This is a great place for tailgate parties and just hanging out. There are places to sit, eat, lay on the grass, walk, and relax. There is plenty of shade under the trees. If you want to lay in the sun, there is plenty of room for that too. Because of the shade, its much cooler than a lot of places on campus. The park has lounge areas and picnic tables. I attended an event in Aggie Park and it was open enough for a large event but small enough so you didnt get lost. GREAT location! Picnic area: There are picnic tables in good condition. The metal is covered with a plastic coating so your legs and butt dont get branded when you sit down.

When I first arrived at TAMU in 2018, Aggie Park was still under construction. Now, it has become one of the most beautiful spots on campus. The transformation is truly remarkable, and it adds so much charm and appeal to our university. Its amazing to see how far its come, and it s now a place where students can relax, gather, and enjoy the serene environment. Aggie Park is undoubtedly one of the highlights of our campus, enhancing both its beauty and community spirit.

Saw this during groundbreaking and to see it in person is very natural. We visited the campus over the summer - it was quiet and we could enjoy it with out the hustle and bustle of a busy campus. Go see it- walk it. The bathrooms are almost at the level of a buccees Toilets: Super clean- surprised they were opened. Dog-friendliness: Saw many people walking f their fur babies. Picnic area: So much green area bring a picnic basket and have a picnic or sit at one of the many table options

Aggie Saturday was a Blast ! Glad we came a day earlier to experience the campus in a calm state. My teens couldnt believe how massive the grounds were. (Buses & Rental Bikes were in abundance). Plenty of FOOD options ; Ice cream shop > mid park, food trucks, & indoor food court(s). Oh ! & their APP functions like the LYFT & UBER Apps - as in - you can see your location, in real time - upcoming buses, their distance, # of passengers , & Campus destinations (Halls, dorms, etc.) Go Aggies !!!

Aggie Park is one of my favorite spots to go to in College Station, the visitors are nice, the upkeep of the vegetation and pond is astounding, and they it very architecturally appealing. They have plenty of sidewalks for walks or runs, they allow fishing, and you can just play around in their nice open fields. Definitely give this park a try if you are planning to have a good outing
