Overall, Two Thumbs up! I love the vision check up part of the visit. Very impressed with the new, young doctors. Had a minor hiccup in the frame part with the rep at first, but the manager stepped in and saved the day. She even convinced me to buy frames even though I originally had planned to buy 2.

I ve been looking for a frame shop like this in El Paso for 20 yrs! And these guys are AH MAY ZING! Always super nice with more options than I know what to do with. They aren t just a boring frame shop. A frame shop that highlights and understands the art and just gets the fact that a frame adds to the piece. I love and highly recommend!! I have a stack of art that I now feel like I can finally trust someone with and Lauren and her team are it! thank you guys!

If youre looking for timeliness of projects, this is not the place. If youre looking for communication by the staff when problems arise, this is not the place. If youre looking for cost effectiveness, this is definitely not the place. Therefore, look for someplace else.

I love this place! The space is bright and open giving it more of a gallery feel. The owners are extremely creative when it comes to framing and have come up with an amazing solution for any budget I ve given them. The prices are much more reasonable than other shops I ve visited in town, and the end product is 100% better! I ve had them completely reframe pieces as well as custom paint existing frames, and I m in love with each and every one. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
