Worst experience of my life David is unprofessional, inexperienced and rude. My husband was detained with immigration for 6 months David Haro did nothing he was scared in court had no knowledge of what he was doing. He failed to turn in my husbands pardon and other documents that we asked him to show the judge to be able to prove my husbands innocence. All David Haro did was reschedule courts for 6 long months he was negative the whole time saying he didn t think he would get the pardon approved and could not prove hardship totally different from when we paid him. He had no empathy, Our family went through hell in this process we almost lost our home we lost our truck our kids got sick from all the stress and you he did nothing you you failed to do your job. When the judge finally told us we couldn t keep rescheduling courts or my husband would be deported we knew we needed to get a different attorney that actually cared and knew what he was doing. So we got rid of David Haro and hired Mr Millán this was the best decision I made. Mr Millán was able to lower the standard, prove my husbands innocence, prove extreme hardship, get my husband out in just 20 days and reunite our family. He did everything you weren t able to do. To you this was just another case but to me it was my family my life my everything. It s so sad to see how you just take money from your clients and not fight for them.

I put 1 star because there is no way to put 0. I have many reasons for doing so, you left me in jail for 6 months, I asked you to speak to the Judge to present my hardship and my innocence, you answered that it is not your thing to fight with judges, in court your voice trembled, like Is a lawyer afraid? but to charge very well. My wife spoke to you for explanations because in the Courts you didnt even know what to say and you spoke very rudely, in 6 months you didnt present anything, even the Judge told you, oh in Court, in detention you had more than 10 people who canceled your service for your bad service and negativity! Thank God the last court ran you and gave my case to Mr. Felipe Millan and in 20 days I am already at my house free and without charges! I give you some advice, dont just work for money, help your clients, listen to them, connect with them, learn to speak in front of a Judge, go to court prepared, because of people like you, many innocent families are separated...!

At this office, prices are honest and fair. From the beginning, attorney David Haro Jr. took our call in a moment of urgency even without having a larger appointment. The next day after that call, he scheduled an appointment for us to take our case. Each of the steps in the process was not explained without lies or tricks. To say this was unprofessional would be making them a favor. I called about a month ago to schedule an appointment. They tell me my appointment was on Wednesday the 21st and that they would call me with the time, they didn t. I had to call them. They mentioned my appointment was after 12pm. I received a call at 2:47pm and I did not answer because I was in the shower. Called back 5 minutes after and they didn t answer. When I was finally able to reach them and they transfer me to the lawyer (after the receptionist being very rude and confrontational bc I had called back. Nonetheless, the lawyer answers as if I was bothering and I could hear kids and noise in the background. His first words were literally dígame as If i was bothering. No introducing himself, no greetings, nothing. He had no idea who I was even though I had already explained my case to his assistant (this tells me he was not prepared to take me call at all) once I rapidly resume my case to him because he was rushing me through the call he was very negative about it. Did not even go over any of my options (which I had already researched ). TERRIBLE! Don t lose your time here!
