Good sandwich place with a wide variety of sandwich options for vegetarians. The sandwich was massive and very filling. I tried the fake chicken and it was flavorless in my opinion (I dont know what real chicken tastes like, so Ill assume that is also flavorless). It felt a little pricey to me for a vegetarian sandwich. The service was decent and the restaurant was very clean. It would be nice if they had a build your own option.

Three reasons I wont come back: 1) Expensive and hardly no steak in my sandwich 2) They want a tip but offer no wi-fi for customers and make you bum off cinemark which is spotty 3) $75 for family of three and they said not to return. I came alone to give a second chance. They were right. If you are on a budget and hungry, dont come here. You are better off saving your money for a better place.

We ve gone here multiple times, usually it s good. I get the Silicon Valley with the artichoke. This time when we got it, the French bread was so wide and difficult to eat, I think they changed their loaf. Second, more importantly, the chicken was rubbery and the artichoke wasn t cooked well at all, it had fibers coming out of it making it difficult to chew on. Really unpleasant experience to eat that. My whole sandwich fell apart by the 3rd bite. Hopefully they can train their employees better to make it better. I do appreciate that they have halal options, very much a plus in our books. Please bring more halal options like turkey or deli meat sandwiches.

I recently discovered Ike s on an out-of-state trip and I was thrilled to find a local shop! Ike s is now my favorite sandwich shop and my favorite sandwich - #61 Sometimes I m a Vegetarian. I ll need to branch out eventually but for now, that s my go to. I love that the sandwiches are all served warm and the abundant choices are mind blowing in variety and creativity. Rude man making sandwiches, insulted me, my wife and daughter and top of it to make the matter worse he added jalapeños with steam so that we can t eat them. First off i dont think I can express the right amount of words on how bad the menu is. I dont know what past they are stuck on but all they have are sandwiches and 2 other types of food, grilled cheese and chicken straps for children. Second, the place always smells, no matter where, probably even the bathroom. Third, not many seat, they could easily add more. Now thats beside the service, atmosphere, and food. It was also a lot of money for one sandwich, I mean over 10 dollars? I buy a whole pizza instead for less that feeds more. Lastly, I dont know what the mobile app is like but what from I heard, theres more on the app besides the million on the menu in person. Id highly recommend this place to a lunatic

First time at Ikes and I am disappointed, especially for the money. First of all, $13.25 for a regular size sub sandwich?? There are some subs on the menu priced $14.75 and $15.25! Were talking sandwich only, not a combo. As far as the sub goes, it was okay. The bbq sauce was too sweet. It overpowered the flavors of all other ingredients. Bbq sauce should be tangy and not taste like a dessert topping. Oh yeah, I ordered a sub (add bacon), fries, and a drink. My total w/tax (before tip) was $25.11. As far as the fries go, they were a failure. How are fries soggy instantly from the counter to sitting in the dining area? At $4.94 (before tax), they should be killer fries! Note: Wayback burgers and Mighty Fine burgers have their regular fries priced at $1.45 to $1.65 less (respectively).

2 weeks ago I found out that Ikes is in the Austin area. Shame on me! I used to go to Ikes back when we lived in CA. Im so happy they are here. I placed a decent size order today and the way the team prepared it was amazing. Everything was organized and on time. After my friends kept telling me to come here, I finally managed to stop by! My only wish is that I came here sooner! So glad I discovered Ike s!! My husband has celiac, so he can t have gluten, and I can t eat dairy for the next couple of weeks. I was so happy to see that not only do they have an allergy preparation choice when ordering for my husband, but they also had dairy-free sauces and cheese that I could get on my sandwich. Stop reading this review and go get one of their sandwiches! I found Ikes while looking for a restaurant with plant-based options (aka vegan, but without the tree hugging). Ordered a sandwich that had veggie-chicken (probably has a fancier name) and was skeptical. However, it was awesome! Planned on only eating half for lunch, but ended up crushing the entire thing. Subway, Thundercloud, Jersey Mikes any other sandwich shop doesnt have A THING on Ikes Love And Sandwiches. I kind of avoided this place for the longest time due to the pervy name this shop has it gave me the heebies lol but one day I decided Id give it a try and im sure glad I did. Took me a while to decide what I was going to get due to their unique sandwich names. I get their sandwich thats called (the name of the girl im currently dating) or a number 9 for short. On that its guacamole, halal chicken, and lettuce. And it is so damn good. Especially on their famous Dutch bread not sure what makes it famous but it never lasts long enough for me to get its autograph. Great sandwich place, cant get enough of it. Try it out if you havent. Goodness! If you have never tried Ikes, you MUST! I had a hair appointment a few suites down and I was early so I decided to get some lunch. I saw this place and decided to take a chance as I am very picky. The staff was very helpful and friendly about answering questions. And the sandwiches! EXCELLENT! They even have vegetarian options. Ask them about the dirty sauce. You wont be sorry.

Love their sandwiches but the last 2 times I went to the store on Whitestone they have a Sorry closed at 3 pm today. If you have to change hours please post online so customers know not to drive there. Not sure what is going on with that store.

They need to do BETTER. I ordered a Matt Cain sandwhich that is supposed to come with Salami, Turkey and roast beef. I only got one meat out of the three. If you dont have the ingredients then let the customer know. Need BETTER management. I didnt pay over $12 for a roast beef sandwhich.

Got the Elvis Keith, Dutch Crunch with Everything and was amazed at the size of the sandwich for the price point! The bread was perfectly toasted and the Halal chicken was tender and full of flavor. I loved the wasabi mayo included too. Will be back to try their other sandwiches!

Dope vegan sandwiches!! It s so nice to go to a place that has vegan sauces, cheeses, meats- that makes the same kind of sandwich everyone else gets and you don t get a sad dry vegan version. They have so many fun flavors and options also, plus the sandwiches are huge!

Very disappointed in people. Cant really tell me what Halal is. Both staff. My total was $10.01. I had a ten and a fifty. I asked if he could spare a penny. Small thought. Small people minds. Answered I dont think so. Twice. Poor human. Sandwich okay. Got number 943. May return but not excited at all.... and food normally excites me!!!

Love their sandwich, but looks like they dont empathize with their customers or care about them ordered a bowl instead of sandwich to eat healthy..same price about $11. I literally got 4 slices of tomatoes, 2 slice of avocado, pickles and jalapeños that all normally go on the sandwich, just dumped in to a plastic box. I got robbed. They had option for veggies, I checked it but there was no veggies in there..so inconsiderate, and to charge full price! Im hopping mad right now, Shame on you Ike.

Had the Matt Cain sandwich with jalapeno and yellow peppers added on sourdough. Very tasty sandwich and the bread was top notch. They are very proud of their sandwich $11 for my option. I debated on giving less stars due to price but it is a 5 star sandwich and the bread is key. Quality lunch meat is easy to get. Great fresh bread is much more difficult and you can buy their buns to go, so thats a plus!

Ate a meatball sandwich that was OK, but fairly tasteless. Sandwich was warm when it should have been hot. A little bit higher prices than my favorite sandwich place. Has lots of vegetarian options and chicken options that some people will appreciate (but not me). I was impressed that they have Dutch crunch bread like I used to enjoy in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ikes is the only place I will go for a veggie sandwich! I recently tried ALL the fast food sandwich shops in my area, and all of fast food restaurants were either sloppy or flavorless... sometimes both... the other sandwich shops really dont care about their veggie sandwiches. Ikes alway delivers!

Took one bite and couldn t even swallow. Your chicken is like a chicken salad? I didn t see that anywhere on the menu or online. I was really disappointed in this place because my fiancé s sandwich looked amazing but I just couldn t stomach after that chicken salad :( it was basically mayonnaise on bread

Great sandwich. Cost $30+ to have it delivered. My Doordash guy was waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes. I called and spoke to someone at the restaurant and she just told me, well get to it when we get to it and, thats just how it is. I honestly have never received such horrible service in my life! I dont care how good you think your food is, if you continue to treat customers this way..., you wont have any!

i ve never heard of ike s before but i took a chance and y all it s pretty dam yummy. i eat vegetarian and vegan when i can - and ike s has options galore! my partner and i ordered pickup, and it was ready as soon as we pulled up ;) it was so good we went back in to order a third sandwich (maya angelou) for later lmao also to the 2 employees here - didn t catch y all s names, but y all were both so sweet :) i will say, the names kinda throw me off... especially the pocahontas one......

Ikes might be the best sandwich you can buy in Cedar Park. Its not the cheapest, but they are delicious and their bread is perfect, crunchy exterior and soft interior. The toppings are always fresh, no wilted lettuce or bad tomatoes, and they have quite the selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The best part, in my opinion, is their employees. I get lunch here once or twice a month, and they often recognize me and are always so kind. Highly recommend the Menage a Trois or the [Name of the Girl Im Dating] sandwich on their dutch crunch bread. Also order on the app, they have a virtual punch card where every 11th sandwich is free. My sandwich is always ready at the designated pick up time too. Now go order you a sandwich!
