Not only were the photos blah and same backdrops for the past 2 decades, but they shot my sons Senior class photos in the wrong colored robe. If your child is a magnet grad, make certain they are wearing the robes for magnet graduates and not the robes for the regular students. Youd think the photographer would know b/c I certainly didnt. Fortunately I was able to find a studio that did know but not in time for the announcements to go out with pictures.

Parents beware! Horrible. Not sure why DISD is using this company. They want you to pre-order your photographs. Any retakes must be done at their studio with inconventient hours for working parents. Apparently, they do not provide proofs in the Spring. If you want to see proofs, you must come down to their studio during the inconvenient hours. I was told they do not upload proofs online for you to view even if you have an account. I called to inquire about my childs proof and a staff member gathered my information. A week later no response. Therefore, I took it upon myself to follow up again. Called on a Monday and they are closed. I called on a Tuesday after 1 since that is when they open. The staff member said she could help me. If I wanted to see the proof, I must come down to the studio. They could not help me online. Lifetouch was so much better, convenient and user friendly website. Im leery about their google reviews as they do not match Yelps.

Logan s is an experience, to say the least! My daughter did her senior photos here in August and the photographer was EXCELLENT! He made her feel so special! I went back today to place an order and Mrs. Iris was so kind and worked with me as I cried about only getting 3 prints I didn t know they did layaway, signs all over the place, I was so excited on picture day, I guess! And their product quality is consistently outstanding. Logans photographers maintained a friendly approachable demeanor throughout the session. Sometimes the review isnt about the company/person getting it right the first time, because rarely do any of us do that. My 5 stars is based on how Logans handled themselves when they were made aware that a mistake was made. They were made aware of what happened and recognized the oversight. In my mind, I could have done more to follow up too; however, they did try to blame me and say that. They took full responsibility and was so, super kind in the process. My daughter had already raved about the amazing experience that she had being there and taking her photos (I wasnt able to go, so I was already happy to know that she had been in good hands). Thank you Logans Photography for the work you do. I have one more graduate coming up and if his school doesnt use you, then I will!

Schools and Districts Beware! My experience for my child was horrible. You pay an upfront sitting fee (believing it is a package fee), then its like pulling teeth to view your proofs (which you pay for again). Cant reach them in person or on the phone. Going on over two months and I still havent seen proofs that Ive paid for. Schools need to disengage and stop misleading parents with this service.

Apparently unlike lifetouch? No one tells you that your kids must prepay or they don t even get their picture taken at Blair elementary. Wow, it costs that much to produce a digital online for us to pick one for our kid? I get an upset first grader on her way home to tell us that because we forgot to give paper money, that our child didn t even get the chance to take a photo. We were never notified that we needed to send money for her to even get an opportunity to sit for this low company through her school. I wonder how many other kids they excluded especially since we live in a low income area and they may have not had money. Then, to add insult to injury we look at the website which invites us to the studio for pictures after the fact. Like what??? No. I ll actually go take my kids school photos from a reputable company. Because that is just insane to me. Boycott, don t buy the photos, and DISD will hopefully stop contracting with these trash people.

If your child misses picture day, good luck with getting a refund. Never pay in advance online. I was told over the phone that it could take weeks to get a refund because they issue refunds at once to everyone. I will definitely make a complaint to the district. Edit: I received my childrens pictures close to 6 weeks after they were given out. They couldnt find my orders. Hopefully they reevaluate and do better. The whole thing was ridiculous. Havent received my childrens school pictures even AFTER they reached out to ask if one was absent that day. I told them no, and they said they will look for them. Got sent home an order form with my daughters picture on it saying last chance to order but with the WRONG name. I havent even seen or heard anything at all about my sons pictures. Ive called multiple times, left voice-mail, even texted someone from the office. Im really upset and feel they literally just stole my money.

My child took pictures, which turn out good. Everyone was so nice and friendly then. Now, as I sit outside the office building a few months, I can say my experience today was anything, but nice. First, I informed the representative behind the counter I wanted to speak with someone about getting my childs pictures. I admit my phrasing couldve been better. After almost five minutes I realized he was looking through pick-up orders. Once we established way I was there. He informed me to wait to talk to the lady who was currently speaking with another customer. Once she was able to help me, she sat me at a table and told me to look through the pictures I wanted, handed me a price sheet and left;not before telling me not to pull out my phone so I couldnt take pictures. The same pictures she pulled up that had Logans name in bold white front stamped across my childs face. Leaving me wondering what the facial expression was on each shot. I asked the man behind the counter if there were any way the could assist me so I could see my child face. Another rep in the booth next to me, who was assisting another family picking out their pictures that had no stamps across their pictures they were viewing, and had two cell phones out, told me she would be over soon to remove the logo to help me view. I sat there for a while before the first lady came back and asked do you know what packages you want. I told her I wasnt able to see the face. She than tell me unless you pay you want be able to see it without the logo. Funny, because that isnt what I was told by the other worker. I would have gladly sat with a worker to pick out these high price pictures, but I left because I didnt felt like she trusted me, she wasnt helpful and far from friendly. I think she became upset when I said the prices were a lot of money for one or two poses., and they are. Yet, these are memories and if I wanted the I was going to pay. I just wanted to see what I was paying for. The other family was able to sit with the rep and go frane by frame discussing the pictures the like and didnt like, narrowing them down. I on the other hand was just giving a price list, told to click next and dontcsteal by taking pictures with my phone (something I already knew, not only because a sign that read the same thing was next to the computer, but because I know bett).

It took my pictures 3 weeks to get here after I was told that they were going to be ready. And I had to called constantly only for them to say what is your call back number so they can call the next day and they NEVER called. Was getting the run around. They dont listen they try to get you to get what they want you to have after you clearly stated what you want..

Super unhappy with quality of the photos, lack of selection availability when it comes to picking packages (offer about a million wallet size photos with every package, who needs wallets these days?), the backgrounds they use are super outdated, and overall the photos they sell are totally not worth what they charge. I don t like that they make you buy photos before even seeing them I m not going to pay for something I don t like. I really hope our school switches to a different photographer!

I would give zero stars if I could. They are very unprofessional and I don t know why schools use them. I can see that they are cheap but that doesn t mean book them because of the low price. I went to go get my sons first picture day photos and this place ruined it. After weeks of not finding my sons photo, they told me that they found it and that I could come pick it up. Upon arrival they printed out someone else s child. They even had this childs name in place of mine. They had the nerve to stupidly ask me did I want to get my son out of the car to take a picture. H no I do not. Very ghetto. Wasted my time got a refund but the fact that my son did not have his pictures after calling them multiple times with no call back unless I stayed on their butts was so frustrating! Edward Titche never needs to book these people again.

Is this the only school picture studio in town? I will never order photos from this outfit, again! I have currently been waiting on pictures that I had to re-order, again, due to their error, for over a month! I NEVER had this problem with Lifetouch! Its a shame when a business is run like this. You might get someone to answer if you call but dont worry they dont know a thing-and its consistent- nobody knows nothing It is difficult to put money back into the community when the business is trash.

I ve been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone ANYONE to answer a SIMPLE question. I tried calling during their SUPPOSEDLY open hours and I got a closed message. I left a message on the phone anyway. I tried emailing several times. I got one response asking what school I was asking for and then nothing. I tried responding to the same email several times and it was sent back. I also messaged them on their Instagram and never got a response. I need to know if I can get my daughters pictures or not!! I never leave complaints. I don t bother but these are my daughters pictures and I ve tried to get answers and have gotten no help. It s ridiculous.
