Good food, drinks, and the location can t really be beat if you have an overnight layover. Prices are expectedly very high, which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend this place if your situation necessitates it, but otherwise try to eat somewhere more local.

Had the breakfast buffet which was pretty good and worth the $27. I also had dinner at AJs last night with the beer can chicken, pecan pie and a margarita.

Overpriced for the quality, but it s food and an airport hotel, not expecting much. The cocktails are each around $20, we did not order.

Food was fantastic, a bit pricey but is to be expected in a hotel restaurant. The service was lacking however, server was friendly but took extremely long to check on us and take our order, drinks took awhile. Took 20 minutes for our server to bring us the check after requesting it. Food was excellent, the steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Generous portion sizes.

5 Stars Review Vicky was a most excellent waitress. The breakfast buffet is great. They have a huge variety of options for breakfast. They have omlets, pancakea, waffles, french toaat, fruit, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, croissants, bananas, oatmeal. They have vegetarian options as well as gluten-free breads and other items. A bit high but its a hotel, what else do you expect? Would recommend.

Stayed here several times. The bar tenders are great Ive only had one negative experienc. I was told they did serve out by the pool turns out that info was incorrect. Same day I was told they were no longer serving breakfast but had a buffet. Paid returned for seconds and was met with a rude demeanor by a waitress. Who reunited to the back of the kitchen and could be heard in the buffet area speaking to other staff about the interaction... not very professional. Am staff doesnt compair with the PM staff.

Jacobs Grill has really delicious food. The staff is great. They have a wide variety of items on the menu. The lobster mac & cheese is Amazing!! The chicken tortilla soup is my favorite soup. I also really like the Chipotle grilled chicken sandwich. Jacobs is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Taylor, Anthony, Daisy, Adrian, Luisa, Sonia, Martha, Josh, Ron, Sean, Carlos, and John always provide excellent customer service. Chef Brandon is the best. Try my favorite items on the menu. #LobsterMac&Cheese #GreatService #GreatFood #TryChickenTortillaSoup

Staff was wonderful making a safe meal for my daughter and husband who both have Celiac. Chef Brandon met with us to make sure he prepared their food so they would not get sick. Not only did they feel great after eating, but all of our meals were very tasty.

Good solid option for lunch. My wife had a burger, which was very good. But what really impressed her (as well as me) was how crispy the French fries were. I had the Cuban ham cheese with a side salad which I enjoyed. Great way to get away from the nose of the airport and enjoy a meal

Being a restaurant in a hotel, the standards are low. Given that unless you get through TSA theres virtually nothing within 15 minutes, the bar was set extra low. Their competition in a lounge and a steakhouse in the same hotel. The menu looked fine. Nothing too wow inducing. Wait staff and hostess were excellent, and largely why I have a five star. Food was good. Flavorful, unique, and good portions. My steak was ordered medium, came out medium well, bordering on well in places. I expect restaurants to err on a medium, but Im fine with everything from medium rare to medium well. The manager and waiter were extremely apologetic, hard working, and offered to replace the steak for me. Good customer service leaves a better taste in your mouth than food, and this restaurant has not disappointed across 3 visits. Im certain I will be back.

I have to say with all the negative reviews I read, I wasnt expecting a great experience. But after meeting our waiter Eli I knew we were in good hands. Very professional, prompt, and kind. The teriyaki chicken nice (rice) bowl was dang good. A little on the expensive side but worth the food.

Do yourself a favor and eat in the airport before going to this hotel. This restaurant is in a cavernous lobby shared with a sports bar that was so noisy we literally could not carry on a conversation while sitting next to each other. There was non-stop screeching and screaming going on and it sounded more like a college party bar in Cancun at 2am during Spring Break than a venue in a decent hotel.
