About the Company
rating: 4.7
Inventing abstract figurative imagery is my calling, and for fifty years I've been obsessed with creating surreal narrative bronze and cast stone sculptures, pen and ink drawings, photographs, and most recently assemblages. My joy is in creating whimsical, anthropomorphic creatures that lend themselves to scenario.

Ho Baron is an amazing sculptor. His pieces are large and full of unconscious forces and drives. So the fact that he opens his garden to the public for free is wonderful. I stop by every few months just because I love the spot, and I take my friends. Cool art experience in EP.

The owner of this place has an art installation going on now at the el paso art museum. He would appreciate the fan base if anyone can show their support and go check out his art installation while it lasts. He did say one is always welcome at the sculpture garden he said jump the fence if you have to the doesnt mind especially if its someone admiring his art spoke to him myself.

Very cool experience! Taking a few minutes to explore this unique find is worth it! Sculptures are otherworldly, and quite stunning. If the artist is around he is very friendly. Definitely add this to your trip.

El paso has allot of hidden gems throught the city. From the sugar house, to the rose garden to this place. Each are unique in their own right. This art garden is a one of a kind a must see. Altought I was only able to see the sculptures from the outside still quite admirable to glaze at their unique beauty.

Very cool surreal art in the middle of historic El Paso. You can see most of it through a fence from the street but there are a lot of intricate details in each piece. So happy I was able to see this! Check out an authentic El Paso treasure. Very close proximity to excellent Mexican food as well.

Ho is a fantastic guy. He rents the bench in front of his house because the city won t let him advertise in his yard due to being in a historic neighborhood. He lets us look around his yard while he was gardening. He loves visitors! Stop on by!

When going up Piedras and you are at a red light on Aurora, look to your left. That giant thing is only the beginning. His creations are pretty amazing. You have to look at them from different angles to see different designs. Very intriguing. I see lights are set up so I will be checking it out tonight

A must see. Original sculptures, drawings and castings to enjoy and for purchase. Mr. Baron is welcoming and willingly to answer all questions. The gallery is in his yard and basement. Street parking in a quiet neighborhood. He can process credit should you find that irresistible piece.
