The atmosphere and customer service is well above par. The food is good and does not fall short of its competitors. The seating is plentiful, the experience is relaxing, and this is a great place to refuel and recharge from work or shopping. I have been coming here 2-3 times a week for a month+ and have had no negative experiences. Take a break. Get something to eat. Come to Potbellys

We hadn t been to Pot Belly in years, but always have enjoyed eating there. We were out running errands and decided to have dinner here on Friday night. Needless to say, our years of way inspired us to order way too much food for one meal, but led us to some delicious and other not so delicious tastes. I ordered the steakhouse beef combo (with jalapeño Zapps potato chips), mac and cheese, and half an apple walnut salad. My husband ordered the Italian combo (with salt and vinegar potato chips) and a cup of chili. We both wanted tea, but there was no tea out for self-service. We asked and they did have fresh tea for the drive thru menu which the staff kindly filled and refilled for us. I just thought it was strange to not have any for the main dining room at 6:30p on a Friday. The steakhouse beef was just a disappointing sandwich. :( It s described as angus roast beef, crumbled blue cheese, provolone, horseradish aioli . I love all of the words in this description and was really excited for my sandwich. Unfortunately, the beef was very fatty, as in just full bites of fat that I couldn t eat. The blue cheese crumbles were incredibly overpowering and completely detracted from the taste of the sandwich. Other toppings were fresh, but I couldn t even taste the provolone, don t even know if it was there. And the peppers seemed different. Not sure if it was just my sandwich, but we could ve sworn the hot peppers used to be a green and red pepper mix, I just had green peppers. My husband, however, enjoyed the chili and the Italian. I enjoyed the mac and cheese and took the salad home. The restaurant itself was clean, there was plenty of seating, and the young people who were working were friendly enough. They repeated our order back to us and were efficient in moving us to the register.

Many years ago, Pot Belly was my daughters favorite place to have lunch in The Woodlands. I can say after all these years, the quality and freshness of their sandwiches has not changed. I m pretty sure the girl behind the counter was just mad at life. She was just very rude and acted as if I was annoying her because I was getting a sandwich. Isn t that your job?? Hey? Maybe a little courtesy? I m paying 30 bucks for two sandwiches and a thing of soup? This seems to be a routine theme at this location as the owner responds with peace, love, and potbelly will definitely recommend that the company I work for takes them out of our food rotation. Will not return myself. There are plenty of sandwich joints in the area. Jersey Mikes has a killer cheese steak.

My husband and I order a BLT on wheat, they burned our bread, didnt have oil and vinegar, not enough guacamole, if they put any on at all. It was my first time going to Potbelly, my husband had been to one before and he was really excited about me trying this sandwich. He wasnt happy because I wasnt happy. I was reluctant to stop because the drive thru looked busy, but I was 7 cars back and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Nothing like customer service that is efficient and respectful of your time. Host 656 was friendly, thanked me for my business, and provided truly exceptional customer service. I ordered the pastrami sandwich, she confirmed all the toppings, and would not hesitate to order it again. I have had many items from this location and they never disappoint. If you are in the mood for a great sandwich, stop in and try Potbelly at Loop 336 and I-45.

I mean for drive thru, its good, Subway has a limited few drive thrus, I think of Potbelly seeing the need for a drive-thru subway. But instead of spinning off and making it a cheap drive-thru they upgraded to a great Subway drive-thru. Very comparable prices for anything worth eating, Im down with the place. Potbelly

Nice fast food option if u are looking for something beyond the typical burger and fries. I especially love their loaded bake potato soup. What I dont love is having to pay extra for cheese and bacon added when it is suppose to be a loaded baked potato soup. So actually it is a plain baked potato soup unless u choose to pay extra for toppings. I also really like their roast beef and provolone sandwich there. I tried their Italian sandwich yesterday and it was just ok I guess. I would give them 5 stars if they would advertise their soup properly, just irritates me. The service in drive through is usually friendly and never had too long of a wait.

So I came to potbelly for the first time today. Ive never been before and usually dont like going to get food from places Ive never tried before but Im pregnant so I decided to give it a try today. I got the chicken club and added Avocado. Personally if Im going to be upcharged a good amount for Avocado I prefer it to look better than this. The service was good, given I went through the drive thru, and the sandwhich was alright (without the avocado). Frankly just pretty disappointed in the Avocado since it was what I was craving. Probably wont go back and if I ever do, definitely not adding Avocado to any of my sandwiches.

Potbelly is a good ,fresh ingredients and great customer service. The only down side is the bread is shipped in not made fresh. I generally order from the Woodlands location and expect to have roughly the same experience. Staff is perfect, but the three times Ive been here theres always something off about the food. Soup is very sour and pretty luke warm. Im not sure what could be the cause. Sandwiches seem good but not as hot as the other location, oven issues are a possiblity? Me and my co-worker walked into this franchise and there where 3 people working behind the counter, not one time where we greeted or asked if there was something they could help us with. As we began to walk out, they looked at us and continued doing whatever it was they where doing. So sad. Food is always good and the staff is so sweet and quick. I ve never had to wait long. The shakes are always hit or miss. first time ever having Potbellys. Its one of those places where I knew of it, but never tried it. Had it for the first time today for lunch. Ill definitely be ordering it again. There is something about a warm sandwich with soup that is very comforting, and Potbelly does it with a smile. The service and food have been great each time we come here. The dining area is always clean and so is the bathroom. We have also ordered through the drive thru and had a good experience. Do not go to this location at night unless you want to pay $14 for none of the toppings you asked for (see how it says everything on the tag) and the ingredients they do give you to be hardly a scoop and all in the smack center of your sandwich. Thank you so much to the crew working nights on December 15th for topping off my terrible day at work by giving me bread and a smear of hummus for dinner. Sandwhiches are pretty decent. Just like I remembered when I went to my first one. Sadly the staff I interacted with at the time I was here were busy yet barely interact with any friendly attitude. Hard working and made no mistakes yet impersonal.

The food here is very good. I actually ordered through Doordash, but the food is actually really good and really well priced. Very generous portions.

Wonderful Mediterranean sandwich with chicken but there didnt seem to be any artichokes on it. Service was very friendly but a little too slow.
