Nice hall and the helper was attentive and nice but the air conditioner does not work. Temps were at 85 degrees on the thermostat for the entire party. When he jumping balloon turned off it got to 79. Way too hot.

For the price we paid you would think the costumer service would be top notch but it felt to be desired, it felt that every time we ask something the owner or hostess felt bothered. Their heater was not turned on. My wife did tell the hostess that it will be the first and last time we will rent from that place. If you want a hostess who is rude with and treat the guests with attitude then this is your place.

Positives-The hall was a good size. there are selfie or scenery sections already made and the sound system was good. Negatives- The air conditioner according to the owner was not working. Party started at five the air conditioner did not start until the party started. Although there are outlets in the kitchen, not all of them worked. The party ended at nine and the owner started cleaning at 8:45pm. There was also a microphone issue that hurt a lot of peoples ears that was very off-putting. The experience was OK but had the place been decently air conditioned, nothing negative to write about. Sometimes things break down, no problem. But looking at some of the other negative reviews this is about similar concerns.
