I was the victim of a accident involving a commercial van. The damage to my car and my back was extensive. I immediately called Thompson Law. They provided medical care and soon after I received a check for damages for my car. My accident happened in Florida. I was driving home from work when another driver crossed into my lane causing them to hit me and unfortunately totaled my car. UPDATE: The attorney assigned to my case has reached out and I am very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism he has displayed. I m updating my review from a one star to a five due to the promptness of his attention to this issue. Paralegal Hayle Zuniga is one of the most impatient people I have dealt with. She does not allow you to finish a sentence before trying to explain away what she thinks you re about to say. She does not listen or let you get a word in edgewise. Since my case started I ve had three different paralegals and Hayle has been the most unresponsive by far and when you do speak with her, you re made to feel like a nuisance. She states that she is not trying to make me feel that way and I expressed it s her tone and how she s coming across. I have multiple texts and emails that go unresponded from her. Today she says she s been calling and leaving a voicemail and yet I ve received no calls from her but have gotten other calls so it s certainly not an issue with my phone. Hayle has made an already crappy situation that much more stressful. I thought by hiring an attorney it was supposed to ease some of the stress, instead it s just given me more stress.
