We had my nephews wedding here. The outside of the building does not look like much, however the inside is very nice. The food was excellent and at night you have a great view.

If you find good things without looking for them, SERENDIPITY has brought them to you. Jim and Level Two was our very own serendipity. 15 years ago, the greatest gift that God could give us was brought into our lives and that was our daughter, Hailey. I knew the day would come when we would be celebrating her Quinceañera. I came across Level Two when I was searching for the perfect venue for my daughters event after our first venue informed us they would be closing their doors. After we had officially booked with Level Two, our DJ shared with us that his son had also held their wedding there. I then came across another vender I follow on social media, who had also held their event there. It was as if all the signs and connections were there, and I feel incredibly blessed at not only finding Level Two but Jim as well! Jim was our BLESSING in DISGUISE. Jim is AMAZING and such a special person. He handled our event as if it were for his own family and he treated my husband and I as family. He lifted every worry that we had and answered every question. From the first initial conversation to the ending of our event that day and up until yesterday, three weeks after our event, Jim has continued to amaze us. He took such good care of us. He, together with his wife, Maria and their incredible team, made our event so beautiful. Hailey s Quince was a DREAM, a night to remember!! The venue itself was BEAUTIFUL! It was a special night filled with love, joy, and happiness! Jim made our Quince journey seem so easy!! These are special moments that we will always treasure. We are forever grateful for the day we came across this hidden gem!

My experience at Level Two was absolutely incredible. The venue was a wonderful place to have my ceremony and reception. Jim and the staff were fantastic to work with and did an excellent job. The service was exceptional, and my guests had an amazing time. The space is beautiful on its own, requiring minimal additional decor. I highly recommend this venue for a night to remember!

Level Two exceeded our expectations as a wedding venue, and choosing to celebrate our special day here was an excellent decision. Jim went above and beyond guiding us to ensure every detail was perfect for our celebration. The space is absolutely beautiful. We couldnt recommend it enough.

My husband and I had our 20th anniversary at Level Two and it was absolutely perfect. Jim was very nice and helpful from the first time we contacted him and always fast to respond and happy to offer advice on any question we had. The venue itself is so beautiful, and the staff was always attentive and available to help. Our guests had a great time and could not stop telling us how beautiful everything was.

Level Two is in a wonderful location, but the owner Jim is what makes this venue special! We found Jim to be very honest and down to earth with a TON of experience with weddings. By the time we were a week away from our wedding day we had zero stress, Jim instilled confidence in us that everything would be great, it was. We are so grateful to Jim, his wife Maria, and the great staff at Level Two for making our wedding day a huge success! Everything was PERFECT!

Strange experience touring the place and decided not to book after asking about reviews stating he wont put things in writing and charges additional after contracting amount. Owner claims he never reads reviews (red flag) and made a lot of statements about Hispanic people/spoke loosely about female stereotypes, wouldnt look my fiancé in the eye, didnt shake her hand, and wouldnt put anything in writing without a $2500 deposit. This was also the only place ive seen that wasnt up front about alcohol costs. Had a bad feeling about all of this and decided to walk away. The reception area is gorgeous and it had the biggest dance floor in DFW, but the ceremony room leaves much to be desired.

***UPDATE*** DO NOT HESITATE, JUST BOOK! Jim and Level Two was more than we could have asked for for our Wedding Reception. I cannot say enough about Jim and this venue! From booking, to planning, to the night of our wedding reception Jim was AMAZING and Fantastic! Jim is very detail oriented and really listens to you to make sure all your dreams and visions come true! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, Jims staff was very friendly and professional and made sure everyone was well taken care of! For the price and the location Jim and his venue cannot be beat! I am a very OCD/Planner type and Jim did everything he could to make sure he listened to us and to put our mind at ease and make all our wishes come true! We did not have a wedding planner and Jim does a fantastic job as acting as a wedding planner and we could not be more grateful for him! I would say if you are on the fence go visit Jim and this venue and you will see how much of a hidden gem this location and venue really is! Jim, Jacy and I cannot say THANK YOU enough! You really did go above and beyond to make our Wedding Reception one for the books! We would do it all over again with Jim and Level Two if we had to! *Disclaimer we have not had our actual wedding reception here YET* My Fiancé and I have been looking at different Wedding Reception Venues for about two weeks now and I will say that Jim and Level Two are far more superior (For value, price, presentation, and welcoming) than most other venues we have looked at. The venue itself: When we first arrived, I will admit that we were skeptical because it is in high end shopping center but, the moment we stepped inside Level Two the vision and dream of what our wedding reception could be came to life. I will say JIM is what really sets this place apart! Jim is honest and genuine and very upfront about what you can expect to get for what you pay. The venue inside is absolutely STUNNING and Jim is very good at giving you ideas and picturing how you can make the place fit your ideal vision! My Fiancé and I are very excited to have our Wedding Reception here and cant wait to continue working with Jim! Jim, I know we have thanked you a lot already but THANK YOU! We are glad we have found a spectacular place and an even better Owner/Coordinator! I will update after we have our reception here (2023) but based on our experience so far, I dont think I will be able to give Level Two or Jim enough stars or praise!

Don t think, just book. Jim was amazing throughout the entire planning but most importantly the event. As a bride I had many questions, concerns, etc and Jim really came through the day of the wedding from entrance, timelines, hospitality, you name it! My boyfriend and I are so glad we booked this place for our baby shower! It was an amazing price , the set up was beautiful! Jim was very helpful and attentive! He made sure we felt welcomed , comfortable, and got our money s worth. He also helped us with setting up the decorations we brought ourselves , he let us use the dollies and freight elevators for bringing all our food and decorations up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a upscale venue ,with a amazing host, for a baby shower or wedding. Jim is amazing , very considerate , and interactive, i love that it wasn t just about money with him he made sure it was to our liking down to the T. He even offered to help us put up our ballon arch. I ll definitely be back again if needed for any future events !

I gave it one star cuz of the employees were on par but the reason why I gave it one star was the management was just so unprofessional they would quote you one price and then change it the day of the event there is two people running it so make sure they are both there when they quote you a price i would not recommend this place not one bit

Wedding was wonderful everyone had an awesome time. Only problem was with them agreeing on a price to do the event. Then at the last minute adding additional costs. Very unprofessional. The DJ wasnt that great either. Luckily our people knew how to make the best of things. I personally wouldnt recommend anyone to allow anyone to shamelessly ask for more money after almost a year and a half of planning. Just my opinion on I know several people who invested in the event were pretty upset as well.

Family paid for wedding then owner changed price the day of the wedding. Family paid in advance for a open bar. Owner started charging for liquor during wedding. Party was still going at 11:30 when he told the bride that if they dont leave he will start charging 500.00 a person for whoever is still there..... My niece spent a LOT of money on this and the owner of this establishment is shiesty! He bates and switches at the last minute. Would NOT do business with this owner!

Attended a corporate event and the place is beautiful ,nice setup parking is good for large crowds . The servers were so good and the bar tenders where on point . Its a nice nice place for any event. I was very impressed.

Spacious, very versitle, and partial skyline views. A genuine wood dance floor not a pieced together floor. Everything is white so any color in your setup is possible. Can change the color of the mood lighting all over the edge of the room and dance floor which is great. Bridal suite with separate bath. Full cash bar so you cant bring any alcohol or beverages. On second level and have stairs but dont fret, they have an elevator along with a separate freight elevator. The best venue we found and way less expensive than others without a view and ample FREE PARKING for 600 if on weekend. No valet fees! Free parking!! They will also have security in the parking lot. Secluded so no through traffic. We booked our reception and cant wait! Will update once we have our party.

I can not say enough about the level of service I received from Jim at Level two!!! This place is absolutely amazing.. I had my wedding Ceremony and reception at Level Two on September 21st and everything turned out exactly as planned. Food was delicious, venue is modern and stunning, owner Jim knows what he s doing and will make sure your day is all you expected and more. My guest had a blast and we received nothing but compliments on every aspect of our day. My friends told me throughout the wedding planning time I was to calm and it s because I knew I was in good hands with Jim. I really appreciate Jim and Mark for making my special day all I would image and more. You can tell these guys know how to thrown a event! Thank you again!

Honestly by far one of the worst experiences of my life. Jim MacAndrew is by far the most unprofessional, rude, undermining man I have ever met in my life. I helped my dad unload equipment for one of the bands that played for a wedding that was at this venue. Throughout the whole time I was quickly picking up cables, carrying speakers, etc. Jim was yelling and being SO rude to his own employees. at one point he yelled at my dad and I to hurry up faster and that he has to pay so much money for every minute we re there . At one point, I slipped and fell because there was water on the floor and there wasn t even a wet floor sign. He didn t even ask me if I was okay. He treated us like absolute dirt. That poor man is so bitter, broken, and desperately needs Jesus in his heart. If you truly want an event where you re confident that there is good vibes and caring hearts around you during your big day - PLEASE do not come to this place at all. This man is truly evil. I never write reviews, but I really had to speak up about this matter because this man should not even have a job for how he treats and undermines people.

I didnt have a good experience speaking with Jim. I initially contacted him on The Knot and he asked me many questions including what my budget was, which I hadnt experienced with any other venue. It makes you wonder if you give him a number will he just quote you a price at that number? Anyway, I had answered all his questions and I asked him to email me directly. When he did he asked me the same questions again even though he must have read the answers since he knew how to reach me at my email. I answered them again and he still wouldnt give me any information on pricing or services. When I asked if they allowed outside alcohol he said no. Which was fine, but he immediately took this opportunity to ask if I I still wanted to continue to get more information.... I said yes (its not like I had received any so far) anything like brochures or information packets would be perfect... And he hasnt sent them yet. Its been a week now and I can only assume he doesnt want to do business with people he thinks cant afford his venue just because they ask if they can bring in their own alcohol. I wouldnt recommend even contacting this venue and by the reviews Ive read Im not the only one.

Buyer Beware!!!!!! Make sure that youre completely sure that you will use this venue. Jim has been doing this for many years, as you will hear him say over and over again, so youd think he would show some compassion for couples going through the stresses of planning a wedding. My fiance and I were not able to use his venue for our wedding in October of this year, but he kept our deposit anyways....As if he wont be able to find another couple. Its JUNE! Heartless to say the least. We could not get a hold of him for almost a month to inform him of our unfortunate change of plans, and never even signed any paperwork or contract. Will not refer friends to him and will certainly warn whomever I can.

This place is basically nothing more than a painted basement. Service was mediocre and the owner/manager was rude. Everything felt cheap and nothing seemed to be in that good of condition for the wedding I attended here.
