If I could give this store at this location a Zero, I would. I went to start phone service for my two girls and the sales person (I do not recall her name) convinced me that I would be happy with their internet plan. I told her I would try and she communicated with me that if I was not satisfied, I could return the device and be granted a refund. The internet service worked in my home for ONE week! I must have called the 1-800 number a dozen times to find out what the problem was. I then went to the Jefferson location and the Belt Line location and was told my address did not even qualify me for internet service! How could that be and I was sold a device???? I eventually went back to the Hampton location and the same lady fed me some line, but needless to say, I couldnt return the device yet I was told that my first month would be credited to my girls phone lines. Which, by the way, still has not happened. I dont know, it just all sounds fishy. What was I thinking??? How could I be so foolish to not go with a more reputable internet provider??? I wished that I could remember her name, all I know is that she was a Hispanic woman. It doesnt matter anyway, I wont ever return. I am going to notify my credit card company and file a dispute against this store and then I will notify the Better Business Bureau for unethical practices. I am also going to contact the corporate office to follow up on their employees who treat customers such as this. Lesson learned, lesson burned. You got me this time sister, but you wont ever get a chance to get me again!!! Karma

I RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND YOU ALL PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I AM VERY PROUD TO SAY THAT THEY HAVE MY BUSINESS FOREVER. I HAVE BEEN HERE MULTIPLE TIMES AND EVERY TIME FOR THE PAST YEAR I HAVE BEEN HERE THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT. THE PRICES ARE GREAT AND THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY TO NOT JUST ME BUT EVERYONE THAT WALK INSIDE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEY DO NOT JUST HAVE YOU WAITING IF THEY ARE BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER AT THE TIME YOU ENTER THE STORE THEY WILL LOOK UP AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE.
