on Logans website and I never got my food. I called to ask about my food and they just told me the driver never showed up. And that I should contact the driver. I dont think they know how their own website works because it did not tell me who the driver was. Anyways, I asked to speak with the manager..after explaining the situation, she cancels the order. Told me I was going to get my refund and it might take 7 days. Okay. Cool! It was $60..so I want my money back. Its been almost 3 weeks and still no money back. I spoke to someone else a week ago and she offered to give me 6 $10gift cards and said I was still getting my refund. Well...I think Im not getting my money back.

Just had dinner at Logans Roadhouse. Worse place I have eaten in a very long time. Appetizer took about 20 minutes to come out, potato skins, burnt to a crisp. 25 more minutes for meal, mediocre at best. I ordered an 8 Oz sirloin, cooked medium rare, received a 6 Oz. sirloin cooked medium well. Didnt receive the broccoli, just shrimp, rice and added sweet potato...not loaded as asked. Overcharged on several items, especially the steak...server kept our itemized receipt when she saw me comparing prices on digital menu. Suspicious. Fortunately, I had already taken a picture. Hubby and I used to eat at Logans often. Used to love the food and service. Both have declined...severely. At any given time we noticed 3-4 servers standing around, one on her phone. We will stick to Fort Bliss Texas Roadhouse from now on. Never again Logans!

Theres no other place that I would spend my birthday in and I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place the food is excellent better than Texas Steakhouse and I have to admit I really enjoy their steak sandwich. My family and I ordered from here and got the worst food ever. We had sides missing, food was terrible. We ordered extra rolls and they were all different sizes. Some as small as a doughnut hole. They wanted pictures of the missing items. All they did was say sorry for the inconvenience.

Stepped in yesterday Friday night. Such a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! The only thing that was good was the food and the good presentation and the heat of the meal. But the service was disappointing. We got sat, waited about 10 mint they brought the bread but no one too our drink order. Server was walking around w/o acknowledging us until I flagged her. Then we waited another 15 min for our drinks and another 30 mints for our meal. Lol we should have walked out. Dirty restrooms and the restaurant looked rubbed down. No recommendation here. Booooooo!!!!

Be careful when paying!! Prices on the menu do not match the receipt. They were over charging me about $2 more on each item. When confronted, a new receipt was given to me and the correct menu prices. Apparently the hostess stated they were charging online prices by error. How convenient!!

Went to celebrate a Birthday on Monday 7/3/23. Very Few people eating but lots of Employees.The grilled chicken was burnt but tolerable. When we were paying we used Gift cards x2, and 2 Bonus Cards of $10 each. Waitress deducted the Gift Cards but said the Bonus Cards didnt go threw. So we asked for Manager Johnny to correct the problem but he messed it up More After 30 mins. He figured it out but this time he deducted the Bonus cards but didnt include the Gifts cards SO IN ALL HE OVERCHARGED US AND I WENT LATER,SAME DAY,45 MINS. LATER TO CORRECT IT SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME A GiFT CARD TO MAKE UP THE ONES HE DIDNT INCLUDE 30 MINS AFTER WAITING AGAIN !!!! HE RETURNED SAYING HE COULDNT DO CAUSE HE WAS NEW AT THIS, SO HE TOLD ME TO RETURN TOMORROW AND SPEAK TO ROSA CAUSE NICK WOULD BE OFF OR COME BACK WED AND SPEAK TO NICK. VERY HARDHEADED MANAGER WAS JOHNNY NOT COMPREHENDING WHAT HE HAD DONE !!!! SO. I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF ACCEPTING HIS. MISTAKE. PROFESSIONAL MANAGER BY THE NAME OF JOANN WAS THERE AND I TOLD THE SITUATION THAT JOHNNY HAD PUT ME IN AND SHE APOLOGIZED FOR THE MISHAP, SAID IT WAS PROBABLY A GLITCH IN THE COMPUTER SO SHE HONORED MY GIFT CARD AND COMPENSATED ME FOR MY FUEL FOR GOING THERE 3TIMES TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
