Since December my appointment kept getting canceled or rescheduled, she used to be my attorney twice before, so I m not sure why there s a huge issue now that every month it s always a reschedule or cancellation (we re on April and the next reschedule they wanted to give me was until May again, another month) I m so upset not even with the paralegal would they give an appointment. Extremely disappointed, I was very patient for months at a time but this is it.

Well we changed attorneys on a divorce case Juan Ramos started the case. We paid all the money upfront. Then it was like we were stuck and couldn t get the divorce finished. So we hired Lucy. Same thing. It was cancelled over and over. We were coming from California. So this last date I said no more can we make this trip. It s a hardship. It was resolved and I m so happy. Covid had a lot to do with the holdup I m told. You just need to know upfront what happens when the other parties attorney wants to reschedule over and over again. If it s a matter that s contested it s just gonna take awhile. So in your initial consultation ask how often you will speak to her and how long it could take and if there s actions you can take if the other party is cancelling to avoid the court or just to wear you down. We all want it to be quick but it is a battle and sometimes it s not gonna go as quickly as you think. I think she handled it as well as she could and she did her job. Texas divorce is pretty cut and dry. But you need to do your homework and provide Ms Williamson the details so she can fight and get what you are legally entitled to get. And to be fair, one of the last reschedules for court was our fault. We could not get a plane ticket at a reasonable price. So we had to reschedule and the rescheduled date was the last date and it was finalized.

I recommend that anyone considering her to save yourself the trouble. She won t listen to your concerns, won t meet before the court date, will cancel appointments 10 mins before, and will literally defend the opposing party. Took way too long to finish a case that could ve been dealt with sooner. When you first meet, she will promise you a million things, then completely act like a new person once you meet with her in court. Shocker, but she might also be late to the courtroom despite living a few minutes away. Hire anybody else and while you re at it, take note of how these honest and low rating reviews have more likes

She is hands down the best child custody attorney. She specializes in fathers seeking custody. Very efficient and worth every penny.

You re better off having a homeless person represent you. Good luck to try to contact her, she is never available to answer questions about your case. Which makes sense because she s not going to listen to any of your requests anyways. When you try to talk to her about the case, she goes off and off about everything you already know about the case and tries to divert the conversation from the point you re trying to make. She just pulled herself off the case because we told her what we wanted from the case. Having her represent my girlfriend was just a waste of money. If you ever argue with her be careful, she will threaten you with not representing you anymore and running off with your money. Hire at your own risk. I only put one star because google wouldn t let me leave it at zero. Overall, I m sure there s better options out there. If you took the time to read this, go google another lawyer.

I hired Mrs.Lucy Williamson for my divorce and custody and it went very smooth all what i wanted ,she is very good at what she is doing i was very surprised at how she handled my case ,if you ever need a family attorney shes the one .

Excellent customer service. Her secretary and para legal(Veronica) are very knowledgeable in all areas of the law. I had many questions and all were thoroughly explained to me. On the day of Mrs. Williamson took my concerns and walked me through each sceanario. I was comfortable and confident during trial. Very proud of her representation. She even came to my city for the case. She showed great knowledge and carried herself with power and elegance. After my case one lady that was in the court room asked me for Mrs. Williamson card and info. She was impressed by her delivery and presence just as I was. Shes the best!

I hired Mrs. Williamson, to protect me on a child custody case. I was very badly represented by her, that now has costed me thousands. The staff is also very rude. My 1st visit I was amazed by their knowledge and willingness to help me and be on my side. Once money was paid it was a complete opposite. Court day comes around the, big day, the day I had been waiting for, almost about a year. As the opposite attorney is making demands and making false allegations right and left, Mrs. Williamson is writing down notes. Im helpless wondering when my attorney is going to wake up and fight for me!! NOTHING. She agreed to all that was said. The judge slams his hand and the desk and my fate was sealed. Hope anyone looking for help from an attorney finds my story useful. Goodluck.
